I thought that would be great and I needed a new place for color on my naturally dark blond hair. I scheduled an appointment for highlights. When I went in for the appointment we discussed the highlights and she went to mix the color. I thought that was what was going to happen. Instead of highlights, Riley painted on full red color on my hair. I asked her about the highlights and she said it was and if I didn't like it I could make a follow up appt. I hated it. It was Ronald McDonald clown red and I had an event to go to the next night. She walked me to the counter as if it wasn't a big deal and assured me she could add highlights at another appointment. Long story shorter the salon manager returned my call the next day and had a plan for me to return to see Lindsay. Lindsay gets five stars for professionalism. She is sweet and talented and attempted to fix my hair. Disappointed I had such poor communication because three people there all also believed I was there for highlights.

During my consultation, Jenny took the time to discuss my options, and we decided on 22-inch I-tip extensions. The color match was incredible--she perfectly matched my box-dyed dark brown (almost black) hair without having to color or toning. Jenny installed the extensions quickly, and the placement is flawless. They feel lightweight with no uncomfortable tension, and they're positioned in a way that lets me wear my hair however I want, including half-up styles and high ponytails, which was really important to me. Since the installation, I've curled, straightened, and washed my hair multiple times without any issues. There has been almost no shedding, and the extensions still look just as beautiful as they did on day one. I wanted to wait until I had styled and washed them several times before leaving a review so I could give an honest assessment of the quality. After she asked me how she could help me I told her I had a 10:00 AM appointment, and she asked me to wait 15-20 minutes because someone else would be coming. I explained I couldn't wait since I had to travel to Los Angeles that same day and had specifically booked that time. I ended up leaving. She later texted an apology and offered a $50 discount, so I decided to give her another chance and returned a few more times. Fast forward to today (04/11/2026), and I had another disappointing experience. I live in Tracy and woke up very early to make it to my 8:00 AM appointment on time. I respect people's time, and I expect the same in return. I even texted her at 6:58 AM to let her know I was on my way. Right at 8:00 AM, she called to tell me she wouldn't arrive until 8:45 AM. I was honestly in disbelief. I had driven all the way from Tracy, used my gas, and made the effort to be on time only for my time to be wasted. She offered a 10% discount, which didn't make up for the inconvenience. She also suggested she could call someone else to do my hair, but I would have to wait. I had booked specifically with her at 8:00 AM. If 8:45 AM was the real availability, that's what should have been offered. As a business owner, respecting clients' time is essential, and that hasn't been my experience here. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt after the first incident, but this confirmed the pattern. I regret not stopping after the first situation. I'm sharing this for anyone considering booking here be cautious. It may save you time, money, and frustration. I also forgot to mention that she will try to change her prices.
