I've gotten so many services, underarm wax, leg wax, upper lip wax, etc. A few months ago I had to have surgery and explained my situation and they were happy to extend my packages so they wouldn't expire because I couldn't come in for services. The prices are reasonable too, a little cheaper than some other spas I checked out. I said ok thats fair enough and booked an appointment. When I got there, my lash tech wasn't that friendly and didnt have good customer service skills. She didnt stop at any point to see how I was doing or ask if I was comfortable etc like you would at any other treatment facility. Worst part is..after the lift she didnt even let me get the tint! Said I would have to make a whole separate appointment and come back for that. Probably because I was the last appt before her weekend? I dont know what her reasoning is but I didnt appreciate that at all and felt like I got jipped. She sent me home with 2-3 mascara wands with instructions to keep them clean and that was it. The lift only lasted like 2 weeks. No one noticed or complimented them either. Mind you I already have long lashes as it is. The lift didnt add much to my look at all. Tip: Don't waste your time any money on a lift unless you already have crazy long voluminous lashes already..go straight to the falsies or just use mascara at home. Another tip: read the actual reviews! A lot of people's reviews below don't match up to the amount of stars they gave so don't depend on ratings.

Then I was told I didn't walk in with that hair to begin with, it "looks fine" and it will "grow back fast". The owner didn't even come out to address anything (they asked if I wanted to see her..I don't even think that should be a question. And I'm sure now I'm that am writing a review she'll try and address it). Once the mistake was finally acknowledged I was offered a brow serum to help it grow back. But let's be serious, if those things even worked everyone would be walking around with full brows. Execution was poor, and the attempt at redemption was worse.
