This place is dishonest and here's my experience. First, I had alignment done at this place on 7/17 because I just changed rack and pinion (power steering). I also told the staff who remain nameless here that my air bag light is on after I putted the new rack and pinion. So maybe they can check that out as well. So when I pick up my car he said it probably because of the seat or seat belts that caused it. I was questioning him the air bag lights on maybe had something to do with the new rack and pinion I installed. His answer was he's being fixing cars for 30 years and his answer was based on the scanner. The air bag light is on doesn't relate to the rack and pinion. I was having doubt with his words so I did research on my own turns out it was the clock spring broken caused the airbag light on. It is directly related to when I was installing the rack and pinion. So I purchased a new aftermarket clock spring on eBay for $30 put it on and problem was solved. I don't know if he gave me the False advice because so I can pay them more to get my car fixed or he didn't know what's wrong with it just trynna get rid of me but I DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE anymore. I guess this is why people have trust issues getting their car fixed at the mechanic shop. Imagine people who are not like me just believe what the staff said and waste more money on their car with little problems. Second, the day I got my car back for alignment took about at least 3,4 hours which was not 1-2 hrs that they estimated how long it will take for them to get done with my car. Which is understandable to me because things might get busy at the shop. But they called me last minute said either I come to the shop rn (right before they close) or I will have to come get my car tmr. They did not apologize or anything. I hope people are more aware of this kinda of situations and find honest mechanic shops you are trust. read more

They treated me very fair here, doing fast, good work for a reasonable price. I was rear ended and needed a muffler replaced on my 2003 Honda CRV, they repaired or in just under an hour for about $175 with an aftermarket part. I got good advice on other problems I've been having with my car an plan on returning here to see them fixed. read more

An honest and friendly business. When the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for new rotors a buddy suggested I try Jerl's in for a second opinion. Glad I did! A little update: I recently checked the calipers and im not surprised they lost the rubber stoppers/covers for the bleeder bolts on my calipers. Had my car aligned here at the request of my mechanic. Car was not pulling at the time. Doesn't pull now either but the steering wheel shakes like CRAZY when I'm trying to break on the freeway. This has been happening ever since I had my alignment. I don't think this place did a good job at all. $100 later and my car feels like it's worse off than before. Best Muffler shop. Have had many cars done by them and am having a muffler replaced because I want it louder. They are very respectful, very kind, very frendly. Always have been. They treated my 6 year old as family offering her choice of TV while the muffler is put on. Thank you for being awesome! Jerls and the customers in the store! Also they are honest with prices and mufflers. They don't want your money. They want your business. ex. My Subaru has a 2.5 inch exhaust. I want it louder. Instead of up selling to a 3 inch. they let me know what I want can be accomplished cheaper with a 2.5 inch muffler because no engine work had been done a 3.0 inch exhaust would be a waste and actually hurt the car. Thought I had brake problems, turns out it was just a missing bolt on my calipers which was causing the vibration while braking. They replaced it and only charged me 1/2 hr labor. They could have totally ripped me off. This is now my go to place. read more

An amazing place to bring your vehicle to and more than competitive pricing than any other shop around. We called last minute to change our exhaust on our Scatpack Challenger today right before 4th of July and amazingly Nataly, the lady whom helped us over the phone managed to get us in even though they were closing. I'm going to try and keep this short but I really want to explain why I'm giving a one star in hopes of helping someone else. So I took my Fiat 500 Abarth in for a 2 1/4 inch pipe setup from the downpipe to the rear of the car with two tips as well as a y-pipe. I was initially quoted $350 for the work and was assured that it would be show quality work. So I bring my car in first thing in the morning to drop it off and the welder looks at the car and determines that the pre made y-pipe was to big to be used (which it wasn't) so he will need to make a "custom y-pipe" which would take him 3 hours so now my total would be $467....ok. So I drop the car off and was quoted a pick up time of 3 pm so I show up at 3 and it's done, well so I thought. Upon inspecting the work I notice that only the axle back piping had been done and the rest was left stock WTF so I say something and they try to bull**** me like I'm stupid. So I say I would like for you to do what I paid for because 3 feet of pipe and 2 tips are not worth almost $500. I'm told that they don't have time to do it today and that I will have to bring it back so I have my brother take my car back the next day cuz I have work and 5 hours late it's done again so upon inspection of the work later that evening I am still utterly unimpressed with the work and feel as tho I was ripped off and the exhaust sounds horrible. So be ware that when they say show quality they are talking only about the pricing. read more

I have an older Toyota Highlander and was concerned my brakes needed to be replaced (I'm a little paranoid because I have a toddler and pregnant wife).
