I'm gonna be honest, this was always my least favorite location of this chain. But my most recent visit, it seems like things have changed. There was an abundance of staff ready to help everyone lined up. Also, the staff was a lot more friendly than in previous visits. And finally, my sandwich was really well made. I usually get the number 13 with a little bit of mayo and Mike's Way (everything but the tomatoes, they just make everything soggy). It's a pretty legit sandwich with all the Italian meats and provolone cheese. And it just keeps me going when I'm on the run. Even before this visit, the location itself has been clean and well kept. Probably more apt to come here now than before for sure.

I did also order a chipotle chicken salad but they went a bit too heavy on the cheese which overpowered the salad in my opinion. I will try it next time without the cheese. The place is in the food court, so it's casual and loud. There is usually more seating but since came the weekend before Christmas, it was a mission to find an open seat. Service was quick even during a busy afternoon, and the staff was friendly. Portions are generous for the price, though yeah, it's a bit on the pricier side for mall food. Glad to have given this place a shot! I will definitely try again in the future during mall trips.

To make matters worse, they added a 20% gratuity charge--something we usually tip pretty well even though service is too bad to tip. But I don't expect to tip 20％ to this horrible service. We really enjoy the food here, but unfortunately, due to the experience, we don't think we'll be returning.

I was driving through the old neighborhood and saw this catchy name of the deli and was so, so happy that I stopped for breakfast. Tony, the very sweet owner greeted me with a big smile and graciously wrote down my order for the three eggs and cheese plus salt, pepper and ketchup on a roll. He told me to pop a squat ( ok to please sit) and it would just be a couple of minutes. I noticed that this is a simple deli. Basic stuff- juices, milk, cold cuts, bread, lunch specials, sandwiches ...lots of signs for specials. Three kids were sitting by a table all the inside and loving their meal. The atmosphere was so serene. Tony made me a beautiful and delicious sandwich.( photo). It was $5.29 for this masterpiece and that is a great price in June of 2026. There is parking up front. Tony opens M - Sat at 5 am and closes at 4. Sundays 7-1. I am definitely on a roll as I start this lovely Tuesday.
