Jersey Mikes sandwiches are good. This particular location one of the worst! Their customer service is just flat out horrible. I live near two location yet this one is the closest. On my first visit - the person made my sandwich so salty I couldn't even eat it and had discarded. My second visit here - I was literally stopped at the door, I mean the store had a full working staff yet not too much movement was occurring. When I looked at the customers, one lady was outside and looked to be frustrated, I immediately understood why. As I walked in another guest said, "you'll be waiting... I've been here 20 mins." When I observed the staff, again they were all standing around and one person was working and he sweating entirely too much. He also seemed to have an attitude. On my first observation I left out, to double chk my decision to eat here but came back b/c I was hungry. If I could give zero stars I would! This makes about the third time that the sandwiches that I order are thrown together. I tried to take advantage of the free delivery this weekend, but I wish that I didn't. I ordered a turkey sandwich and two tuna sandwiches. I always ask for no salt on the tuna sandwiches because I don't feel that it is needed. Not only did they add the salt, it's all that you could taste and they did not follow the directions given. The sandwich was soaked in mayonnaise and mustard which came through the paper and paper it's wrapped in. It was leaking everywhere. The amount of tuna that they put on one was so little that we had to pick through the lettuce and tomato just to see it. I feel that the people at this store (Fairburn) does not follow directions given when you order, so you may as well not even do it. The sandwich makers at the Peachtree street (HUB) location downtown on Peachtree Street actually makes this sandwich the way that I order so I know it can be done. Today was sort of a disaster during the lunch rush. Like a lot of places, it's grossly understaffed, customers are basically impatient a-holes. Mobile orders completely overwhelm the location. Staff is overworked and it shows in their responses and interactions with customers - short, indirect, and stressed. Whoever owns the store, needs to step up and provide the team some leadership. I went to this place to get a couple subs on Sunday October 29th. I waited in a line of about 6 people. When it came to my turn the lady making subs decided to ask the lady behind me what she wanted first. I figured she just forgot who ordered and who hadn't yet so I let it go. I waited another 10 minutes ( 25 minutes in all now) I am still standing there and she proceeds to help the next customer behind me and the next one after. I finally said what about me and she acted like she did not hear me so I got loud and waived my hands and then she said "fine what would you like" . This was an African American lady making the sandwich's and I was the only white person in the line. JUST SAYING!! I cannot think of any other reason she would behave like this. It became obvious to me she did not want to help me. I was very reluctant to leave a review like this as I have never personally used racism as a complaint before in my life. If I am wrong then maybe she just simply did not like the way I look or something else but I am not wrong in this I bet... Worse yet I wanted to speak to the owner about my experience. I left a very nice message and she did not call me back. If was the owner I would be calling back quickly! Terrible customer service!!! First, my bread was thrown on the bare, dirty counter ... no cutting board, sandwich wrap, etc.. Next, the lady added some burnt, black bacon strips and caught an attitude when I asked for some different or ingredients. It takes a lot for me to have a compliant. This time I admitted the mayonnaise, and Kept the olive oil. The delivery person was wonderful. Not sure if I remember her name correctly. It started with an L either Lori or Lisa. She was a little bit early which was perfect , parked, where I could see her, walked slowly tmy door and handed it to my friend. And gave us a few minutes to get the dog outside. Thank you very much. We placed an online order. When picking it up the forgot to make a bowl and when they did there was literally nothing available other than lettuce, turkey and cheese. We ordered 2 subs and those had the same. I was told the manager quit and they did not have a food ordered placed. It was not worth the $$ spent. The service was super slow, not because it was busy, more so because the employees did not move with any urgency. And the counter was so dirty and they continued to make sandwiches on top of that. I bought a sub at this shop on 11/18/2022 at around 6:30 pm. I can't prove what I saw them do with my sandwich because I wasn't recording it. I didn't make a scene, but I didn't eat it. This was my 1st visit here and it wasn't bad but it wasnt impressive. I walked in behind a couple a little after 7 on Friday. The couple wanted wheat bread but they were told "we only have this little piece left". They walked out. The worker stated "not making more bread when we close soon" well ok then, I decided to get a club wrap. Not many toppings offered so that left much to be desired. After her comment about not getting bread, I'm not sure if they actually dont have other toppings or she didnt want to get them out. I like this particular location. They are fast and it's easy to place an order. The workers are extremely nice and proficient. One person was new and he was nervous you could tell, I just wouldn't give him details of how to do things in front of customers if it's not going to be in a professional manner.
