I took my daughter here for her first ever froyo experience, and she loved being able to mix any flavor and add any toppings. There weren't as many options as other places I've been to, maybe half as much as the place that was in where Jeremiah's is now. Toppings bar had some empty spots and some candy options were essentially powder. The young person at the counter was pleasant enough, no complaints but nothing extraordinary. Price was a bit steep, over $20 for 2 that I thought were pretty average size. Overall I'll give it a 3.5 but rounding up. read more

Nice place to bring the kiddos for frozen yogurt! they have all the standard flavors as well as some that were new and unique. Frozen Yogurt is not typically a treat that I go for but there are just some days that you want Fro-yo. Today was the day that we had that craving and Menchie's is basically around the corner from us so we had to go here. (We also had to go to H-E-B so, what the hey!) We stopped by a little later in the evening and it was still kind of busy, even for a chilly evening. I'll say that the store was mostly well kept and the options were decent. The topping selection was everything that you find at your basic Fro-yo spot. Nothing too special here and service was find. Not an exceptional experience but also not a bad one. Just a typical fro-yo place with your typical options. We chose not to stay and eat as it was buys and a little crowded, theres not much of a seating area. Love visiting! My husband and I are always greeted with a smile and a cup. The frozen yogurt stations are always clean and same with the station with all the yummy options. I know I can always find a flavor that I love and all my favorite toppings. There isn't usually any customers in there when we go around noon after grocery shopping. We always enjoy eating outside on their clean tables and people watch the shoppers go by as we enjoy our treat. Always a pleasure. read more

Tried this place for the first time. I've been wanting to stop by but I'm always in a hurry when I'm going to H‑E‑B. So glad I did! This yogurt is soo good! I will def be a regular. They have a ton of topping variety from fruits to candy to little fruit juice filled poppy things! Victoria was serving us tonight. She was so helpful, friendly and kind. Stumbled upon this place after grocery shopping @HEB. Nice add to the neighborhood/shopping center. I used to drive a good 15 minutes to go to menchies for their good froyo, now I am afraid I will come here too often. Menchies have very tasty frozen yogurt, the quality is pretty consistent. Every time I visit, they have very welcoming staffs that are not afraid sample will ruin their business. Very neat, clean and organized. Many toppings to add. Also, great price! read more

The seating is a little tight, they have really squeezed into the smallest space in this shopping center, but they are very friendly and seem to be in a constant state of cleaning up. First time we have visited Menchie's in Leander. Walked up to the entrance and it looked like the door had not been cleaned in weeks. Walked in the the young lady sitting at the register did not bother to acknowledge our presence along with the other employees. Only one other patron was in the establishment. No offer to help us with samples or explained the process of purchasing their products. At the register we were asked if we had or wanted their rewards card. Never did she offer to tell us the value of having one. The good news was the yogurt was good, but because of the service and the uncleanliness we will not return. read more

Horribly unprofessional service by a worker named Alexis, we came up to the establishment and they were serving people yet right when we walked in they said "no we're not serving any more people" we said OK and we walked out and when we were driving by to check the time she made a threatening posture yelling "what?!" And it was very unprofessional and reflected poorly on this menchies... lost a few customers today. read more

I usually find joy in going to this place. However, I have never been met with the WORST CUSTOMER HOSPITALITY/SERVICE ever at a Frozen Yogurt chain. A certain employee "Payton" if that is even his name made our night miserable to the point where we just left and went next door to get frozen yogurt for way cheaper. The peanut butter topping was out, and my mother simple asked if they could give it a stir. They had three hours before the store began to closed, which to me seems like more than enough time to fill a jar up with peanut butter (which has always been an ongoing issue, the only location that has an issue with stocking their toppings unlike other locations around us, who are always on top of it). A simple request, that's all. This employee came out and gave the most attitude a person could give in a sentence. He told us it would take TEN MINUTES to fill up the peanut butter "Just so you know". This made absolutely no sense, and his rudeness clearly made it aware to us that whomever they hire at this location are incompetent and rude to their customers. He came out TWO minutes later, and completely started to ignore us and turn his back when we began to confront him about his behavior and attitude. He was snarky, ignorant, and rude. It's sad to see a place that once had smiling employees now cross their arms at the cash register and frown all while rolling his eyes and scoffing. So thank you very much Menchie's located in The Forum in Leander, Texas. I really hope some people can maybe talk some sense into the people they hired because for us, we will drive to Cedar Park from now on where we are confident that we will he met with true and expected kindness. read more
