Mayo in something that's suppose to be more like a salad?
Stephanie S.

Terrible customer service. They added mayo to my tub in a sub when I said I didn't want any & instead of asking to remove the top layer the girl argued with me about it instead of servicing the customer. I can't wait for machines to replace people at fast food chains.

I'm usually cautious of buying a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich because most of the time they skimp out on the meat or on the cheese. I was pretty impressed at Jersey Mike's Philly Cheesesteak because of the portion size. From the pictures I've uploaded, you can see it's full of a lot of meat and not full of fillers like onions and peppers, but it does have onions and peppers in it. The sandwich itself was good but I don't think the bread is correct. It's not supposed to be normal Italian bread but it's supposed to be a hoagie roll. So it felt kind of like I was eating a subway sandwich. They seem to have a lot of varieties of the Philly cheesesteak with beef, chicken, etc, so I'm surprised that they don't carry the hoagie roll. That's one improvement I would do. They do offer another type of bread but it's like Parmesan Italian bread. They offer two sizes, basically one is a half sub and the other is a full sub. Pricing is fair and it's pretty good cost to food ratio, plus it tastes good. If you are one person, I think a half sub is sufficient to get you full. Most places don't put peppers in this either, so it kinda has a twist, but the peppers are kinda tangy so if I were to order this again, I will skip the peppers. This jersey mike is located in the new plaza near the 10 freeway, it's on Garvey street in the same plaza as LA Fitness, Chipotle, Coffee Bean and it's across the street from the 7-11 gas station. Parking is ample and I wouldn't worry about not finding a spot. The driveway is low so entry is easy. Overall, solid sandwich, I wish they had the hoagie roll, and usually peppers aren't normally part of a traditional Philly Cheesesteak. More cheese is probably something I would ask next time as well.

Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite sandwich shop chain. Lots of different options for people with different tastes, and they don't feel as heavy as other sandwich shops. My main pick from here is the Original Italian on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. The regular size is the perfect size for me, it's basically like a foot long. I love getting it Mike's Way, which includes lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red wine vinegar, oil oil, oregano, and salt. Sometimes I also like to add the cherry pepper relish on it as well. I do recommend eating your sandwich pretty soon after you receive it though because it will turn soggy, unless you get any liquids, like the oil and vinegar, on the side. Bonus points here because they also have vanilla cream soda on tap. The people working there have always been friendly and in a good mood, even during this pandemic. They greeted everyone who walked in and were very quick to help out. As for social distancing measures they are requiring masks to go inside, and they also laid out stickers on the ground to mark 6' distancing. They also only allow 10 people to go inside at a time.

I am beyond upset. Halfway through our sandwiches I realized the chicken was not cooked. Hoping my children don't get sick. When I asked for the District Manager's number I was told "we can't give it out but you can call CORPORATE which you can find on the website." Well the website has no number on their website to call. I asked when is the District Manager here. "I don't know, he shows up spontaneously." Never returning again.

Brand new restaurant. I had a free birthday sandwich so I came by for an avocado sandwich. It was very good and the girls served it up quickly. They had a little trouble finding how to process the free sandwich but then again its free; who could be upset. They have Stubborn Soda and an agave cream soda which is very delicious. The soda area was very clean but you need to ask for the straws which are behind the counter. As mentioned before, this place is very new so everything looks great including the restroom.

First time trying this Jersey Mike's location. My go to is usually the one in Rosemead. Parking here is manageable. It's located inside the plaza with LA Fitness, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Chipotle. During the lunch rush there may be a small line, but moves pretty quickly. Service here is pretty good. My sandwich was made perfectly and the way I asked. Jersey Mike's are a bit expensive for a sub sandwich compared to Subway, but the meats are freshly sliced upon your order. Plus you can get it done Mike's way which has the red wine vinegar and olive oil. I do have to warn you that after a while the olive oil starts to seep through the paper bag holding your sandwich, so best to eat fresh. Definitely recommend getting it Mike's way if you like a tart, sweet, and savory type of sandwich. Recommend signing up for their rewards! Every once in a while you get deals of $1 or $2 off a regular sandwich. Plus on your birthday a regular sandwich and drink of your choice!

Jersey mikes usually does not disappoint! Their sandwiches are big, fresh and tasty. The bread taste like it's made in house and is soft. The meat and cheese are also fresh and I love that they slice it to order. I wish they did have the other toppings like other places, but what they offer is good enough and the freshness of the meat/cheese make up for it.

Thank you so much . I just want to share this. Today I was feeling pretty down. I recently had an unfortunate incident happen to me that has left me temporarily disabled. Any ways, my wife has been doing everything, I mean everything, kids and laundry and work. It's hard to go out to eat right now for me so I wanted to get her something refreshing and good to eat after church service today. Jersey Mikes came to mind. Let me tell you that this really hit the spot for me. It was so good delicious and perfect for weather like this today. But I really want to thank the employees for helping her and taking the time to figure out what she wanted. This was the second time we have eaten here and I will be back again and again. Thank you for your service and lifting my spirits with your amazing food in this not great moment in my life, you have made it easy to endure.

I really like the big kahuna when the employees actually make it the way you ask for it. That's the reason for the 3 stars.

I like Jersey Mike's better than Subway. I guess it's the ingredients and the way they make their sandwiches. It just tastes better.

My wife and I were looking where we could get a nice sub sandwich, boom The Colossal feeds 50-60 we needed 2 for the party. Fast forward I called in today gentleman answered, put me on hold came back and was greeted with "what do you want?" "Yes can I place an order for 2 Colossal sandwich's." Before I could say what kind I wanted I was rudely interrupted "I said what do you want? What kind of sandwich!?" I repeated what I wanted He repeated "what kind of sandwiches do you want? I said can have it with Turkey Pastrami and Turkey. I was told no repeatedly on the turkey pastrami. -First the Turkey pastrami is too expensive it's an added $50 I said that's fine and he continued to persuade me to not get it -Second because now it's too much work to put on a sandwich because you know The Colossal is pretty big. (Seems like the works too much for them) So at the end of the day I went with the big corporate sandwich shop because I got my questions answered, they weren't rude, actually tried to upsell me instead of telling me no it's "too expensive" Lesson learned: teach your employees how to talk to customers. Thanks for the time and the so so service.

.., meet Whittier's Uptown hero!…read more My experience here was from 6/26/26 & it did not disappoint. Though I've been to Uptown Provisions twice before to support my friend Andrew M, as well as my other friend Andrew P. with Satori Coffee Project, this was my actual visit where I finally ate! Third times the charm! Tucked nicely into a Penn St. neighborhood, Uptown Provisions can easily be spotted by the loyal patrons waiting/dining outside. May the street parking gods be kind to you as they always provide me with a spot nearby. Knowing what I already wanted from doing my menu homework the night prior, I was practically drooling on my way in. Greeted by a great staff & friendly fellow patrons, I felt right at home. I went with the "Tom's Way" sandwich. Dedicated to one of their favorite customers, it's a crossover between an egg sandwich & a pastrami. It was perfect! Chef Aaron describes his sandos as the perfect West Coast sandwich, & that I can totally agree with. Tom's Way provided me with a robust sandwich blend that never knew I needed until now. Each component's flavor profile blended together nicely. I'm usually hit or miss with rye bread, but this rye hit the mark & held the ship together. The eggs were made with care & prepared in a way I've never tasted before, very delicious. Pastrami was tender, pickled onions provided the bitter tangy component while the broccoli slaw became the soothing blanket that nestled every flavor together. I absolutely loved my sandwich. They post a 20 minute wait time but I got mine in 15. Great things come to those who wait. They do not have a public bathroom so plan your visit accordingly. They have a few counter seats inside with plenty more outdoor seating in front with friendly locals chatting it up. Don't be shy with the napkins. Thank you Uptown Provisions for a great experience, I shall return!
