So whatever, I called back and they made them, I drove out to pick them up again..., Asked for a side of a oregano, because they forgot to put it on my mom's sandwich... If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are not a new place anymore so there are no excuses for this. I placed an online order at 12:10, they said it would be ready at 12:28. My boyfriend showed up a little after that to pick up the order. He waited there until about 1:30, ONE HOUR after they said it would be ready. No one even acknowledged he was standing there. It is insane to wait that long but I had zero confidence I would ever get my money back if he just left and never got the order. Horrible horrible. Do not go to the place, there are other good places in Enfield. BTW, this is not the first time something like this has happened and I was willing to give it another chance. read more

Second time going here and it's always extremely busy, the line moves extremely slow. They have some employees running around like a chicken with its head cut off whiles others are talking and joking around. They gave away my order to the guy in line behind me and weren't aware until I said something about 10 minutes later. My experience seems to be similar to others. I ordered on the app and my order was nearly 30 minutes late. I've never had this experience at other Jersey Mike's that I have been to. It's super inconvenient when you're on your lunch break. Since so many people seem to be having this issue, I'm curious why it hasn't been addressed. To add to this when I sat down to eat my order there were ingredients in it that I had asked to be removed. Clearly employees were rushing and failed to notice their error. It's too bad that the food is actually good, however it took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. It was busy, however, the individual putting the sandwiches together took 20 minutes to make my order. I told the shift manager that this individual should be switched to another position on the assembly line to move things along. The response was, "he's in training ". A manager should recognize where there is a problem and adjust appropriately. Furthermore, when you hire 16 year olds that really don't care, it can affect your performance and business. The owner of this franchise should reconsider hiring practices before he puts inadequate kids in to run his business. I understand that he does this in all his franchises. He should hire people that understand what is expected of them and to perform to a standard. Hiring 16 year olds just to give them something to do is not the way to run a business. Went there today, Sunday 2pm. Called my order in twenty minutes prior. When I arrived I encountered an absolute S show, overcrowded potential super spreader level of patrons and a gaggle of confused and overwhelmed mostly teenage staff. My order wasn't ready nor was there any record of my ordering it. I left and found an independent restaurant/sandwich shop a few miles north in Springfield. Won't be back to this over hyped franchise sandwich factory. Word to the wise, this JM is fairly far from I91 with multiple long traffic lights so plan on 7-9 minutes to and from the I91 exit each way. read more

After ordering my food on the app, I went to pick-up my order on my short half hour break from work. I was questioned by the Franchisee as to what my name was. I stated my name and the Franchisee called me by a name that I don't like to be called by so I stated my name again. I guess the Franchisee didn't believe what my name was or thought that I wasn't the person who ordered the food because she asked a person behind me what my name was. I will say the food tasted okay. As far as customer service, to be accused of not being the the person who ordered the food and being treated like a stole a sandwich is uncalled for. read more

My husband and I have ordered via their app three times. Three times they messed up our order. One sandwich has provolone cheese, the other American. They always mess up the cheese on each sub. I order the same portobello mushroom #66 steak sub and my husband orders a simple ham and cheese sub. I always get, steak, mushroom, two cooked slices of onion, three cooked green peppers in the ENTIRE sub. There is major lack of quality check at this location. Do better. read more

The owners are super friendly and their team are incredible. The line was basically out the door, with about 25 ppl in front of me and it took only 10 min for me to order, pay and receive my sub. This is a great addition to Enfield for sure!!! read more

I was so excited to visit Jersey Mike's for the first time. Being a vegetarian, I politely asked the young women, with several earrings in her nose, if she could change her gloves. She rolled her eyes in back of her head and became completely agitated. I will not return ever again. read more

The team at the Enfield, CT Jersey Mikes location doesn't get told often enough how wonderful they are. I stopped in to pick up a sub for dinner on Monday 12/20 around 6:45 p.m. While the store was busy with customers and online orders, the staff was exceptional. The line was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, and while there was a wait time it was not unreasonable. Upon check out I asked how to best leave a review so that the team would see it and I was told that no one has ever asked before. So, Enfield, CT Jersey Mikes team- thank you for your service in helping make others days that much brighter. A round of applause to you all for your courtesy and kindness.
