My husband wanted to try something new so we decided to try Heaterz chicken since we were in the…read morearea. Upon arrival, the place appeared ti be closed. There was only one car on the lot, and it didn't look like the lights were on. Another vehicle showed up and went to the door. Lo and behold they were open. We followed suite and went inside. The young man at the counter didn't greet us. So we opted to use the self service kiosk. We already browsed the menu ahead of time to make everything easy. We both ordered the chicken Sandwich combo, which comes with 1 side and a breadstick. You can choose what flavor you want, so i opted to get the Nashville hot (Spicy). We waited about 10 minutes before we got our food, i checked my bag to ensure everything was correct and headed home. The food was still piping hot once we got home. The Sandwich was juicy, and tender. Seasoned well, and not overly spicy. The fries were crispy, but yet still soft in the middle. They were little spiral cut fries. The breadstick was soft, and fluffy and the Parmesan drizzle on top added extra flavor. The Nashville street corn was delicious. The Parmesan drizzle was a great added touch. I would add a little salt to add some flavor/seasoning and some shredded Parmesan for extra texture. There are two small tables inside for those who want to dine in. There are also a few slot machines for those who like to play slots. It's painted black so it makes the place feel small and dark. Plenty of parking outside. Definitely worth giving them a try.

It's been four years since my last visit to Fazoli's. So I decided to come back to celebrate,…read moreNational Spaghetti Day on the 4th of January. Since my last visit, I've learned the Fazoli's is a franchise and is black and woman owned. To celebrate Spaghetti Day, I went with a Marinara and Meat Sauce. However, the kid in me really wanted the Meatballs. The portion was a hearty size and was more than enough. It came with a side of Breadsticks. They were the perfect accompaniment. The young man working as a cashier was very professional and friendly. My food runner was equally friendly and when I finished my meal and was still sitting at the table, she offered to take the empty dishes away. If you are dining in, they use real plates and flatware. That's a nice touch. I went at lunchtime and was surprised how busy and full the dining room was. I was also surprised to see diners leaving a couple of dollars on the table as they left. I wonder if the food runner gets all of them or if they split them with all on duty. I'll be back and I wont wait four years or a for pasta holiday. When: January 4, 2026 Why: National Spaghetti Day

Haven't had fazolis since college and my partner really missed it. We got a 5$ off an order over…read more10$ coupon and decided to try it out again. We ordered 5 regular wings (9.99) and the crispy chicken bacon ranch salad which came with bread sticks (8.99). The wings were good but overpriced for the size. The salad had pepperoni chips (probably like 40 over them), crispy chicken, iceberg, fries breadstick croutons, bacon and cheese. This is a salad for people that don't like salad, not so much a salad for people who enjoy salad. Wouldn't order again but if you like all those toppings go for it- food was fresh. The breadsticks are terrible for you and frickin incredible. Service was great! Woman working the drive thru was excellent. Order took a long time but I guess that was cause of the wings?

Remember, patience is a virtue…read more The sandwiches are great. The restaurant is kept clean. The staff is friendly and professional. However, the service can be on the slow side. However, keep in mind that everything is freshly made. I've watched them and they do not dawdle. They are moving those sandwiches down the assembly line very smoothly. I wonder if adding another person would expedite the production. So, if you're in a hurry, I recommend using their app to place your order before you arrive. I've created my own sandwich in the past, but today I went with their, New York Steamer. Yum-Yum. It's a hot deli-style sub with corned beef brisket and pastrami (my favorite deli meat), melted provolone cheese, deli mustard, mayo and Italian dressing. All that goodness is pressed between a toasted sub roll (I choose, wheat). I live about a mile and a half from the Firehouse and when I got home, it was still toasty warm. The pairing of beef brisket and pastrami was a winning combination. I pretty confident, I'll be ordering this one again. I've never made a combo, but I like that they have Miss Vicki's as a choice of chips. They also, have the typical Lay's potato chips, too. If you donate $4 you can get yourself an empty pickle bucket. The donation goes to support first responders and safety organizations. Mine comes in handy when doing yard work. Also, be sure to sign up for the rewards program. You can accumulate points towards free food. We all like free. Speaking of free, Firehouse Subs will treat you to a free medium sandwich on your birthday. Isn't that nice. When: February 3, 2026 Why: Lunch Hunger Pains.

When I said, no I'd just like a new cup that is not upside down, she swapped my cup and put the dirty cup back in the pile with the clean cups.
