I also ordered a reaper tender (which requires signing a waiver), and I regret it. Yes, it's hot, but beyond that, it's just not good. It tastes like the chicken was rolled in every spice possible without any balance. I love spicy food and was excited to try it, but this was just unpleasant. The portions, especially the cheese fries, were small for the price. I spent about $50 for two meals, two drinks, and one extra tender, which didn't feel worth it at all. I literally heard my burger get seared on the flat top, it was lacy, cheese, and hit with an excellent sauce. Fries were great too. Hot and crispy, and the person who took our order at this fast service spot, came to make sure we had extra sauce for fry dipping. Cookies were mad in house, huge and delicious. Plus the mural on the wall made for a cool burger joint vibe. This is a must go spot. I will be returning to try the loaded fries, the chicken sandwich, and another variation of the burger.
