I stopped into Jersey Mike's to grab a few subs for my family and I. My go-to sandwich is the #7 on Gluten-Free bread. What I enjoy about Jersey Mike's is the fact their meats have no added preservatives and they offer Gluten-Free Udi's bread. It's great to be able to eat 'fast-food' and have the option for Gluten-Free. Upon walking into the restaurant, I noticed 5+ people waiting, which for an average sandwich shop is not super busy but for this location, it seems to be. The customers looked like they had been waiting for a while based on their demeanor and stature. All the while, a young lady was busy trying to make sandwiches and 1 other gentlemen (manager) was trying to figure out how to ring someone up at the front register. All of a sudden, I heard the manager say that their out of onions. After personally waiting for almost 20 minutes in a line that DID NOT MOVE and the fact that all of the customers in the restaurant were nonchalantly told the restaurant was out of an item. I decided to leave all together. Although the location of this particular Jersey Mike's is set in a beautiful strip center that was updated before COVID with a fresh set of grey paint on the exterior and is located directly across from The Daytona 500. The location is spot on for a sub shop like this one. The downside to this location, it is poorly managed. There was meat opened inside of the fridge (not wrapped), there seemed to be some maintenance issues going on (which no actual maintenance person was there to fix), and the fact that every time I come into this location the average wait time to order and receive a sandwich seems to take about an hour - UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up driving to ANOTHER Jersey Mike's located in the Tanger Outlet Plaza which in my opinion, seems to be a better experience in all. Because of the inconsistencies, un-kept cleanliness of the establishment, and the long wait times I seem to always have to endure, I finally decided to write this review and sadly I give this particular location a 1-star.

Good sangwich. Ordered the #9 without bacon, too make it healthy. LOL. Plenty of lettuce and tomato and cheese. Meat lacks just a bit but alright since i get 2 meats. On this day, this location did not have ice but no big deal. Fountain drinks are cold. Got half a drink and then another half. My drink was cold enough and not watered down because of the ice melting. Hum, i may continue doing this. Just like in Europe. Anyway, as i said, good sangwich. Will come back on the future.

plain sub. that I did not order. smfh.

This place evidently has someone who can't read. I ordered 2 subs. 1. regular with extra meat and cheese and add cherry relish 2. regular no tomatoes add pickles. At no point did I say no lettuce mayo oil and vinegar and spices. I got a plain sub with cherry relish I had to make my sub at home. so I paid 28 bucks to make my own sandwich. her is the kicker though these people that work in these places demanding $15 dollars an hour. and you cant even make a sub sandwich correctly.

This location is okay, I guess. I just wasn't that overwhelmed by my experience. I've had a better experience at Jimmy John's. I guess this was due to the customer service, or rather, the lack thereof. The employees were so unenthusastic and unhelpful. Finding out info was like pulling teeth. My sandwich was okay. I had an Italian type sub and the meat just seemed kind of tasteless to me. Mostly I just tasted the lettuce, tomato, onion. I would like to have tasted the italian meats. Maybe I will try a different sandwich if I go again. But that's a big "if".

We saw this place was in the plaza next door and decided to try and thank the LORD we did. Dominick's is one of those delis that you wish was on every corner. The menu was actually crazy - everything you can think of for sandwiches on one menu. Originally was going for a chicken Caesar wrap and I'm so happy I switched it up because everything here is FRESH - all the toppings, bread, deli meats, salads, everything seriously looked incredible. I was eyeing everyone's plates to see what others were getting and it all looked amazing. The place was packed for a Monday lunch rush and it makes sense why. I didn't grab her name, but the cashier at the front was extremely helpful and even brought me a spoonful of the chicken salad to try (which I ended up getting a side of!) The food, the service, atmosphere, and prices were all 10/10. It's true the perfect deli and if you're considering opening another location... Tampa would LOVE you!!!

Prices were pretty good and you get what you pay for. We loved our sandwiches and could only eat about 3/4 as they were pretty big. Just loved this place and all of the locals said that this was THE place to go. They were right. The owner going around asking if we needed anything was the icing on the cake. It is service like this that makes people remember this place. This place should make it in NY or NJ with no problem and they don't have the attitude. Very friendly , and Thank You for the great food and the hospitality.

Some say the pastrami is the best ever other says the pizza is to die for, well today it seemed most people came for the pizza but I had already decided on the pastrami before I pulled in the parking lot. This was a giant sandwich freshly prepared while I waited, really good fresh rye bread, spicy mustard, swiss cheese and a lot of hot from the grill pastrami (deli sliced but I knew that coming in). I got here a few minutes after they opened so there was no line and the woman working the register was so friendly and accommodating, the older gentleman I presume is George was busy tending to the pizzas and sandwich orders that were coming in. I planned to eat this outside at one of the older tables and chairs which I found pretty cool so told her that and she had the sandwich put in a container and didn't bag it but ensured I had plenty of napkins. The sandwich was $17.04 with tax so there went my twenty dollar bill with the tip. Well that seemed a little expensive to me until I opened it up once I grabbed a seat in the shade and found it was easily enough for two or one with half to take home. There are a number of reasons I give them 4 stars but honestly the sandwich was at best a three, it was a little chewy with maybe a little too much time on the grill. I'm happy I was able to experience this place and I'm planning to return to experience a few slices of pizza (two slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza and a can drink for $8.00) sounds more than reasonable to me...
