So I asked can I get the part number and I will look on line and try and find it. I called twice and both times I was told the technician had the part number and she will get a hold of him. Hmmmm? so how did she reach to the manufacture for the damaged part? She never called me back again after the second call. POOR customer service.

I was already 5 loads behind in my laundry after the weekend so this was super helpful. He fixed screw and hopes that would be it but after I tried my first load I reached back out stating it still was popping off. He said I needed a new agitator.
