We picked up a to go order a couple of times after getting groceries from the Stop n Shop next door. It's always solid, good food reminding us of our days on the university campus. We get a half and half - chow mein and fried rice. However if you go later in the day, there's a chance that they'll run out of a few items. Like they're out of fried rice or that the chow mein has 80% celery, cabbage, and onion and perhaps 20% noodles. For the entrees, we prefer their orange chicken (crispy, sweet and sour), kung pao chicken (spicy) which includes veggies like zucchini and red pepper, and finally the chili crisp shrimp (spicy!). Overall, the portions are good and the food is tasty. The cream cheese Rangoon is also good, crispy and a good portion of filling. Service is quick as long as the dish you want is ready. read more

Realistically I would give this place a 3.5 stars but that is not an option of course. Not sure what complaints people have about Panda, it's not a genuine chinese food restaurant and it's certainly not a 5 star restaurant either. The food is better than most mall chinese food places, they don't douse the chicken in sauce and the noodles are fairly good. The only thing I recommend you do not get here is the chicken egg roll. Last time I had it, it tasted like soap. Everything else is decent and mostly fast. For Chinese fast food it does the job. read more

We went in with a HUGE complicated order, and the place was so busy - most people would have been annoyed - especially as we tried to remember everyone's order. Working close by and having to choose between five guys and chipotle I tend to always pick panda. Has more of a variety. Staff always friendly. Can sample before eating. Expectation should be lower remember this is a fast food. Always get fresh food and if what is there looks a bit older I ask for fresh. Never had a bad experience or meal worth complaining about. Surprisingly good! We got the kungpao chicken, orange chicken, beef and broccoli, chow mein, and sautéed Veges. It was pretty fresh and the quality of fast food Chinese food was spot on. It had a little heat. Will definitely go back and try others. read more

What you see in the food court of a mall is there for a reason. Fast food or poor quality ethnic food catering to busy shoppers. This place is unusual since it sits in a shopping center off Route 1 next to Five Guys Burgers and Chipolte (another equally bad place, see my other review). This place is failry new and has seating inside but looks like you are in a food court. Food is kept warm in hot platters under a dome of lights and it just looks bad. When theyy want you to pick one to two entrees and they will throw in a drink, you know it is going to be bad. The prices were cheap for a reason. To give just one compliment, the orange chicken was okay, if it truly was chicken but for the rest of the food it was absolutely horrible. The fried rice tasted like they made it last week and warmed it up in the microwave and the egg roll had some sort of bad barbq sauce on on it and just tasted awfull. I had thought this place was going to be a little better since it was outside the confines of a mall but I was wrong. The other dishes were angus beef and vegetables, which was in some sort of gravy which was just bad. The spicy beef was just okay but who knows if it was really beef. Skip this place, since it is like all the rest of the fast Chinese food around here, tragic! read more

We came at around 11:30am and although the place was open at 11am, they weren't done cooking the food until about 11:38 or so but we didn't mind. I'll stick with the ones I get at Trader Joe's. And finally, the 'orange chicken'. After a whole serving though, I'm all set. Very sweet and sticky. Still, the best of the meal. They didn't offer me duck sauce, but instead a plum sauce. Wasn't really diggin that.
