    Chicken Panini and matcha lemonade

Highly recommend the chicken panini if you're a pesto lover. The sandwich came out hot and cheesy. I didn't enjoy the matcha lemonade as much because it was super tart but that due to personal preference.

The French dip is incredible - it's one of those sandwiches where every bite is cravable and the last bite feels like saying goodbye to a long lost friend. It's not a goodbye, but a see you later. And if I'm being honest, I really hope I don't see the Italian sandwich I had later. This sandwich is how I would describe my role in one of my friend groups - the non Italian thinks he Italian even though he isn't guy. My friends are Vincent, Frankie, and Richard - have you ever met an Italian named Brandon? Me neither, but I really wish I was. Anyways, I'd come back for the French dip and I'd love to try a bagel and the Basque cheesecake, my real family history.

We stopped in to shop and walk around Bishop Arts and decided to give them a try over our usual. Very cute and cozy little sandwich shop! We really enjoyed the vibe here. Service was okay. My husband and I both got the Turkey Club. I really do love a good sandwich. The sandwiches are huge and delicious. Id definitely come back and try another sandwich.

    Pastrami Ruben

Finding a legit Reuben in DFW is tough for an East Coaster, but this spot delivers. Yes, $25 for a sandwich feels like NYC pricing, but the quality justifies the splurge. The thick-cut pastrami is the star here. I thought the acidity from the sauerkraut and pickles might be too much, but the flavors are surprisingly well-balanced. Definitely adding this to my Bishop Arts rotation for when the cravings hit.

It was just OK. My bread was falling apart. As soon as I grabbed my sandwich, my hand went into mayo, kind of annoying every bite was hard to keep from falling apart altogether turkey was good. Homemade chips that I got were not very good and extremely cold. My tomato soup taste more like tomato sauce.

Update went again for the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and got home to a regular sandwich bread. Make sure you check your bag before you leave because I drove 30 minutes just for this sandwich and got home for it to be wrong. Also tried their deluxe and the hash brown was clearly cooked in old nasty grease and the sandwich tastes and smells like it. Won't be back for awhile.

We came for a pastrami sandwich, but we bought the French dip. The idea of shaved ribeye, cheese, grilled onions in a crispy bread with a dip sounded delicious. Unfortunately it was not wow. Bread was too doughy, not crispy, grease dip, and expensive for the size/taste. Service was very good thou. Nice place.

Guy at the counter was nice and offered a few recommendations. I ended up choosing the pastrami Reuben and it is delicious. The pastrami's was juicy!

The hot sandwiches are simple, straightforward and good. A little on the pricier side but well worth it. It's got great ambiance retro bar vibe with chill music. Service is nice and friendly albeit a little slow. Only complaint was people with dogs coming in and out.

Delish, Sandwiches where fresh and hot! Will be back for more. Service was quick and friendly. Clean restaurant and outdoor seating is a great addition.

Have had sourdough bread from here a few times and ordered many items for our family's Thanksgiving meal. Everything was superb and converted people to becoming Basque Cheesecake fans.

I am utterly bewildered. I ordered The Italian to go and it came with no meat whatsoever, just bread cheese and veggies. And I went back and double checked, thinking maybe I accidentally clicked something that said no meat, but no such option exists and my order did not have any adjustments whatsoever. How does a store do this? The sandwich literally is missing one of the main things that makes it an Italian sandwich. I have never ever had this happen before at an shop in any city. Complete waste of time and money. So disappointing

I never knew that a bagel could be a revelation...and then I had the pastrami egg & cheese breakfast sandwich from Trader's Deli. Next level. The bacon egg & cheese was also tasty. But the pastrami has kept me coming back. Succulent, tender and not-too-thinly sliced. I've sent a couple others to this deli since, and gotten more pastrami sandwiches myself. And one dangerous hot tip: you can get the sliced pastrami by the pound, if a body is so inclined. I've only done online orders, which have been easy. The space looks very bright and inviting, one day I"ll actually dine in and work my way through other menu items once I can get over this pastrami addiction.

The spicy shug bagel was an average breakfast bagel with some spicy sauce (wasn't spicy at all in my opinion), but the pesto bagel was really good. I would recommend the pesto cutlet over the spicy shug. I wish the bagels were warmed up though, they were cold and rock hard, the fillings were also not hot. I prefer Cloud 9 Bagel in Carrolton more since they warm up your bagels and cost less.

And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how delicious my toasted bagel was. I order the egg bagel with scallions cream cheese and it was perfect. I was delighted by every bite, so much so, that my coworker and I ran back before they closed so she could order the same thing. I'm not from the Dallas area, so I ordered 10 bagels to go and the owner graciously threw in more bagels for me to try and share with my coworker. Thank you so much to the Starship bagel team. Excellent customer service! I can't wait to come back to Dallas just to be reunited with these bagels. Perfectly toasted, they had a nice bite, delicious flavor that reminded of the bagels I used to buy as a kid in Brooklyn. Starship is also located in a perfect area where you can sit and bask in the perfect atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and try their eggything bagels.

Reposting my review that I also just made on Google…read more I'll be honest, I was shocked to see as many 1--3 star reviews for this place. I get it - it's a little pricy outside of waiting for the $1 bagels between 12pm-1pm - but holy schikies the quality is amazing. The bagels themselves - all 10/10. The schmears are insanely good - the basil schmear literally blew my mind. I didn't know a schmear could taste that refreshing. The cucumber sandwich - incredible - never would have thought bagel, with cream cheese and cucumber could be THAT good. Sure - it's a bit pricy pre-12pm (but what placing selling real food with real ingredients isn't these days!) spent $40 on a sandwich, bagel with butter and bagel with the fermented jalapeno schmear - but sorry not sorry - still worth it. All these cry babies in these lower reviews complaining about how the bagel they wanted was no available - it's because they are that good. Sorry - you snooze you lose. Get up earlier, preorder if you want it that bad. To the owners of Starship Bagel - hope you guys never sell out (well keep selling our of product so you stay in business yes) but you know not sell out to big mega food corps, and keep doing what you're doing. People need more food establishments making food out of actual real ingredients - not the slop bucket artificial BS that 99% of any other chain bagel shop is going to use. Just look up what Einstein puts in their highly processed schmere's, it's trash and it tastes like it too. Zero chance if they put out a basil schmere that it wouldn't be chock full of artificial junk - just look up the their strawberry schmere on Instacart - ingredients include: Maltodextrin (filler, usually corn based), Modified Food Starch (likely where the bioengineered junk is coming from as noted under the ingredients), Natural Flavor (God only knows where the hell that came from), Guar Gum (a soluble fiber derived from the ground endosperm of guar beans - not something I want in my schmere), Color (almost get a pass except they state they use Caramel which is usually an artificial / petrol base colorant that is not good for you), Carob Bean Gum (plant-based thickening agent and stabilizer - still don't want it), Xantham Gum (produced by fermenting sugar with the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris), and then lastly Natamycin (natural antifungal preservative produced by bacteria -Streptomyces natalensis - something you really want to eat much of?). I'm tired of fake food, that tastes like cardboard. That lacks any nutritional value. We should celebrate when new companies come out like this - and not only that - but they offer their bagels at $1 if they have any left over after 12pm. These people deserve a block party in their honor for producing such high quality products - that yes - those unwilling to wait till 12pm whose selections might be more limited - will have to pay a bit more. People who recognize quality and hard working people will continue to come here. Last note, if you're trying to avoid seed oils, soybean lecithin / soybean oil - this is also a great place for you - and its one of the few places my wife can actually eat at since 99% of places in the USA these days, even the ones you think are higher quality - use trash ingredients with soy as a base - these guys do not. For that I say thank you again - to the owners of Starship Bagel. You guys rock - don't listen to the winey cry baby haters.

We arrived around 10:30 am, which I realize is not exactly crack-of-dawn bagel time when everyone is grabbing their carb-loaded fuel before work. As an ex-New Yorker, I have my favorite bagel flavors, but my number one priority is simple: is it warm? Sadly, I was told there were no warm bagels, so I settled for a poppy bagel with the new lemon cream cheese. The cream cheese was fantastic. No notes. Seriously, it was great. The bagel itself was fine. My bigger issue was the service and the missed opportunity. The place was not crowded at all, maybe seven people inside. After we sat down waiting for our order, I noticed a guy in the back literally baking bagels and moving fresh, hot bagels into bins. HOT BAGELS, people. Would it have killed someone to walk 30 feet and offer me one fresh off the line? I had already mentioned it was my first time there and how much I love a warm bagel. I totally understand they cannot do this for every single customer all day long, but when it is quiet and someone is clearly excited about your product, that little extra effort can make a huge difference in customer retention. I worked in customer service my entire life, and I always believed in going the extra mile when you can - "accomodating when you can be" is a great customer service motto! I really wanted to love this place, and I appreciate what they are doing, but at this point my bagel loyalty may be heading toward PopUp Bagels. (And I have love for Dan's too.)
