She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

The nail techs are so friendly and kind. If you ask they will give you the polish colors in a stack of fake nails? I don't know what it's called. But it shows what the color looks like on, not just on the wall in the jar. Prices are fair. My only complaint is I normally come in with a small group of people. I call ahead and ask if they have slots for all of us. They say yes. But when we show up they only have one or two people available. So one to two people have to wait and we end up being there forever. I don't know why they don't put in how many are coming and have the staff allotted to those appointments. We are never told when booking that they will be staggered. So now we know, but it's still mildly frustrating.

She worked fast but she was still very gentle, asking if I was okay and to let her know if I feel any pain. I had no pain while she worked on me. I'm very happy with the results and I will return when I want to get a pedicure done. Keep in mind for gel polish, there's an additional cost of $15. It was all worth it to me.
