Randomly stumbled into this place. Super happy I did I can't wait to come back and try more of their options. Alfonzo helped me out, great guy super helpful. Saw a custom sandwich on yelp by another person and ordered that. Pastrami, cream cheese, cheddar, avocado, onion and jalapeño. It was delicious! Next time I'll change it up

Hot pastrami, cream cheese, mustard, jalapeños, onions, avocado, lettuce, and a pickle on the side.

A must-stop every time I leave LA I've been coming to Jerry's Market in Culver City for the last three years, and without fail, I make a stop here whenever I head back to San Diego. Whether it's the Carne Asada burrito or the pastrami sandwich, the food always hits the spot. Ponch is truly the heart of Jerry's Market. He's the kindest, most genuine guy and makes every visit feel personal. The service is fast, the portions are generous, and the flavor never misses. Parking can be a little tricky, but it's worth the effort. This place is a hidden gem and the perfect spot for a quick, satisfying bite. Highly recommend! If you love a good pastrami sandwich, ask for the Sanna Special*. It's not on the menu, but worth it--hot pastrami, cream cheese, mustard, jalapeños, onions, avocado, lettuce, and a pickle on the side. Every bite is fire. You're welcome.**

This is definitely a really great local breakfast and lunch spot. We stopped by on a Saturday morning around opening and ordered a breakfast burrito, pastrami sandwich and chili cheese fries. Total was about $40 for all the food. The service was great and friendly. The breakfast burrito was on the small side for the price (~$11-12) but was quite filling! There were multiple options for complimentary salsa and I enjoyed each type. Would def recommend the salsa as the burrito is otherwise a bit dry without it. The chili fries were delicious and filling - fries are crinkle cut. My partner enjoyed the pastrami sandwich. This meal was kept us fed enough that we skipped lunch after visiting. Outdoor seating only. Pet friendly. Neighborhood parking.

I love this damn market The owners are so friendly the food is great and the salsa is amazing prices are purrrfect and they have an atm ... they close earlier than most markets but get there early

We got two different breakfast burritos and a hot pastrami sandwich. One of the breakfast burritos had chorizo, and the other had steak, with an overall rating of 8.5/10. The burritos are loaded but come in smaller portions. The pastrami sandwich is an 8/10 -- I wish it had more cream cheese. Outdoor benches and seating are available, which is perfect for a nice, sunny day! The staff were super friendly and happy to answer any questions. The market inside is pretty small but welcoming.

Breakfast burrito add avocado and chorizo with no eggs.

This place is actually perfect no fuss ordering, very tasty breakfast burrito perfectly made to order. Looks like a lil bodega, small convince store when you walk in. I just happened to see this place while driving by saw the great reviews and went to try it out. I will for sure be returning.

breakfast burritos - steak & egg along with egg & ham

Breakfast burritos - tasty & filling, yet didn't leave us with a heavy gut feeling (a great thing). Highly recommend! Plus, Alfonso took great care of us newbies.

Asada/carnitas burrito was super nom nom!!! And such warm familial atmosphere thank you Wow!

Had some family pop in on me out of nowhere!…read more Like, literally nowhere. I mean from New Orleans with absolutely no heads up whatsoever! Guess what they wanted as soon as they touched down? You got it! Sorrento's Italian Market here in Culver City! Now supposedly over the weekend they're going to make up for their surprise and lack of common courtesy by taking me to some nice restaurant apparently! I'll believe it when I see it. Settled on some hard salami and the sheer smell that emanates from the market. You've heard of or better yet even witnessed the smell that emanates from Pirates of the Caribbean? Well, Sorrento's market has its own unforgettable smell, and it usually winds up in a net gain of about 5 to 10 lb for your waistline. So other than some hard salami, I was sure to get the you know what out of here quickly! But do come by folks! Come from near and come from afar. My family just came from New Orleans (which happens to be the 1st city-yeah even before New York...that saw Sicilians specifically bring their great cuisine to this land) and the first thing they wanted was some hard salami from Sorrento's 2,000 miles away! Lol The spirit of Sorrento's market lives on through current owner Albert Vera Jr, who continues to do his father, mother, and the city of Culver City proud. It's not Culver City if there's not a Vera somewhere, somehow.

I had it with "the works" (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, Italian dressing, pickles, and peppers). The bread was absolutely phenomenal and made the sandwich. It was extremely filling and the meat was a great proportion. They also have a serious selection of cold antipasto - I tried the cucumber salad and the marinated mushrooms and both were good. They have seating outside where you can enjoy your prepared foods and plastic silverware at the checkout. They have a great dried goods selection (one of the best tinned fish sections I've ever seen) and a wine shop that I didn't check out but that looked pretty impressive. The hot bar (with things like chicken parm, meatballs, lasagna, etc) smelled wonderful. I wish they were open for dinner because I would have gone back for my second meal of the day! Overall one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. A must visit if you're in the area.
