I ordered cookies and cream with strawberries mixed in. after 15 minutes of ordering, mine was incorrect. we had also asked for ours to be double frozen. neither were. they were both melting before we exited the parking lot. this was a very disappointing visit. I'm including a screenshot that I received on my phone during our visit. the link said our order would be ready btw 7:51-8:01. you can see my screenshot at 8:10 and the order STILL wasn't ready. and a few minutes later, it was incorrect. I took the order bc we were tired of waiting 20 mins for 2 scoops of ice cream.

And I'm going to assume that one person was calling for technical support or something because he was on the phone while pressing buttons on the tablet. Or he could he be taking a phone order, who knows. The point is the other workers should have seen that he isn't ringing up anyone and the line is continously growing longer and longer. Management needs to work on having an adequate amount of staff or have rules implemented to help fill in other positions when needed.

Our group purchased 10+ cups of yogurt and sat outside on the side porch. We honestly did not notice the "No Outside Food" sign. A friend brought a small birthday cake, and because two of the kids had just come from Kumon and Taekwondo and were hungry, we bought the smallest Domino's pizza from next door about 5 slices, one for each child. An employee came out and explained the policy. We immediately apologized and explained that it was our first visit and we didn't know. She was very nice and seemed understanding since we were celebrating a child's birthday. The kids quickly finished the pizza, and we continued eating the yogurt we had purchased. Almost everyone else was taking their yogurt to go, so our group was not taking seating away from anyone. However, the owner kept watching us and eventually came outside and, saying we were disrespecting him and his employee because we were still sitting there. I completely respect a business's rules, and we apologized for our honest mistake. But I believe there is a better way to handle customers. We packed up the birthday cake and left, even taking the empty Domino's box with us. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last visit. If you plan to come here, be aware that no outside food including pizza or birthday cake is allowed.
