Perfect place to cure that spicy chicken sandwich craving! The breaded chicken sandwich can be regular or spicy. We prefer spicy. It's two thick chicken tenders on a soft tasty bun. The burgers are decent too. Fried rice is a nice side option and we like the fries too. Soft drinks are bottled or fountain drinks. The wings are awesome too. They come in a large array of flavors however their "hot" is my least favorite. Nothing beats Three Dollar Cafe and Black Diamond buffalo wings, however, the flavored wings here are very good. This is a great go to for a chicken sandwich alternative other than Chic Fil A...especially on a Sunday. You can order ahead of time via their website or DoorDash. The location at Bethelview in Cumming seems to have a great staff. I like when the female owner is working. She is a very kind classy lady. read more

Absolutely delicious. The wings are a nice size, super fresh and well sauced. The tots are piping hot and very crunchy. With things being so expensive these days I've lost all concept of how much something should cost, but I got the 8 piece Honey Hot (great flavor) combo and paid $13. This place is always a hit or miss for me. When it's a hit the wings are exactly as I like them as well as the sandwiches that I've had but when it's a miss....gosh it's a disaster. I really hate it because it's not consistent and I have to travel further for good wings when I get the graving. Had a terrible experience at WNB Factory. The cashier was handling food with no gloves and didn't wash his hands, all while talking on his AirPods during work. He was disrespectful to customers and didn't seem to care about hygiene at all. I didn't feel comfortable ordering and left the store. If this is how the front is handling food, I can only imagine what's going on in the kitchen. Won't be coming back! read more

If I could give this less of a score I would. I always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt when orders get wrong. Mistakes happen. But again we order and every single item was not what we requested. You ask for no onions they add onions and mushrooms. You ask for a side item they give you nothing or an extra item that we didn't ask for. Do not waste your money, time, and patience. Shocked how they'll stay in business. read more

So we live in the neighborhood of Castleberry and Bethelview, we saw WNB Factory and tried them out. We ordered online and choose Carry Out. It took all of 15 mins on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. for our food to be ready. We ordered the 20/20 Wings & Fries, we add onion rings and fried pickles, CAN I JUST SAY, "WOW!" We ordered Lemon Pepper and Medium and All Drums (because they are simply the best anywhere), but I digress. The Drums were great! The Fries were JUST how I like them, "soggy." My wife likes them crunchy, but this is why I also got Onion Rings, which were CRUNCHY! So if you want your fries crispy, make sure to ask! However, what was a HUGE Surprise were the Fried Dill Pickles. These are unlike any others I have tried! They were bigger, juicier and had some seasoning on them, they were SO GOOD! I was so amazed about they use high-quality ingredients for all of their foods. All certified Angus beef for burgers and cheesesteaks. Also, their wings are all natural chicken, Non-GMO and cage free fresh. It is not fast food. Their foods are fine restaurants level quality, delicious and very reasonable prices too. Gave this place a shot randomly through Uber eats and I'm glad I did. The food got here hot and was delicious. The wing size was good, the crisp was perfect and the flavor was impressive. I got half medium, half spicy BBQ bone in wings. The fries were cooked well but didn't have any flavor. I'll definitely be back for the wings. I have tried hamburgers, wings, Philly cheese subs, meatball subs, chicken nuggets, boneless chicken wings, onion rings,fries. Chicken is good quality large portions white meat. Must say there consistency of quality food is always there, for takeout. I feel you should not leave a review until you give a restaurants a couple chances.
