I love Jersey Mikes. I will go here over Subway any day. However, while I was there today I watched and employee go under the counter and grab a wet rag from a bucket and strain it and wipe the counter down with her gloves on. She then proceeded without changing her gloves to make my sandwiches. I asked her if she changed her gloves after handling the wet rag and she said no it's safe and just a sanitizer. I stepped back but could not stand the fact that she didn't have the common sense to change her gloves after handling any cleaner( safe or not) while handling fresh produce and serving food. I finally asked for them to be remade. They weren't happy and safe or not I don't want all the crumbs and food you wiped with the towel and threw back in the bucket on my food. Ordered Jersey's Mikes for our office lunch. We ordered Giant's and wanted them split and wrapped individually and the order came out perfect. All the sandwiches were labeled with our names. They hooked us up with tons of yummy pickles which everyone loved. The little bottles of oil and vinegar were awesome. Our entire unit LOVED the sandwiches. Online order was really great too. If I could give 0 stars that's exactly what they deserve. My daughter had an interview( don't know the exact dates) on Thursday about two weeks ago and was given a paper to memorize. It had the number of the sandwiches the names and what comes on them. She was told to come back on that Sunday. She returned on Sunday gets another interview by Mallory and she didn't know the test 100% so She told her to come back that following Wednesday and if she passed she would get the job. She showed up that Wednesday which they sent her to another location in S Corona to see Katie. Katie tested her she got a 100% and was told "you got the job". A week has gone by no phone call no nothing. She went there last night to follow up and was told by Mallory oh we're not hiring. They made my daughter come back three times learn all the sandwiches and they pull this s***. Jersey Mike's and their managers SUCK. I refuse to let you have my business anymore. This was totally not fair and she should have been called. Just a follow up. So Katie emailed me. She said that my daughter didn't have all the sandwiches and info memorized in order to get the job by the 2nd interview. Even though she didn't pass she still sent her to the other side of Corona for a 3 rd interview and test...mind you..the position was already filled. I say BULLSHIT!! We went to the new mckinley location excited that there is one around the corner from our house. My son wanted a tuna for his kids meal but the lady said we had to choose one of the kids meal choices and tuna wasn't one of them. I said the one in norco has ALWAYS given us the tuna. The subs are delicious as always but the real reason for the 5 stars is for the employee (didn't catch his name) who exceeded our expectations. Today we went in for a quick bite & the employees are always pleasant but this gentleman really deserves to be praised. He welcomed us as soon as we entered and quickly made our subs. He made small talk w me which was honestly really nice bc it was more personable vs how you would normally feel at a fast food restaurant. Normally I get the sense of urgency from fast food chains as if they just want to get me outta there fast. We ate our subs at the restaurant and noticed he gave that same personable experience to each and every customer that walked in. He really made our small stay here wonderful and I'm sure the other customers felt the exact same way. read more

My husband was in the area so I made a grub hub order to pick up food here. When he gets back my sandwich is missing pickles and both sandwiches are drenched in vinegar (neither of us ordered our sandwiches mikes way) . I take a couple bites and throw it away because I couldn't do the super soggy sandwich. I call the place to see what they can do and the girl said to come in and they can remake the sandwiches for us. I asked her if I needed to bring in the sandwich for the replacement and she said no. I drive back and wait in line and the manager tells me I had to bring back the sandwiches to get a remade sandwich or pay for new sandwiches!! We ordered the #56 and #8. I loved the #8, but the big kahuna with extra cheese had nothing big about nor enough cheese. I would have given this place a 3 but the fact that they had a bunch of cooked bacon in a foil made bag on the counter top for over an hour made me very leery about the meat HEALTH quality going into the sandwiches. I feel bad for the only two employees running the store as they were slammed, with people complaining about their food and crap all over their stations. I hope this place shapes up. read more

I drag my husband there every chance I get. The store is really clean ,the food is fresh and the bread is always nice and soft. Quality of the food is outstanding. Anyone that doesn't like them you have no taste!! Everyone of my friends I brought in their friends and their friends was hooked just like me also ! Killer food !
