The customer service was terrible from the manager or whoever is in charge September 26th. I had went in with a coupon that said 1 free combo with a purchase of a regular sub. I assumed i get a combo so a sandwich, chips, and a drink, after i buy a regular sub. I confirmed with the worker that made my sandwich that I was correct then whoever was in charge was ringing me up and told me my total being $30. I asked him why and he rudely read everything I ordered. I kept apologizing if I was being a pain but was being polite to him but he continued to be rude when I asked him why my total was $30 even though I had a coupon. The worker even said he thought that a combo was a sandwich, chips and drink. The man in charge was still being rude and said to me I guess we're gonna have to throw away $30 worth of food. I'm a high schooler and I got the coupon from my school Canton high school. I work in customer service and I understand if he was just stressed but he doesn't need to be rude towards me like that. Place does not have any type of safety protocols for online ordering. They literally let people walk in and grab food without confirming any information. Customer service trash too, had a customer tell the workers that I've been waiting, was not greeted until after 10 minutes of standing directly in front of the cashier. There is no shortage of great fast food sub options in the current market. Between the Jimmy Johns, the Potbellys and Penn Stations of the world it's hard to choose a definitive go to because it depends on many factors. This includes the type of bread they use, how they prepare the sandwiches, topping options, and most importantly the quality of the ingredients. I will say that IF there is only one sandwich franchise I could eat at forever, that honor would have to go to Jersey Mike's. Now this is most certainly not a controversial opinion as JMs is consistently at the top of such lists, but with them there is an almost perfect balance of quality cold subs, hot subs, and value. For close to $20, you can get two regular subs filled to the brim and they will fill you up without a problem. We got their California Chicken Cheese Steak and Turkey Provolone. Both had toasted bread and amazingly fresh veggies. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but if I had to be picky, I wish they offered fries on the side. Love Jersey Mike's but this location is absolutely disgusting. It smelled horrible, full of flies, old spills from drinks and sauces dripping all down the counters. Drink machine was pouring water all over the counter and floor and the door was busted off the cabinet hanging off. They put towels to stop the water from pouring on the floor yet they were soaked and the water was still dripping onto the ground. Worker literally picked up trash off the ground while wearing gloves and then went right back to making subs wearing the same gloves. My husband is a big fan of the BLT sub, so I ordered one for both of us. what a major disappointment!!! The bacon was so OVER cooked that it was hard (no crunchy but hard) and had no flavor, the lettuce was browning (and I don't mean a piece or two), there was so much mayonnaise on this, that the bun was falling apart. Very good experience! There were several people ahead of us, but my sandwiches were out quick as a flash. With only two people working, I thought the wait would take forever, but they were hardworking and efficient. Jersey Mike's makes a pretty good sub sandwich. We went to try a Steak and Cheese and ended up with a #56 Giant Kahuna with steak, cheese, peppers, mushrooms, grilled onions and jalapenos served hot with lots of melted cheese. It was very good. We also tried a #13 Original Italian which comes with provolone cheese, ham, salami, pepperoni and two other Italian meats. We tried it Mike's way which includes fresh lettuce, tomato, onions and a red vinegar and oil along with other toppings you may add. This came on a hard roll which really worked well on this sub sandwich. It's a little small with just a few tables and the poor parking lot really needs some work, but the subs are quite good, the place is very clean and the employees are enthusiastic and polite. I'm glad there's a Jersey Mike's right by my crib. I always hit it up after going to the bank. I like the Italian, the ham, and the Jersey Shore sub. My friend Abe once had the Pastrami Rueben Sub and said it was the best sandwich he's ever eaten in his life, so I'll definitely be giving that one a try soon. The prices are right. The only thing that bums me out is that I never saw an extra meat/cheese option on their order board. If those were options, I'd be all up on that like Frat boys on a passed out chick on a couch. Everything tastes so fresh, the veggies are always nice and crisp. If you don't like tangy, tell them you want light sauce. I love tangy though, so I ask for more lol. I love this place! read more

Being from Philly I am a tough critic when it comes to subs (we call them hoagies). Jersey Mike's remind me of what I grew up eating at the Jersey shore. My favorite is #13 the Original Italian. I order it Mike's way minus onions, add pickles. It loses 1 star because the bread is just a little too soft and can become soggy too quick. The staff was friendly service was good and I like the thing use real bread. The only issue I have is that they were overpriced for what you got. The local sub shops in the area will give you a large for 12 to $14 and a half sub for six to $8 the restaurant was clean need and everyone was courteous but I was surprised when I ordered a regular 47707 and it was just a half sub. their rolls are larger than Subway rolls but a few inches shorter than what I get at the other shops so its frustrating that all thier "giant" sized rolls are $15.55. Two dollars more for two inches smaller. other than the pricing the entire experience was positive sandwich was made quickly but I was really expecting to get more for my money read more

With so many sub places to choose from, this place was ok. I ordered a turkey sub and it was very good. They use white bread and they also have wheat but we weren't asked if we wanted a choice between white or wheat. I would have ordered it with wheat if I had known. I like having a bit of crunch with my meal and was going to get a bag of chips or something but the only low fat selection was regular flavor baked chips. All the other choices were higher fat/calorie options. So one less star for not being asked if we wanted white or wheat when they carried both and one less star for only having one choice for a healthier chip selection. read more

I had ordered 3 giant subs for my mo , my son and myself and one of them was messed up (my moms) , Jason the manager (a very great one) not only went out of his way to personally reach out to me about the mistake but he replaced the sub and gave me another one for the trouble . Love jersey mikes! It does take a little bit longer for them to assemble your sub, but that's because they slice the meat to order. It is delicious. My boyfriend and myself really like the club supreme (roast beef, turkey, bacon, and cheese) gotta get it mikes way!). He also adds the cherry pepper relish to it. I just tried the Jersey favorite and it was good as well. I really enjoy the hot subs, too! The philly cheese steak chicken is my favorite. read more

I do not know what happened to this location since the shelter at home but it is very disappointing. I first tried delivery and the order was wrong and missing food and drinks. This time I tried going in for carry out and the situation was not much better. First we went in and no one greeted us or told us how they are handling things so we left, ordered online for pickup, and then went back. There were 5 people waiting when we got there so we checked our food and it was wrong. We carried the food back in for them to fix it nd thought they had corrected it but when we got down the road one of the sandwiches was wrong. I really don't feel like driving the extra 2 miles to go to the one on Ann Arbor rd but I guess we will be forced to until they open back up regularly and we can sit in there and inspect every element of the food read more

Just opened today!!! The staff is very friendly & enthusiastic and seem to know the menu well. They made suggestions and answered my questions without pushing any one thing in particular. The store is fresh & new, and the only difficulty I can see is the parking lot layout. It's currently a mess. I opted for a 7.5" (regular) #7 Club Sub, Mike's Way. The large is 15" which is too much even for me. There was ample meat & cheese, which was sliced specifically for my sandwich as I watched! The toppings were fresh & not skimped on. Lettuce, tomato, onions, sweet pepper relish, mayo, and red wine vinegar & oil all blended together nicely. All in all it was a pretty good sandwich. Not GREAT, but solidly good. This is my new favorite sub place. The ingredients are very fresh and they slice them right in front of you. Because of this, it takes a while to go through the line, but it's worth it in the end. My favorites are the Original Italian for the cold sub and the Famous Philly for the hot sub. The Italian is incredibly tasty with the right blend of meat, cheese, toppings and "the juice" which is olive oil and red wine vinegar. The Philly consists of steak, melted cheese, onions and peppers. I order it without the peppers because I don't like them. The cheese melts nicely and mixes with the meat and onions quite well. Each bite is quite delicious. Their bread is also excellent. Yeah, I've stopped going to Subway now. read more

Purchased a Italian Sub from the LoveJoy locating in Atlanta and was very disappointed in the product. It was literally drowned in oil and shredded lettuce. The shards of meat were hardly recognizable and not worth the $10.00 price. Decent service and staff and would come here more often...if you can get into the parking lot...built in one of the smallest most least accommodating parking lots in the southeast MI area while it sits in the busiest shopping area in Canton and residing off one of the busiest roads in SE MI (Ford Rd). (A lot of times this has to do more damage than good to a business with parking issues) The hot sandwiches are great and this place is a smidgen higher than your typical Subway or JJ's. I'd compare it to a Penn Station or Firehouse Subs and would easily give 4 stars if we could just find a damn parking spot!!!! read more
