I've been a loyal customer of this Jersey Mike's location for years--stopping in 3-4 times a week since my job is right up the street. Unfortunately, my most recent visits have completely changed how I feel about this place. On my first bad visit, I ordered my usual club sub. The employee making my sandwich (pictured) put noticeably less meat than normal. When I politely asked for it to be made properly, he gave me attitude, was rude, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I reported this to the General Manager, who assured me that I could come back anytime to have my sandwich remade and that the employee would personally apologize. When I came back, that same employee was working. He recognized me--he even read my name off the order slip--but didn't apologize until I asked him directly. His "apology" was sarcastic and dismissive, as if he couldn't care less. It made the manager's promise feel pointless and left me feeling disrespected all over again. To be fair, the other two employees on shift during my return visit were fantastic--professional, kind, and exactly the type of service you'd expect. But this one employee's behavior completely overshadowed that. I will not be returning to this location for a while. If this is the level of customer service management is willing to tolerate, then I'd rather spend my money somewhere that values its customers. read more

Ordered a CBR with no lettuce and no tomato, add pickle. And wouldn't you believe after it took 15mins, there was lettuce and tomato and NO pickle. I feel like I always have an issue at this location. Making today my last. Don't think they would care. They were super friendly to the white costumers. Not so much to me. There was even another black person that was there before me and was still waiting when I left. But at least 5 white people in and out. read more

I was out walking and went in there to see if they were a potential place for me to consider going to. I found them quite friendly to talk to and I was able to find out the information I was looking for. I see this as a place to consider coming back to to see what the food is like. The staff cares enough and the restaurant is well taken care of with and a friendly and caring environment to be in. I hope people consider trying this place as I will be in the future. read more

On line ordering not available, was told to call the store and they have the phone off the hook. Poor management, if your busy and don't want to take orders that's one thing but to disable the app and then to take the phone off from working is poor problem solving. Hopefully owners get this Yelp and take a drive over to their store and see what's happening! read more

Hadn't been to this location in a while.. and let me just say.. I walked in and was treated like a QUEEN.. I wish I knew everyone's name and I might be wrong but Alec? ,Logan? and a beautiful friendly young lady at the register.. went above and beyond to make me the perfect JM sub.. they all worked as a team and I haven't had customer service like that for a while.. JM is very lucky to have employees like them on there team ..please forgive me for not writing down there names.. but I was there on Monday around 2:30.. so I hope that helps as to who was working.. thank you so much for making me feel so special and making my experience just fabulous.....kudos to them.. I love going to Jersey Mike's and my friend and I will frequent this one as it's close to both of our homes. Logan is so friendly and treats me and my friend with great customer service, even to the point of remembering which subs we get when we walk in! Their sandwiches always taste so fresh and delicious so if you haven't tried Jersey Mike's yet then you're missing out! Very impressed with Jersey Mike's. I ordered Jersey Mike's for my entire team through Ubereats today. I was at first a bit upset that the closest Jersey Mike's that would deliver through Uber eats was 10 miles away so it took a bit longer to get our food but when it arrived it was missing two bags of chips. One of my employees called, not really to complain but just to state that we were missing items. Whoever he talked to stated that the Uber driver had forgotten them but he would make it right. This guy ended up getting into his car and driving 10 miles to us to deliver not just the two bags of chips but a full bag of chips and cookies and about 20free sandwich cards. This was not the Uber eats driver but an actual employee of the store and of course he offered up an apology, which he really didn't have to apologize since it wasn't his fault for the stores fault. I was very impressed with this level of service. This is what customer service is all about read more
