She is caring and kind in her approach and service. She made recommendations for me which I either said "yes" or "no" and she gladly accepted whatever my response was. No heavy sales! She is meticulous in her work and because I felt comfortable with her and her lovely energy I decided to also have an upper lip and brow wax The physical environment is clean with lots of chairs and service areas. Their bathroom is also tidy. Like my friend recommended to me, which I am so glad she did, I will do the same and highly recommend Eagle Nails Salon! The first time, I called for a same-day appointment and they were able to book me right away. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately and seen at my appointment time. For my second visit, the experience was just as great. I checked in and they started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. Both times, Judy has been excellent. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

She then told me that they don't have samples for the colors and that she doesn't have the materials because they discontinued the service. This was honestly super annoying! I specifically called and asked and they couldn't provide the service. It felt like a waste of time. Before this happened, I had made my same day appointment about 2 hours before and when I showed up, the electricity was out and they said they couldn't provide the service (all of Kaneohe was out that day so no big deal). I was slightly annoyed that they didn't call to let me know but it's fine. They said they would call if power went back up but I know it took forever to come back on. They called me the next morning and said they could take me right away and apologized for the inconvenience with the electricity. I gladly took the opportunity and headed to their salon only to find out that they didn't even do the service I requested. I'm giving 2 stars because she was very nice about it, she wasn't annoyed and was apologetic. I just wish they were honest from the beginning.

I always have had Cindy & her skills, customer service & friendly demeanor has always lead to the shops cool vibe. She worked fast but she was still very gentle, asking if I was okay and to let her know if I feel any pain. I had no pain while she worked on me.
