Went to the one in League City Tx. These are very good sun sandwiches. I am not a big sandwich fan and I don't like all those sandwiches with all those condiments and add on. I jus want a good old Italian or ham sandwich with all the standard fixings (lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayo and mustard). So if those are goo I am sure the others are just as good. Been there recently and it was pretty nice experience. I was in the area and looking for a spot to grab a bite so that's how I ended up here. I ordered a sandwich with chicken for myself. You might think it's nothing special about that but it was yummy. I downed it on my way home and was satisfied with my meal. Chicken was tender and spice unlike it might happen in other places. As for customer service it was pretty good. Staff was nice and friendly and ready to help you pick your food if you're uncertain of it. They also followed all quarantine guidelines and precautions and it makes sense due to this difficult times. The people who works at this Jersey Mikes really needs to be retrained in customer service. My co-worker who is hard of hearing, placed our lunch orders one day and was yelled at and treated horribly. They embarrassed her and made her cry! She had the hardest time placing our orders, communicating, and understanding them while everyone including her were wearing their face masks. She speaks perfectly but, they made her feel like less than a person and this was totally, unacceptable. This particular Jersey Mikes doesn't deserve that one star, as our food wasn't that good, anyway. Because of this incident, our entire office will opt for better restaurants who values their customers, and with good customer service as well.
