Based on a diagnosis from…read moreanother bike shop I asked New Jersey Cycles to replace the fork on my Cannondale Super Six EVO. The owner of NJC had a fork in stock that was nearly an exact match to my bike so I left the shop with the understanding that the fork would be replaced. The owner called me about an hour later and told me that when he took the bike apart, he could see that the existing fork was fine and the problem was caused by a worn head set. He replaced the head set and in a little over a hour I had my bike back in great working order. I rode the bike on a 25 mile ride the next day and the bike was better than it's been for years. I highly recommend this shop and it is now my go to shop.

I was already at another bike supply place and just the way they handled my call with care knowledge and expertise about my specific needs proved I needed to start the car and head right there. Walked in the place so rad. They had my parts waiting at the counter. There was a gentleman there that came out to my car looked at my bike build and was so helpful and not rushing me to jump to the next customer. I paid around $40 for a new chain and fat boy tire tube. I believe it was fair priced, but it didn't matter bc the quality of service had me loyal to being their customer not amazons. After looking at my bike they made quick simple adjustments, were very helpful in explaining things to me and gave me hints are what I could do to avoid future issues.
