To my surprise, they quoted $225 just for the visit, not applicable to the work to be performed. When I asked about the initial $225 not applicable to the cost of the work, the justification that they gave me on the phone was "Bosch is a high end, they are very expensive". I thought the travel and quoting has nothing to do with a brand name, although repair services and spare parts, yes, it is expected. Regarding the discount offered in the email, they were not interested to hear my case number; they said they have no discount, only a coupon of $20 in their website, applicable to the work being done. Not very polite either, I was disappointed of the Customer Service, not what I was expecting from Bosch.
