The person I interacted with when receiving my food was friendly and pleasant. She was much more welcoming than employees at other fast food places. They were cooked perfectly, juicy, and packed with flavor--exactly what you want when you're craving a solid, satisfying burger. You can tell there's attention to consistency and quality. What stood out just as much is that management clearly listens. It feels like they take customer feedback seriously and are making a real effort to improve and make things right, which goes a long way.
