LOVE THIS LOCATION. I order via the app at least 1-2x per month. Most of the time my order is ready within 5 minutes (always order 4 subs for the family). Our order has always been 100% accurate and fresh. The staff is friendly and welcoming about 98% of the time, which is a win for me. I did recently order via the app on 8/13/25 to pickup at 10:15am on my way home from running errands. Sadly, there was only one gentleman working as it seems his counterpart either didn't show or called out for their shift. He was super kind and even though I waited about 10 mins upon arrival, he worked diligently and ensured my order was correct. Not sure why there are so many one and two star reviews for this location. I visited for lunch recently. I ordered their version of an Italian sub - which comes with several different meats, lettuce, tomato, onion, and oil and vinegar. I also had them add some mayo - plus a bag of potato chips and a bottle of water. I consumed my sub on the premises. There is a small amount of seating available to eat it - about 8 tables or so. My daughter has celiac disease and we recently discovered that Jersey Mike's offers a gluten free bread option. Every time we have been to this location and order a gluten free sandwich, they ask if it is a preference or an allergy. When we say celiac, the entire team throws away their gloves, uses fresh ingredients from the back that haven't been contaminated, and really take great care to make sure the food is safe. We appreciate that so much and my daughter is so happy to be able to eat a sandwich! read more

Jersey Mike's is a good quick and easy sub shop. It's close to where I live so it's a good and healthy place to run in for a quick sandwich. The atmosphere is good and lively. The service is good. The employees are friendly and polite and helpful. They make the sandwiches quickly and efficiently. I recommend this sub shop. read more

Don't bother!!! I love Jersey Mikes but whoever runs this one doesn't know how to manage. They were out of bacon and lettuce, how do you run out of lettuce at a sub shop?! Employees working there were nice but they barely put any meat on there..something Jersey Mikes is not known for. Spend the extra few minutes of your life and go to another location. Usually we get good and fresh subs we order with everything that comes on them. My hubby arrived at least 30 minute before they closed but the teenagers must have been in a hurry to close up. Our Chicken Philly sandwiches were supposed to come with peppers and onions but alas just chicken and little cheese. Both are of our subs were the same and lucky for us we had some banana peppers at home which helped to add flavor to a very bland sandwich. We won't be returning to this location. read more

We put in a pretty big catering order for our office and the team got it ready within 20-30 mins. All the food was good, no complaints from anyone. I didn't catch the team leader/manager's name but he was wonderfully pleasant, with a very fun, up-beat energy. This store did a great job and we will continue to go back! This location has issues with bacon. Twice I've ordered online and came home with a club sub without bacon. There's also been times they've run out of bacon several hours before closing. Other than that...no complaints. read more

I love the steak n cheese from jersey mikes, honestly one of the best I have tried. Love this place. The only downfall I have is calling in to make an order. I'm a truck driver, so when I'm in the area running up rt.28 I call in to make an order (it's easier for me since I'm driving) but today I had to call in 6x I don't know if it's because they're m busy, or if the phone is in the back, and when they finally answered (a gentlemen) answered with a huss, I could feel his attitude annoyed over the phone. Complaining how busy it was, and hurrying me up to give him my order. Customer service should be reviewed at this location, it isn't the first time I've called. Last year I called in one day a total of 13x to make a order, not once did I get a pick up. Other then that, the food is great! read more

I placed an order on line for a jumbo steak and cheese with extra meat and extra cheese and schedules pick up for 1:45 pm. I arrived there at 1:30 and my sandwich was already sitting on the rack for pick up. I should have said something right then but I didn't. When I got home and opened it, not only did it NOT have any extra of anything I asked for, one half barely had anything on it! Plus it was warm not hot and soggy. To add insult to.injury it was super salty. I usually go to the Stafford location but this one recently opened and it is closer to.home so i.was super excited to try it. Terrible. Friday 2/11. Online order promised at 6:08. Finally received last part of order at 6:58, and a lady was still waiting for her order promised at 5:45. Part of my hot sandwich order was ready at 6:40, but had to wait for the last part. When I got home, 2 of my sandwiches were wrong. There were 6 others waiting for online orders. The 3 workers (woefully understaffed for a Friday night) were serving the people in line and not filling online orders. The young lady at the grill did not seem to have any organized way she was filling orders (filled my 3 sandwich order over 30 minutes). Obviously some of my order was cold when I got it home. This indicates a lack of training. And where was the owner and manager? If someone couldn't work, I would expect then to try to fill in. I will not order here again. read more

Only gave a star because I have to, to leave a review. Will not be back to ths location again and ths is why...they have never made our order correctly. Our last trip today was a debocal. Ordered by phone since we were driving, arrived and they began making our sandwiches. Didn't add the extras we requested, had to repeat ourselves. Made one of the sandwiches completely different than ordered, we told them in the store and they remade it. Get home and its still was a different sandwich. Went to take a bite of mine and there's hair in it...not mine. Called the store manager and basically nothing can be done because we used some of ours points on the order. Which doesn't make any sense. Lack of customer service as well. I will stay with the Haymarket location. read more
