I have eaten in many a Jersey Mikes. Including, having grown up in Jersey, the flagship in Point Pleasant, NJ., many times. Most of the ones put west are new(er). I like the convenience of the one on Tower Road. And remember when nothing was even out here, but a Village inn. With that being said, this "deli" was clean, and the crew consisting of Luke, Jada and Erin were well staffed. I was acknowledged and greeted the moment I walked in. Luke took my order, and within minutes my order was being made. I wish I had the time to sit and eat, but I was on the go. Luke made sure I had all things needed to eat on the go. I visit this location often and have witnessed its ups and downs of cleanliness, attitude, friendliness and attention to detail. This time, it was a "home run". Makes me happy to know that "Jersey Mikes" is keepin it real. Will definitely be back to this location again. And again. Annnnnd again. read more

The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. For that I would give five stars. The food, that's an issue. We ordered the Club Supreme, giant sized. Coming in at 15", there are only four slices of bacon, the same amount found on the smaller Footlong Subs at Subway. Four of us split this sub and all four came to the same conclusion - there was little if any flavor. The bread was underwhelming, the lettuce was the dominant taste. Every now and again we'd get the hint of roast beef flavor. The turkey, limited bacon, and Swiss only contributed bulk, not flavor. One star at best for the quality. Unfortunately, great employees and a clean store aren't reason enough for more than two stars, and definitely not a reason to return. read more

This is the most disgusting, slow, and just really bad Jersey Mike's I've ever been in. Walked in, employees were blaring music on the radio, which normally I wouldn't care, but it was insanely loud to the point people were screaming their orders to the employees. Tables were all dirty. Napkins were out, I asked for some, they told me "uh, we just don't have any." Bathrooms were overflowed with trash and out of soap. First and last time I'll ever eat here. read more

While we were eating, the employees were cursing loudly behind the register (there were 2 small children at a table with their father), continuing to eat food and the gentlemen was vaping - right there behind the counter where the toppings are. The trash can was overflowing and on the floor, our table was dirty and not wiped and the place was just a literal disaster. Another customer Walked in with his daughter and it took the employees several minutes to even acknowledge them bc they were once again in the back clowning around. Please, hire some responsible teenagers with a manager who actually cares what's going on and not just one of the gang which is what I gathered was the case here tonight. do better!!!!! This place needs some serious adult supervision. After walking in, we were not acknowledged for about 5 minutes. We could hear and see the group of kids working there in the back goofing around and laughing. They saw us, and decided to continue goofing off. (There was no line and only 2 other tables with people eating), when finally a young gentlemen came out and took our order all while chewing on some food. After taking our order, the gentlemen told the cashier that she needed to ring us up so we walked to the register to pay. The young woman there looked right through us, again didn't acknowledge us and walked away to the back to continue closing around with the rest of the group. 3-5 more minutes go by, still no other customers and no one is making our subs or checking us out. Huge fail. They have the music blaring so loud that the staff and customers have to yell to hear one another which makes everyone lean toward each other and break the social distancing requirements. There is BACON on the #8 club!! I ordered one and they didn't put any on there. I called and let them know, they remade it and STILL no bacon. Weeks later my mom grabbed me the same sandwich and there's no bacon AGAIN! So annoying, I go out of my way to not go to this location. Get it together! read more

Super disappointed in the fact that we walked in at 8:42p (closes at 9p) and ordered a philly steak sandwich and was told that they aren't serving any more hot sandwiches because they just closed down the grill and are cleaning it. Hmmm - interesting that you are still open and supposed to serve a full menu I would assume until close, unless you are out of ingredients. Upon paying, I inquired a little more about the closing of the grill and if they close it early every night. I was told yes, each night they shut it down 20 mins. before they close because it takes so long to clean. I replied, "well, I think you should be cleaning it AFTER you close." No response - I don't believe the cashier liked my response. If this is normal practice, then it should be stated on their menu "Hot Sandwiches served until 20 minutes before close." Franchise owner, I would check on your employees and make sure they have the same mindset that you do when it comes to what you want to offer your customers. I would be hard pressed to return as there are so many sub shops in the area and probably ones that I can get a hot sandwich at during open hours. read more

First and foremost, appreciate these folks working during this time. However, my experience was complete BS. My family tried to place an order thru our mobile phone. We couldn't add multiple sandwiches without the site asking us to "continue as a guest", reselecting the store location, and then completely restarting the order - EVERY TIME WE'D SELECT A SANDWICH! So, I called the store location, mentioned the site didn't work and need a phone order. Keep in mind, online orders get 25%off. When I arrive, my order came to $40 (2 giant/1 regular). Before paying, I mentioned the high price to Jerry (store manager). He mentioned 25% is online only, which I quickly rebutted that I attempted the online order, but the site didn't work. Then, he offers a coupon for a future visit. WTF??? My mistake was actually paying. I should've turned, walked out and found somewhere else, but my family was hangry. Stop in to this location during my trip to Denver. This was my first time ever being in a Jersey Mike's. I never right reviews and found it to be imperative to right about my experience. The highlight for me was Kenny. His customer service was complimented by his welcoming approach. It was looking dining in a five star restaurant. I dined in and he not only welcomed me upon entry but also came to my table to see if I enjoyed my sandwich. I was not familiar with the oil and he went to get me some and can back to see how I liked it. I don't believe he is the manager. I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's as a result. Great sandwich! Just like the ones I grew up with at the Jersey Shore. One slight problem. The address listed in Yelp is incorrect. Yelp has the address as 6991 Tower Road. The actual address is 6691 Tower Road. I told the very nice young lady behind the counter and she was going to bring it to her Manager's attention. If I could give zero stars I would! We waited almost 40 minutes for our sandwich!!! They just kept taking peoples orders and not cooking ours! We got our kids sandwiches thankfully and they ate while my husband waited and waited. Finally they handed his over and it was a smaller version of what he ordered! Saturday at 11:15 not busy. I come in and order a big kahuna chicken cheese steak. The kid who takes my order is pretty nice. I go to pay and the the young lady attempts to charge me $19.77. I asked her if that was for one sandwich. She was like didn't you get an #12 too and I told her no. Just the chicken cheese steak. And that obviously was my mistake because the kid who took my order was like you said the 56 which is the big kahuna beef cheesesteak. I told him no I asked for the Big kahuna chicken. The cashier spends about 3 minutes re ringing my order. My new total is $9.56. I hand her 10.06 and she gives me 19 cents. I told her that's the wrong change. She looks extremely confused and tries to had me 27 cents. I had to tell her it was 50 cents. I go sit down and wait for my sandwich. This takes a bit longer than expected but its whatever. When I do get my food its the wrong order. I don't think I want to come back here. Like ever. read more
