The carne asada was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and super tasty. The grilled veggies were cooked to perfection with just the right char and flavor, and their hot sauce was absolutely on point--added that perfect kick without overpowering everything. Every bite was delicious! Taco Azteca is a fantastic choice for a quick, satisfying meal. Bonus points for the small seating area behind the truck if the weather isn't too hot. Jericho definitely fit the bill for consideration (we are still exploring coffee in and around Spring Hill). First, the coffee. SUPERB! Plenty of options, especially seasonal specialties. It is delicious! I am not sure what they use. It is bold but not bitter. We like our specialty drinks half-sweet so we can actually taste the coffee and not all the syrups. And their coffee delivered in flavor and quality! Second, the Service. OUTSTANDING! These are warm, welcoming, Jesus-loving Americans serving a smile and genuine kindness along with their java. The light shines through their spirit and grace as much as the living water used in their coffee. Don't hesitate to step inside their trailer. It is as warm and inviting as they are! Finally, the price. FAIR. No more or less than any of the other craft coffee shops we have visited in the area. And the quality of coffee and service you receive for your money is a steal. I opted for the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Cole Slaw on it, along with "The Shuffle" sweet BBQ sauce (they offer several other sauces, including spicy). When I got my sandwich I couldn't believe how piled high it was with pulled pork and slaw! Very generous portions! The pulled pork was super tender, moist, and delicious. The cole slaw was really tasty with a bit of sweetness. The sandwich was really good, and with the generous portions I got to enjoy grabbing a fork and finishing off the pork that fell onto my plate. They mostly do catering and events, but with BBQ this good I'm hoping they'll have a restaurant location at some point soon. In the meantime track them down at an event if you'd like some delicious BBQ with great service!

My husband said his chicken bowl as good as always. His beer tasted like the glass was soapy. I have thoroughly enjoyed an old-school taco for more than 50 times in the past... today, not only was it far greasier than the normal, the flavor was literally boring. The texture of the outside shell with the melted cheese was not the normal yummy. I regretted having ordered two. The guacamole seemed fresh as always. However, the chips were strangely thicker than normally & not nearly as tasty . We are not accustom to being so disappointed in the food. We hope this was just a bad weekend for MoJo and that the next time will be delicious as we have come to expect.
