I've only been to this Jersey Mike's Subs location twice. The only time I'm in Eastvale is when I need eye care attention. The first time, I ordered my go-to Turkey and Provolone and thought I try their new Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss. I was slightly disappointed with the Turkey and Provolone sandwich... the shredded lettuce was lacking a little bit... everything else was fine. As for the Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, it was cooked with great savory flavors. The second time, I ordered the same two sandwiches as above. But the disappointment has been swapped. The Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss was lacking the flavors and the Turkey Provolone was much better. They need to revisit their consistency on making their sandwiches in the same manner every time (knocked down 2 stars because of inconsistency). Most of their staff were friendly and pleasant, but I felt there was one or two that didn't display much friendliness. Prices on sandwiches were okay, but their soda prices were a tad high per can. Parking is plenty as they are located in a big shopping center. You can give them a try when you're in the area and are craving some sandwiches. You may get better consistency in their foods... Vegan? Try the wheat bread with the portobello mushrooms and all the veggies you want. Service is fast! Usually faster than that fast jimmy John's place. The staff are friendly. In fact, I've yet to hear them be rude to anyone. Even if it's not reciprocated by hangry customers. There are usually seats available since most take their food home at the end of the day to do whatever they gotta do. Or you could just sit by yourself to enjoy some level of quietness if you have little kiddos who watch the same Disney movies over and over. read more

5:45 pm 7/6/23 I am so SICK of Jersey Mike's restaurants having SUBPAR service from the infants (no name tags btw) they employ that laugh when you are upset they ran out of your bread (mini-white) and are soooo childish. If it wasn't for the very first sandwich I had that was quite tasty, and still was hoping for, I would have STOPPED coming a long time ago. Too bad because when your child employees manage to make a sandwich correctly, they are pretty good. Tonight the bread is crappy -- i could get this at any SUBWAY. Jersey Mike's has not mastered what any McDonalds and Starbucks and even Subway do: consistency of product. I am so damn disappointed -- AGAIN! Paid $18 for jumbo extra turkey. This is not extra turkey. I double checked with the gal who put the turkey on the bread and she said it was. I've been to many Jersey Mike's and this I assure you is not double turkey. In fact, it was barely the normal amount of turkey. Horrible! read more

I always get the original Italian and these employees make it perfectly every single time. One person specifically, I think his name was Richard, he's made my sandwich a few times and I swear it always has the perfect amount of everything. Came in for a sub after work tonight. I got a Giant #7 Mikes way. A blonde girl named Hailey helped me out and she was super sweet and had very good customer service. Being vegan is again always a chore. So few businesses actually offer a friendly environment anymore especially if you can't order directly off the menu without changes! So I am asking for a veggie sandwich and asked to remove the cheese which is 2 types on a regular size sandwich so 4 pieces at least and ask to replace with Avocado; protein for protein; the young lady says she can't...so another business off the list. Subway who? Why on earth would people ever go to subway over this place? I know that they are more pricy but you get what you pay for you. The big deal is good portions, great ingredients and obvious awesomeness in an excellent product. I ordered the California Club piled high with fresh cut deli turkey and provolone, tomato, lettuce, bacon, avocado spread (YUM) all piled deliciously up on a fresh wheat bun. The regular size cut in half was enough for me to eat in one sitting, I had to save the rest for later. Boyfriend ate Original Italian with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. He loved how thick his sandwich looked with all the meat, instead of only veggies to make it look bigger. The selection doesn't seem to be as grand as a standard subway (no olives, etc) however I am still impressed with the quality and time they are able to pump out sandwiches considering they have to hand slice all the meat each time. The option is out there to have each sandwich "Mike's Way" (with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices) but I didn't go that route as my sandwich was tasty as is. My daughter and I stopped in today for lunch.. They had a line about 20 deep but had a full crew helping move the line. I would say my total wait time was less then 5 mins excellent for the quality of the sandwich you get. I got the giant number 13 Mike's way and it was GREAT. My daughter had a "Sub in A Tub" Mike's way and she just loved it. The service was also excellent.. Every employee we had contact with was polite and helpful. For how busy they were the place was clean and they cleared and cleaned tables as soon as people left. The bread was fresh and the meat is always freshly sliced for each sandwich. If you have never had a Jersey Mike's sub do yourself a favor and stop by and try one. They are a 100x better then the place Jared is always talking about. I ate here because the special on the window got me. It was $5 cheese steak sub that compelled me to try it when compared to their regular prices I felt it was to good of a deal to pass up. The store was clean enough and the staff was friendly enough. The sandwich was made well enough but did not taste awesome but above average. I suppose that it could be there other sandwiches are better. I am only tried the cheesesteak and I am not the biggest fan of them. Next time i will try the turkey or tuna. I found my sandwich to be lighter on the meat than I had hoped and heavier on the sauce than I would have liked. I suppose I have to ask and tell my sandwich artist the way I like things. Tried this spot. It's not bad. Better than Subway. But for the new economy prices. It's hard to spend $25 on two sandwiches. I'm a single mom with a sick child. So I needed something fast to get. It's not their fault because all prices went up every where. But i have not gotten used to the inflation. So $12-20 for one sandwich is debatable. Customer service was only used at pick up. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. I ordered a sandwich and they used bread that had been sitting out (clearly all day) because it was as HARD AS A ROCK, I couldn't even push it in. Everyone acted like they were high...everyone was super slow and then my BF ordered his sandwich and they made it wrong. My sandwich was not cut. We ordered two drinks even asking the guy when we paid to confirm two drinks and he said yes then gives us one and then had to recharge us for the second drink. When I came back to have my sandwich remade they made me wait, overly spread mayonnaise on my new sandwich and put like 6 pieces of lettuce that I had to ask for more lettuce. I'm extremely disappointed because I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches but this was horrible. Our family enjoys the food at Jersey Mike's but the Limonite location is so hit or miss but mostly a miss. I won't go back to that location unless I eat in. I went to this location the other day at about 4pm.I had a provolone and turkey sub.Service was prompt, and bread was fresh, as were all the veggies.Meat and cheese were sliced to order.Turkey is 99%fat free.As always at JM's the sandwich was fresh and tasty and the place was clean.I have been to Jersey Shore many, many times when I lived in NYC and no chain can compare to that or Philly but JM's is very acceptable for a chain.I really don't know where all the negative reviews come from over a simple sandwich shop. read more

If I can give negative stars I would.. Ordered food online Time for pick up was 11:56 am arrived at 12:15 no food was ready. Everyone looked lost when I asked about my order. I saw my ticket on the ticket holder. And instead of making my order I was made to wait till the entire line was done that had 5 orders that walked in. Then the girl came out and said they have to remake my order. As she prepped it was not even started, and place wrong items on the sandwich...I ordered ahead because I don't have the time to stand there for another 15 mins. Very upsetting and customer service was poor and other girl there even had an attitude. I politely even said thank you when I grabbed my meal and no one even responded. I came to this 12569 Limonite location and ordered a sub. The first person who made my sub was good. The problems started when the next two employees (the young Asian guy who put on the toppings and the dirty blonde cashier with caked-on makeup) mistakenly thought that the sub belonged to the customer in front of me. I asked the Asian guy if that was my sub (it had my name receipt on it and he already added unwanted toppings on it). He said no. Once they figured out that they made the mistake and had to make a new sub, the cashier chuckled and the Asian guy couldn't stop laughing. Instead of an apology, the dirty blonde cashier glared at me. When I asked for their names (to put in this review), the blonde cashier said that they don't give out their names. The Asian guy eventually put his head down and went to the next sub, but the blonde cashier was defiant, with a hard glare and did not say sorry or thank you.
