I was so looking forward to going to Mom's List. I was so disappointed. They claim it was started by a Michelin Star chef. I guess he forgot how to cook. They claim they make a great burger rare, because people that are at a nearby gym come there and order that. I was very clear what I wanted. It came well done. The bums are steamed and they taste just weird, they have a strange yellow color that looks like mustard on the inside of the bun. It was mushy and just gross. The fries were good, but nothing special here. The burgers are small and what happened to the cheese on my burger that I asked for. The service was fine, but slow, and they got my order wrong. I had it to go, so I was not about to drive all the way back. Parking is not fun, but okay. I would just skip this place. I will never be back. Sad.

Background On Owner: Mom's List was founded in 2026 by Ziad, inspired by the woman who shaped the way he understands food, family, and care -- his mother. Ziad grew up in a Lebanese household where food was how love was shared and people gathered together. When his family moved to Canada, everything changed -- except the dinner table. To bring comfort to the family, his mother started a simple weekly tradition: hamburgers and French fries. Those nights became some of Ziad's most cherished memories. His mother also believed good food begins long before it reaches the kitchen. She carefully read labels and chose honest ingredients because she believed the people she loved deserved the best. Mom's List was created to honor that philosophy -- Serving comforting classics like burgers and fries made with transparency, care, and real ingredients. Good food. Good values. Made with love. Mom's List Mission Statement: Mom's List is a 100% organic burger made with grass fed and grass finished beef from Eel River ranch, our cheese is from Rumiano cheese and signature bun is made locally from Hasi bakery. Our first restaurant is located in Culver City serving simple comfort food made with real ingredients., our burgers are paired with organic toppings, organic milkshakes and freshly prepared fries. Everything on our menu is transparent -- We want our customers to know whats in their food and where it came from. We believe great food starts with honest ingredients and complete transparency. Inspired by family traditions and the values behind a mother's grocery list, Mom's List focuses on food that is simple, comforting, nutritious and made the right way. Mom's Promo: Bring a picture of you and mom and get a milkshake for free. They'll post your picture on the wall. Background On Visit: Decided to have our 4th meal snack after having dinner at Olive Garden. Credit Cards: They're accepted. Restroom: They have two unisex restrooms which require a code to get in. The code is on the door. Location/Parking: Located in the same plaza as Dina's Chicken and Handel's ice cream. Parking can be found in the shared parking lot. If you have trouble finding parking, you can find parking along Sepulveda. Ambiance/Decor: Neat ambiance with modern furnishings and music playing in the background. They also sell all the ingredients that they use in their sandwich. Service: Service was great! Chris was friendly, attentive, and informational about the shop Food Of Choice: We had the classic burger, which consists of 2 patties, organic Parmesan, signature house sauce, organic house-made pickles, organic arugula, fresh cut organic tomatoes, fresh, organic caramelized onions, and house made ketchup. All on a hasi bun (which is made of fresh milled flour blend (rye, spelt, kamut), organic bread flour, organic milk, butter, organic eggs, organic sugar, local honey, ancient sea salt, organic tumeric and organic blue pea flower. Everything about the burger was fresh and delicious. Mom's List For Thought: I would definitely come back to try other items on their menu. :)

I think Mom's is pretty new. We had never noticed it and went there for burgers, fries and salad. It is all great. There is nothing not to like. You can even get real cheese and not cheap cheese food. I love their pepper jack cheese and it is organic. Their burgers are made to order. We ate there and took some stuff home for our daughter to pick up. She loved it as well and she is so picky. We also love their fries and salad. They have fries with all sorts of stuff on them. Messy Mama Fries are fresh-cut fries with two beef patties, signature house sauce, house-made ketchup, fresh Jalapeños, and golden crispy onions. The onions are great. I usually hate ketchup, but this was great and they have other sauces as well, all made there and you can take some home. The place is ever so clean and the service is great. The prices are fair. Have fun.

Decided to try Mom's list burgers as I drove by several Other times. It was a great choice. Very friendly service, clean setting and super clean ingredients. I had the big mama which is 3 patties but patties are 2oz so it wasn't that big. Sauce, pickles and the bun were great compliments. The note in the bag was awesome. This isn't competing with fast food burgers- but if you want a high quality guilt free type of burger then this is your spot. Fries were also good!

Good ambiance, front and rear of store seating, free parking lot in the back. They are all about healthy ingredients, fresh made to order cooking. The owner is a long time avid tennis player and truly believes in a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Love the concept and they open late nights. I love the sweet and spicy burger and the big mama 3 patties. they even do the big mama 3 patties in lettuce wrap as well! The loaded fries are a great fun option and they openly have all their ingredients they cook with on display for you to purchase in their front of store market as well!

Was in the area, came in to try the burger. The vibe was calming and I felt so comfortable. self serve kiosk was easy to manage, there was a guy there to answer any questions. He let me taste their bread and butter pickles because im a dill gurl. I loved the taste! Nicely brined. I ordered the sweet and spicy burger lettuce wrapped with fresh cut fries, simple and sweet. The order was made quickly. I paid $17 eeek but I still took a chance. The burger was small so if you are hungry, you may want to try the double for $4 extra. The flavor of the burger was good and the lettuce wrap I made a lettuce cup because it was too much lettuce but I enjoyed it. Fresh cut fries were fresh!

Oh MY GOD !!! Whatever they do to onions !!! It's incredible!!! The owner is so nice , and the employees, they will mix and match ingredients from other items. Just delicious, juicy Burger . We tried the messy mama fries and the egg burger !! So yummy, here's the best part !!! UNDER $15 a meal . Nice tables to sit outside , plenty of parking . MUST TRY THE BURGERS HERE. My other favorite is the heritage burger . Do NOT forget to get the in-house made lemonade!!!

Prime burger spot with high quality ingredients, no seed oils and truly homemade. They make their own ketchup, house sauce, pickles and use Hasi bread. The interior was really cute with plenty of seating and a mini bodega. All of the staff was really nice, and I could see them meticulously putting the burger together in their open kitchen. Some of the best fries that I've had! My new favorite burger joint in LA!

I honestly wasn't headed here, but here I am after heading to lunch and passing their sidewalk board that coaxed me in with a great looking burger in the picture. I was greeted by the manager or owner it seems, who showed me how to place an order on their touchscreen (they did also have a friendly cashier who was more than willing to help). All burgers are made fresh with grass-fed organic beef, fresh ingredients, buns and genuine care. I ordered the Messy Mama which is a damn tasty burger. Topped with house made pickles (great taste and crunch), homemade ketchup & sauce. Decent price since it a double patty burger ($12.95) and organic! The burger seems a bit small, but in all honesty it's perfect! Filled me up and tasted great! Though slightly an odd name, it all makes sense once you taste the fresh ingredients, just like mom ran to the store for the freshest product and made you a homemade burger to welcome you home! My order was delivered to me in under five minutes and the kind manager sent over some of their homemade French fries to accompany my burger gratis (since I'm not normally a regular fry gal I didn't order them) but they were pretty good (In & Out style freshly cut potatoes and fried) served with a side of their homemade ketchup. Really good, but again I'm just not a fry gal. All in all, really great burger & service and I will be back!

Only burger spot where you feel good after eating. The customer service and the quality of the burgers and the fries are a notch above the regular spots.

Some burgers just fill you up. This one actually satisfies. Everything felt intentional, from the quality of the ingredients to the balance of textures. The burger buns are freshly baked from a local bakery, the beef patties are grass-fed, the veggie toppings are organic, and even the lemons are locally sourced. You can taste the difference in every bite. It's not oversized or overdone, but has that "just enough, yet deeply satisfying" quality that's surprisingly rare. I left with a real sense of satiety. You can tell the owner put genuine thought and care into every detail behind this place. It's rare to find a spot that feels both health-conscious and truly intentional. We were greeted with great enthusiasm by the owner, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. This cute place definitely deserves more recognition. There are good amount of seatings indoors and outdoors, plus a free parking lot, which is always a bonus. I'll be back for sure.

Mom's special....Meat not close to covering the bun. Not round but kind of oval. Ok flavors... not mind bending.
    Kathy W.

Great prices and ingredients... but too small of a portion. Burger didn't fit the bun. And bun is small. Fries were great and they make their own catsup. Really appreciate the intentions behind this place and wanted to love it but alas... most likely won't be back. Very good and fresh fries and lemonade!!!

    Mom's "Classic Burger" Fries
    Ariella O.

I stopped by Mom's List tonight because I was craving a burger and have trying to "eat only at mom and pop places." I got the Classic which had two patties, cheese, homemade pickles, and lettuce. The restaurant itself is cute. I checked out the various selfies, pictures, and small market selection while I waited for my food. The owner checked in with me pretty quickly to get my name, as did another woman who was running orders. It took a little while for my food to come out, maybe 15 minutes, but everyone in the kitchen was clearly working to push orders through. As a thank you for my patience, they threw in some fries on the house. The burger was great! Exactly what I was wanting, and I loved the house pickles! Mom's list is now on my list of places to frequent in the area.

Burger was delicious. Everything is organic so it's as healthy as having a burger can be.

We had a great experience and great food at N17 The Lane! I see some recent complaints regarding…read moreservice during the World Cup. It's clear they've put intentional effort into improving this week, as service was a highlight for us. Our waiter, Sunny, was so polite, quick, and communicative. He had a lot of tables to cover, as it was a packed and chaotic room during the Mexico vs. Ecuador game last night. The N17 burger and fries (both the regular shoe string fries and sweet potato fries) were fantastic! Both were cooked just right, very flavorful, and the fries were nice and crispy. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant in front isn't your typical "sports bar" - it feels more like a cute, sunny brunch restaurant with high-quality screens for sports viewing - but the clientele feels just like any other sports bar would :) It was very lively and fun to watch with others last night. For the World Cup, they've opened up their event space in the back which is not set up like a typical restaurant - but it was great for viewing! The screens are HUGE and very high-quality.

I don't understand how a "sports bar" decides to host an event for the World Cup yet can't provide…read moredecent service and/or a welcoming environment for such an event. Listen, I understand being busy is one thing but blatantly ignoring paying customers that have been sitting and waiting to be served for 20-30 minutes after only ordering two drinks is strange to me. And then to come back and ask if we wanted to remove the items we already ordered without us having to bring it up just lets me know that you remembered all this time but chose not to serve us until someone had to go ask to be served AGAIN. Even other venues that are 5x bigger than this one have better customer service/attentiveness. We also ordered the bottomless mimosas and only got through 2 bottles because it took them 20 minutes to bring out the first one and another 15 to bring out the second one when it was asked for. And on top of that, they act like they're doing YOU a favor by bringing out the food & drinks that YOU paid for. I have never written a negative review before but this experience was awful; just a waste of money &, what should have been, a good time.
