Her name is Allison and she's awesome. The hubs and I frequent this location approximately once a month. The past couple of times we've been in, Allison has been behind the counter. She's a diligent worker with an amazing personality. I've never seen Allison without a smile on her face. She's always kind and her attitude is always positive. As the hubs and I ate lunch there yesterday, I noted how she treated everyone with respect. She knows her usuals by names, but it doesn't matter if she knows you or not, she treats you like a friend. In this day and age, excellent customer service is becoming a rare commodity, but not with Allison. She is an amazing example of what quality customer service looks like, and I am grateful. She's an asset to your business, and one that will keep us coming back.

She claimed pickles were no longer included and best part was that if they did put them on the side they would turn BLACK! I can't make this up honestly. These are not avocados they are brined pickles that could survive an apocalypse people! She also said we got dressing that was enough which is absurd. (5 1/2 cups for 3 enormous salads) I hung up at that point cause she refused to do anything at that point not to mention I couldn't handle no accommodation what so ever. I like Firehouse and give all good reviews so far but whoever works at this location needs some serious management skills. You can order ahead of time on their apps to pick up in store or thru the drive thru or delivery. The restaurants aesthetics are amazing with art painted in the walls and tables. A lot of windows for when you dine in. So clean and fresh. Don't sleep on this restaurant and think you only have a few options for sandwiches because this is a real go to.

The fries were okay and the onion rings were way over cooked. I can't believe they served them to us. In addition one of the two napkin dispensers was empty, as was the only ketchup dispenser. They were not busy and it was the earliest part of the lunch hour and they were not prepared. The clerk rang up our meal, over $30 if you can believe that AND it was prompting me for a tip. They do not bring your food out so what is the tip for? No service, unfilled condiments and paper goods, not good food either. All for $30. That was our first and last trip. WOULD NOT recommend.
