When it was our turn to order the lady behind the counter wasn't very pleasant. But I took into consideration that maybe she was having a bad day or had had a sour customer earlier. So I started to joke with her and then she smiled and laughed. We have been back lots of times and she always greets us with a smile and is very pleasant. We're buddies! I believe that first impressions should be taken with a grain of salt, we all have bad days. If a server is having a bad day give them a break and be nice. They'll appreciate it. Their sandwiches are always good and the restaurant is clean and well stocked.
