Corky's is still my favorite Breakfast Spot to happily relax in in Eastvale! I checked in a few days ago to recover after blood work fasting at Walgreens next door and experienced terrific Customer Service from the whole Team! The Host welcomed me in right away and seated me in a comfortable and clean booth in Molly's Section. Even though there was a busy afternoon rush, I liked how courteous the Host was in keeping all the tables on one side of the Restaurant to help the Servers save as much energy as possible. The Menus were very professionally designed and helpful in assisting me in choosing my breakfast meal of the day! I chose the Strawberry Pancakes Combo which included Two Eggs and a choice of Two Slices of Bacon or Sausage Links. Molly was so upbeat, energizing, and welcoming in taking my order quickly and inviting me to add delicious beverages to complement my meal like Decaf Coffee and a glass of cold refreshing Apple Juice! I love how Molly gave me a small container with both regular and vanilla creamer to jazz up my Coffee, and the Mug my Coffee was served with interesting and stylishly elegant too! My Strawberrry Pancakes Combo came out quicker than expected and the food quality and presentation far exceeded my expectations! I loved how big the pancakes were to give me the best value for my money invested and unlike Strawberry Pancakes at other breakfast spots I like how the Strawberries were drenched in a sweet and fun syrup to give it an extra smooth and sweet kick. The Whipped Cream presentation was so pretty too and I ended up not needing Pancake syrup at all because the Strawberries and whipped cream elevated the pancakes to such a tasty and rich level. Molly was great in checking in periodically and providing me with to go containers to help me enjoy my leftovers the following day! I really liked how the Busser was on top of his hustle too with cleaning and resetting tables quickly and making sure all the tables had an inviting and courteous set of Silverware on the tables. Soo, I gave this place a long vacation from eating here. Everytime I come, food is just ok and the service is really non existent for me after my meal arrives. Now there are some good apples there but there are some that should not be servers as they dissappear. I almost dread certain servers when i see them trying to seat me in their area. This time, I still get my corkeys omelette but as soon as they bring it, the server then puts down the check and says she's going on break. I dont see her for the rest of ny breakfast. I did not even ask for a check either. Its like the biggest issue, they put down a check whenever and then dissappear right after. Even at the very beginning of service. So sad. I gave them 1 extra star for the quick food preparation but it wasnt particularly busy so maybe I was being generous. read more

I love this style of food. And will be visiting again. I definitely favor their breakfast menu more. Today I ordered a sandwich and asked for "breaded crispy chicken " instead of the grilled chicken offered. The chicken looked like the grilled chicken was just thrown in the deep fryer, and on top of that charged an additional $8 to do that. I'm only writing this review in hopes that their management/corp take my complaint into consideration and take that option away or actually provide crispy chicken when requested. $8 extra charge is theft. But thankfully it was removed off my receipt. My server was great! Honestly I just feel like that shouldn't be offered let alone charged. Everything else was good. read more

It was average..nothing to write home about (in my opinion) I had a basic burger and steak fries..(fries were actually cooked very nicely ..crunchy and firm..my friend had an omelet with mushrooms..(could have used more CHEESE) hash browns ..and the English muffin came out burnt...(kinda shocked) our mouths dropped when she set it on the table...we did not accept it...and did bring out another one..ran out of water...(I did slurp the straw and made noise for a refill) The desserts on the way in were the highlight...wish I had ordered one of those! read more

First time at Corky's and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was so welcoming especially our waiter Brittany B. She was so attentive and very nice to talk to. The food came out amazing. Prices are good. The portions are large. Great first impression. Definitely coming back. The restaurant was also very clean and the parking lot was easy to park in. I got the Country Skillet (taste great and very huge portion.) The side of biscuits and gravy was a meal in itself. Ordered one pancake because they are insanely large but super fluffy and delicious. As always the service is great and with a smile!! :) I am obsessed with the fall season special of the * Cinnamon Swirl Pancake combo! These pumpkin pancakes got me craving them!! I order all the toppings on the side so they don't get overly sweet. The pumpkin butter is a bit sweet and is the best topping imo, but I also like the cream cheese icing & walnuts. No syrup needed!! They have got the cook on an over medium egg perfect and bacon is always good. My hubby got the Ham & Eggs and that ham steak is Huge!!! We ate it for days! We had brunch here, and it was incredibly busy, but it was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Serrey, was hands down one of the best servers I've ever had. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of what we needed. I'm not usually someone who chooses chain restaurants or places like Corky's, but this experience completely changed my mind. Serrey kept our mimosas flowing without us ever having to ask, made sure everything was perfect, and maintained amazing energy despite how busy it was. The service never skipped a beat. Came here on a busy Saturday morning with a group of 9 and they were so curtious and were able to seat us pretty soon. Served was great, lots of breakfast selections and pancakes are HUGE! It's really hard to mess up a breakfast, but boy did they ever. Eggs were under cooked. Bacon tasted rancid like it's gone bad and it was cold even though I asked for extra crispy. Took forever to get my toast. Waffle was way under cooked, could taste the batter. Server was "slammed" so the best service I got was from the kids in white shirts and black pants. They were way more attentive than my server was. It's clean enough, I sat at the bar and it was sticky as well as all of the table setting stuff was pretty much in my lap, and they kept taking some away and putting back. My wife and I come to Corkys every Saturday. We love the food in service. On Saturday 7-25-26, my wife and kids came here for breakfast. Everyone's food was great , except mine. I ordered the Reuben sandwich. It was mostly bread, and just a little corned beef in the middle of the sandwich. It resembled a grilled cheese sandwich. I was disappointed. I'm not one to make a scene in a restaurant, so I felt it warranted a review here. Sorry Corkys, hopefully you can do better next time. read more

Good food, they ask us to choose would we like breakfast, lunch or dinner even at was 5PM. The food was so good, i tried the turkey breast. I was so shocked that the food is a lot and it's taste excellent. The restaurant is big and clean. Their cashier which is she is friendly. The server is kind attentive and friendly. We waited around 5-10 minutes to have table ready for us. And waiter response is fast despite busy lunch time. We ordered barnyard breakfast, basically 2 pancakes with butter ball. With choice of two bacon and scrambled eggs. Also two kids meals meatloaf with mashed potato with pink lemonade and fruits. Meatloaf is very flavorful. Belgium waffle combo with scrambled eggs and two sausages. Waffle is giant, we enjoy the sausages and scrambled eggs. We will be back for other dishes. read more

I came to Corky's (Saturday 10/04) and was seated near the kitchen area. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing the music coming from the kitchen was blasting so loudly that my wife and I couldn't even hold a conversation. On top of that, several people in the kitchen were singing along, which made the noise even worse. It's really unfortunate that there doesn't seem to be a manager on duty who cares to address this issue. We come here often and usually love the food and customer service, but today was honestly ruined by how loud and chaotic it was coming from the kitchen. I really hope management takes this seriously because this isn't the experience regular customers should have. read more
