I love Jersey Mike's and have visited many of them. I chose the Auburn location when we moved to Auburn ten years ago. Customer service here is horrible. Don't order online cause they will not get it right. When I go inside I always order the sub club sandwich. If they're not out of bread they're out of some of the other condiments. Every single time I order this sub which is supposed to come with bacon, they conveniently forget to add bacon until I remind them that there's supposed to have bacon included. This happens every single time and I'm starting to feel like they're taught not to include it unless the customer asks. Different managers, different employees, same thing. In the future I will drive to Renton versus being so frustrated at the Auburn location. It was also very dirty today. Bread crumbs everywhere as if the slicer had exploded. I jokingly asked what happen, did the slicer explode? The manager gave me a nasty look and never responded. I am not one to write a negative review, especially now with businesses being short staffed but this has been my experience for quite a while and before the pandemic. read more

I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike's. It's just a totally better sub place than Quiznos and Subway (at least in my opinion). I love that there's one near by work now, and is conveniently located. This particular store was clean and professional, and the staff were pretty cool. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at jersey mikes. The subs are on the expensive side but are so worth it. Employees are nice and the shore points system is great too! My favorites are the turkey & provolone and the chicken philly cheesesteak with chipotle sauce. read more

I was driving by and wanted to try something new other than subway or Jimmy John, and the taste of the sandwich was great. I ordered cold cut trio meat and requested some sort of spicy sauce and this gave me sandwich a good spicy kick. My partner loves this place so I thought I would try them out. Terrible Terrible location the staff does not greet you when you come in & when they finally get around to making your order your treated like an inconvenience. The boy with the longer dark hair is rude ignored me multiple times & the girl with the curly hair is the same way I asked her if she knew when my order would be ready and she actually walked away from me and didn't say anything. They are continuously understaffed or just simply don't know how to work together as a team to get things done. I've even tried ordering online so I don't have to wait in line when I get there, only to not have my order started until 15 minutes after I arrived & I had to sit there and watch them make 10 other peoples sandwiches in front of mine who obviously ordered after me considering I ordered online. I live 5 minutes down the street and will never return to this location after the disrespect I've received from employees I've tried to return giving multiple chances but have received the same treatment every time I'll go to jimmy johns or the location in Burien. read more

A bit pricey. However much fresher ingredients and quality is better the subway or other area competitors in my opinion. Always friendly service, clean and fast. The employees are always chatty and friendly which is a nice pace for Seattle area. A bit on the pricey side, Sandwiches chips for two is around $20. read more

If it weren't for the variability of customer service, I would probably rate this place 5 stars. However, about 50% of the time or more, the service is terrible! The subs (especially the 56 and the 9) are delicious, but the unreliable service is often annoying. I don't think there are ever any managers around, which is probably why the customer service could be better... And no, I'm not going to tip you for your shitty service! Stop asking! read more

Sandwiches here are excellent. Meat and cheese sliced fresh right in front of you. All condiments sauces and vegetables are fresh too.

I had came In a minute before closing lastnight , and as I walked in I thought the two employees would give me the death look , but they didn't! They were both so helpful and made it seem like it wasn't a minute before closing , not only that but they also helped a couple that walked in after me and instead of telling the couple "they're closed it's 9pm they can't help them" like The tukwila store .. the girl and boy both said it was fine they haven't even put nothing away so they can make sandwiches for them.. $13 for a 1/2 sub with chips and drink just seems to be the norm for some reason, which is the price for a sit-down restaurant. The bread was a little too "airy" for me (I prefer whole/thick), but the meat and cheese were warmed just fine. For some strange reason, the sandwich makers EXPECT a tip - it's built into the checkout process. Tonight 1/24 at 8 literally the worst ever. Walk in order was supposed to be ready by 7:15 and I walk in at 7:45 order is no where to be found. Okay cool I'm reasonable I'll wait I get it. The guy behind the counter super nice now let's talk about the female. So extremely snotty. I can literally hear her talking shit about my sandwich for my husband. I speak up and say you "know I can hear you" she says "I don't know what you're hearing I'm just saying your sandwich is big" then Continued to mumble under her breath about me. like girl I get it my husband likes a lot of freaking meatballs. You're already an HOUR late from when my food should be done. Literally just get your job done and stop popping off continuously while I can STILL hear you. Working in customer service is hard and I get it BUT you were being rude for no reason. I never even complained when you were an HOUR late while I waited for some bacon to cook. I paid $55 bucks for 4 sandwiches like give me some great customer service. I wish the $5 tip didn't get split with her. I will never be back to this location EVER! read more

As a former employee for 2 years at jersey mikes at this location, I would like to share on my experience. I quickly fell in love with the company as a crew member and worked my way through the ranks. Not to mention how much I cared and appreciated my customers I would see everyday. However, the relationship between myself and the owners was what finally drove me away ,as well as four other employees. I was expected to be perfectly fine working 15-20 day in a row with no day off, while also not receiving the full benefits my position came with . I honestly am distrusted how little they seem to put their employees before making $$$ . Examples of leaving myself and a high school student in an insecure store while we have no power, and had just been broken into. Also not immediately fixing the back door but yet letting it be pushed off for about 5 days. As soon as I took over as manager I felt very little respect, I truly feel it may have been because I am only 19. Yet I was more than qualified for the position based off my efficiency and leadership. My review is not to bash on the jersey mikes name, but to inform any other people looking into this location and franchise. Lastly, I had heard from current employees that they would be fired, if any of the former employees from my crew were to come in the store for more than a few minutes. I tried reaching cooperation and only received a reply from the owner saying that my concerns were irrelevant, so I'm sharing to the public . read more

Well I came to the t mobile store and wanted to grab a bite to eat. Definitely not a place I would come back to. The sandwich maker was slow the cheese needs to be melted it was cold my sandwich needed to have blue cheese and it did not. So I asked for blue cheese the sandwich guy told the lady see I told you not to scrape it off apparently they don't have a system of quantity.
