As it was, my trunk looked like it had been ransacked to get to the spare tire tools to get my tire off. I took my car to Mikar for an estimate and was told that in fact, the $4500 portion of the repair the dealer mentioned isn't even wrong in my car! The issue in my car was a known Lexus part failure--you would think the DEALER would know about and look for that. I walked out with a repair bill of $1300 (had to replace my rear struts too but for half what dealer wanted to charge). Ted and Mike were awesome, super patient and explained all the issues. I will take my car here for ALL maintenance and any repair that comes up. Even my tires. Such a gem, and so close to home.
