I first discovered Jersey Mike's while living in IL. I always enjoyed their ham and cheese sub. They slice the meat and cheese right before they make your sub. The toppings are always crisp and fresh. The staff is really friendly and personable . I usually get an Arnold Palmer too because the iced tea is fresh brewed. I'm a sucker for a good sub, and this Jersey Mike's makes some of the best in the area. Service could be better. It is often a little slow for orders to come out and the workers do not seem to be overly thrilled about the living they are making there. I purchased the #55 The regular size Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak. The description said it feeds 1-2. When I got it home I thought they screwed up and gave me the mini.. but they did not. Employees are not wearing their masks properly! Refuse to cover nose. Asked for manager, refused to put mask over nose. His reasoning was customers eat here without a mask why should we have to wear one! Called corporate office several times, they never responded. This incident happened at the middlebelt/96 store livonia MI. On their website they claim to take top priority to their customers and employees during covid-19 Obviously that's not true! I recently posted a review on a different Jersey Mike's location and how I held up the line ordering a veggie sandwich while they wiped down the slicer. At this Jersey Mike's location they did not do this, which is fine by me. I also like how they had pickles you could get with your sandwich. I forgot that they had wheat bread and didn't specify which kind of bread I wanted, so they just gave me white bread. read more

This place is an average sandwich in a world full of sub shops. Their shtick is that they cut the meat in front of you.... big whoop. Then they make your entire sandwich a soggy mess buy adding so much italian dressing that your mouth puckers when you try to eat it. possibly the worst sandwich place ive been to in a long time. read more

I've only been here a couple times but the sub is fantastic!! I go with the Italian regular size. As mentioned the prices are a bit more than a jimmy johns or subway but you can tell it in the quality. Meat sliced direct from deli cooler to your sandwich is something you really only get a delis not chain sandwich shops. Food is great. Made my sub wrong. after returning they argued with me about how they made my sub correct. I ordered a number 6 they made a #9 showed the receipt and they confirmed the mistake. I asked for the #6 hot. they refused to make it hot. then they tried to charge me a second time. I guess we need minimum wage workers with no skill level to make a sandwich but I just wish their parents educated them better. One less food place for me these guys are idiots. read more

The subs here are quite tasty. I always go without lettuce though because they put a HUGE amount on for some reason. Maybe most people like a head of lettuce on their subs. I have gotten the #31 California chicken cheese steak and my husband got the #17 jersey mikes famous philly. Both were delicious , hot and fresh! They do have wraps and cold subs available as well. I haven't had any of the cold deli subs since I'm pregnant. You have the option of wheat or white sub bread. You can get it mikes style with onion lettuce tomatoes , spices, olive oil and red wine vinegar or stick with the ingredients listed. My husband loves spicy subs so he adds the jalapeños and banana peppers. The staff is nice and pretty fast! A great place to go for lunch or dinner! read more

I love a yummy sandwich and this was the yummiest I've had in a long while! I had the regular #7 on whole wheat (turkey w/provolone) Mike's way minus the oil (lettuce, tomato, onion, special seasoning and red wine vinegar). I have been an fan of Jersey Mike's hot subs since the Canton location opened and haven't had a bad experience or bad sub yet. Last weekend we decided to order the Box of Subs from Jersey Mike's catering menu for a local college football game tailgate party. I have never heard so many positive comments about catered subs at a tailgate. The Box of Subs was more than enough to feed our group of both adults and kids and being able to choose 4 different types of subs from the menu helped us make sure that even picky eaters had something available to eat. We will definitely be using Jersey Mike's again for a future tailgate party. read more

First time trying Jersey Mikes and it was pretty good! Took my son there last night, it's fairly small inside so not really a place I would go if I planned on dining in but it's great for a grab and go on the way home. The staff was very friendly and everything inside looked neat and clean. My son ordered a kids ham and cheese and he added salami and pepperoni to his. I ordered the ham and salami with provolone. I ordered the "regular" size. You can get them in a larger size but really the regular was quite filling! Plus they don't skimp on the toppings. The veggies we had added to our subs were all fresh. Especially the lettuce which was nice. Nothing worse than limp lettuce! I had mine topped with their spice mix which tasted like an oregano blend. It was tasty, a nice touch to the sandwich. The bread it's served on is nice and crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, exactly how it should be. I noticed on the way out that they offer a "sub in a tub" which is basically the sub ingredients of your choice without the bread. I like that they have that option. All in all we had a good experience here and will be throwing this place into the mix when looking for a quick meal in the area! read more
