We had not tried the local Jersey Mike's in our area and decided to do so. It was really good actually and when I walked in to pick up our order it was being finished up. Quick service and the sandwiches were made properly and were tasteful, it was refreshing for a hot summer's day. We got the stick all special, jersey shores favorite and the orginal Italian. All are highly recommended. The only suggestion is that my husband would like to reccomend is that jersey mikes would have crab and lobster meat for sandwiches to pick from. Step aside subway, Jersey Mike's is finally here! You won't find cheap sub prices BUT you won't find old spoiled wilted ingredients either. Everything is fresh and clean and lets not forget bacon. Grill cooked bacon to add to your sub, none of that microwaved ish! Your paying for quality ingredients and service. Customer service is on point always attentive and friendly and welcoming. This facilty is brand new but it differs none to others I've been to that have been open for years. Soda machine is unique with its custom flavors and my sandwich always hits the spot! I was on my way to a concert and I was very hungry so I pulled over off the freeway to find just the right food to satiate me. And then saw Jersey Mike's! Nothing satisfies quite like a freshly prepared sub. As soon as I walked in it felt like the two employees each had PhD's in customer service. Warm, friendly, engaging and really wanted to know how to build the best sandwich for me. They were out of mushrooms, a key ingredient in my big kahuna cheesesteak, but i requested avocado instead and they gave to me for free. And so how was my sandwich you're asking? Amazing!!! Usually love coming here, but man they have become more and more stingy with stuff they add. I got a giant sub and wanted avacado and they charge $3 to smear half a avacado on a giant sub . I love jersey mikes, just be cautious on phone orders. They are quick to always say mikes way. Look mikes way doesn't come with everything. I made a order and I was specific with dill pickles and red radish as well as Bell papers. Upon my arrival, I asked to confirm if they have added my toppings on not just a mikes way. The cashier even went was far as running to the back to confirm my order. When I arrived home, both my subs were done mikes way and nothing else. So I am a huge fan of jersey mikes, mainly because they have a gluten free choice for bread. I have a gluten allergy so i always order. I ordered through Uber eats, a turkey with gluten free bread , did I get it? No. By the time I was able to eat my lunch (I had a few customers I needed to help first) I was starving. I opened up the bag and found out they gave me white bread..how am I suppose to eat my sandwich if I have an allergy to gluten. I had to give my sandwich to someone else because I count eat it, I then had to go somewhere else and spend MORE money just so I can eat. What kind of place looks over a gluten allergy? This store used to be pretty clean when it was newly opened. In the last few months, I've noticed it's kind of dirty and filthy, specially the counters. It was pretty busy when I arrived. Wife placed the order a good 15 minutes prior to my arrival and the system said it would be ready in 15.
