The service manager gave me a call to let me know the diagnosis, and I did not need brakes on the front, rather I had two locked up calipers on the rear. Add to that I wanted them to rectify the E-brake cable which was hanging down and is a common issue on Dodge RAMS. Long story short, GRAHAM fully diagnosed the problems and then without any pressurized sales tactics, suggested I could do the E-brake repair or not. I elected not to do the E-brake repair because I do not use that very often if at all. Overall, let's put it this way - they treated me right, they did not repair anything or suggest something be repaired that did not need to be at the moment, and in the end price was fair and acceptable. Oh, and one last note: Despite the fact that it was evident I needed tires, they did not even try to upsell me on tires. Most shops would've attempted to pressure you into getting tires. Rest assured they will be on my list when it comes time to buy tires.

Which would mean the vehicle would have to go to the junkyard. So I brought it to another guy. He started taking parts of the engine apart and actually inspecting it instead of just a quick once over. We ended up replacing the radiator and thermostat. I had a bad experience at Luxury Auto and didn't want to go back. I had been searching for another certified BMW mechanic and so glad I finally found someone in Sioux Falls. Luxury Auto quoted me for the same work Adam did at Elite Euro, but they were $500 more than Adam's quote. Adam uses all OEM parts as well so you're not getting cheap after market parts. I had Adam fix several things on my X5 that I had already paid to have done, but were never actually fixed at Luxury Auto. Adam not only fixed everything correctly, but he had it done on time (a day early actually) so I could have my car for the weekend. His communication system was also fantastic. The quote came with detailed explanations and line items breaking down the cost for parts, labor, etc for each item I needed fixed. It also had video for each area so I could actually see what he was referring to in the quote. I received reminder texts before my drop off/pick up, updates on the work status, and he followed up with me on every question I had. Overall, I was really impressed. Im not easy to please and rarely find people who take pride in their work and actually do what they say they will, but Elite Euro did this and more.
