Hate to leave negative reviews for Resturant's I love Jersey mikes food. This is the second local Jersey mikes I have had a bad experience in. This one is strictly on cleanliness or rather lack their of. This place the floors are greasy I can see foot prints in the dirt on the floors. Also food was on the floors like old food that's should have been swept up. Food was on the walls and behind the counter it was filthy. Tables were dirty and the counter top where you pay looks like dust and dirt had accumulated. The worst part is I ate here at 11:30 on a Monday so they hasn't been open long that means no one here likes to clean. It needs to have a severe DEEP CLEANING. I don't like eating at grungy dive places and have never experienced this at any of the other dozen or so Jersey mikes I have ate at. Won't go back for that's reason if it's that dirty where you can see it's worse where you can't. read more

Jersey Mikes has become my go to for franchise sandwich shops. I visited this location last week for the first time. The service is consistent with all shops. Usually 2-3 people prepare your sandwich in front of your eyes. I like that deli meats are freshly sliced and not taken out of wax paper that could have been sliced days ago. My favorite here is their tuna sandwiches. I don't normally order tuna salad out except for a few places. Jersey Mikes tuna salad tastes fresh and I appreciate that they use white tuna versus light tuna. I also like that add diced celery and it's season perfectly and doesn't have that fishy taste that many places have. This particular store is located in a newer shopping center and has a feeling of nice clean place to sit and enjoy your sandwich in house. read more

Went two weeks ago ordered a sandwich with no onions or peppers. Got home with it. Completely covered with onions and peppers. I go back today order the same sandwich they make the same mistake again they have to remake it. I wait 25 minutes for my sub after five people came in behind me had come and left. I let them know that I'm not really happy, and all they do is stare at me and say OK, extremely disappointed in Jersey Mike's. The last thing I want to do is go into an establishment risk wasting my money due to getting a sandwich made incorrectly, and then to sit there for almost a half hour for a sub. Stopped in to get subs for my son and I tonight. The subs were decent but the service was less than par. The first girl just stared at us with her pencil and paper, never greeted us or asked for our order. Weird. Then as I paid for my meal I noticed the screen asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Nope! With customer service that unpleasant I would never consider leaving a tip. Then a second girl, that was making our meal, handed me our food after if was wrapped and bagged, she just hands me a bag and walks away. I said "thank you." Still nothing. Just not friendly and rude. I wonder if these workers recognize the correlation between good service and a tip. I come here for lunch all the time. I stopped by after work Dec. 3rd around 5pm. Kudos to EVERYONE. I have a gluten allergy and the option for the gf bread is great. The lady training showed everyone how to treat cross contamination and was patient. I know what I'm getting into when I eat out and ask for the gf option, this was above and beyond and I appreciate it. I want to give tiny advice and maybe ask in advance if the customer minds cross contamination. I honestly just deal with it and it's like flipping a coin if I'll feel good or not. First, I really like Jersey Mike's subs, but I am extremely disappointed with the Jersey Mike's at the Shops at Plantation Drive location. My wife was in line to place her order and I joined her. As we began to order, the person behind me attempted to place his order before I ordered. I let him know we were next to order and began placing my order. The person continued making snide comments directed toward us as I was trying to order. No one at Jersey Mike's addressed his rude behavior. To diffuse the conflict, I turned around and asked the person to order ahead of us, but he refused. Then I was direct and told him to stop making rude comments. At that point, the person taking my order confronted me rudely, when I attempted to explain, he rudely and aggressively interrupted me. We decided to leave immediately to avoid any further conflict and left without speaking again. However, the Jersey Mike's employee continued to berate us as we were leaving. His parting words that he hollered across the store at us were "my name is Zachery and I'm the manager here." We will not return to this location. The Jersey Mike's on Cleveland Avenue provides better service and makes a better sub. read more

PRETTY GOOD SUBS... I guess this chain is a rival of Subway. It's clean with pleasant help and fairly good subs. We had the Chipotle Philly Steak & the Reuben. Both were good. It is quite a bit more expensive than Subway. Faux News was on the telly. Bummer. read more

Walked in at 8:40 to grab a quick order to go. The app would not accept orders for this location- I tried to put it in ahead of time. A guy greeted us politely but the girl working behind the counter was unbelievably rude. She would not look up from the bread she was slicing, just snapped "whenever you're ready". I ordered a simple Turkey and Provolone and she slung her knife across the counter and stomped off into the back where she made a ton a of noise slamming around things in the kitchen. We were stunned. She comes back out with the deli slicer and says, "we're out of lettuce and onions. All we have is tomatoes just so you know"... Needless to say we gave her what she wanted and left. Right before hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers Tues 9/27/22 I had placed an order through the app and paid $11.40 for a Jersey Mike's cheesesteak. I waited a little bit then I left to go pick up my order. Drove to the store walked up to the doors and they were locked. to no surprise. The employees were sweeping and cleaning the floor inside of the store, and it was pouring rain out. I pointed to my phone and told the employee I placed an order to the app. And he gestured towards me saying that they were closed!! Man I was pissed off I really wanted that cheesesteak!!! Why have the app up and running for customers to place an order if the fucking store is closed?!?! Just avoid this Jersey Mike's on Plantion sucks ass! If you want to waste your money on the app and then go there when the store is closed be my guest!!!!! I even called them the next day to tell them about the situation they said that they were going to be refunding all the online orders. Yep, you guessed it that never happened! Well the roast beef, turkey and bacon deluxe was great BUT the girl making my sub asked me about the bacon and mayo??....if I wanted it???....which does come with it and then I asked her that, she said yes. Great ok, I asked for both hot peppers and extra mayo. She forgot to put the peppers on, and noticed this after my first bite....what can you do it happens. I would of liked a receipt but wasn't asked, and then it was too late since other customers started paying. I like these subs but forgetting what I asked for is an honest mistake since the place was busy and your cashier just kind of stood there looking confused. I hoped I would of had a better opinion of this place. I the sandwich I had was good but the ordering experience ruined the whole first timer experience for me. The guy at the grill literally skipped me and when to lady behind me because of her looks and then when I asked if I could order a hot sandwich as well he was pretty rude about it and then he after he finished my sandwich he gave the lady hers first even though I was in line before her. Went here around 3pm on a Thursday. Nice employees. Ordered an Italian Sub & a Meatball Sub. The bread was good. The Italian was good but the Meatball Sub was served with cold meatballs and the Provolone cheese was barely melted. A lot of the tables were dirty. The trash bin was overflowing. read more

Just got my food at Jersey Mike's subs here in Fort Myers. I don't know who the owner or manager is but it is 1:50 PM on a Saturday afternoon and whoever the crew is here, you should be commended for who are you hired. These guys are all incredibly courteous, efficient, professional, and handled a customer who accused them of the wrong order with absolute calm and professionalism and the customer was wrong and the staff was right, but there were no hard feelings and everybody walked away feeling respected and OK. Absolutely love Jersey Mike's. I have never been to one where the staff isn't friendly, quick, and knowledgeable! I have tried multiple things on the menu and always get it mikes way, personally I think it makes he sandwich and wouldn't order it any other way. I love that I can order and pay online and the sandwich is ready when I get there. I do wish they had one in Naples where I live so I don't have to drive to Bonita or Fort Myers but I do because the bread and meat is just that's fresh and good! I have always picked up my subs here as they are as fresh and as good as it gets. Today I went in to pick up my sub and it turns out I had mistakenly ordered from a different Jersey Mike's Subs. The clerk said don't worry about it they would make me one and not charge me. I said wow, that is terrific, let me pay you and she said no, just keep supporting us. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but was very uncomfortable when I stopped at this location. I was asked to pay for the sandwich before they made my order and I was asked to TIP before they made my order. So how does that work? I don't know if a top is deserved until I receive my order - in a timely fashion and all correct!?! It also implied that something nefarious could occur if I didn't tip upfront and tip well. My tuna sub was good but they definitely don't cater to vegetarians (my wife) only lettuce tomato and cheese and pickled stuff they should at least add spinach and both subs had stale bread . subway has better options and bread and that's sad because subway sucks. wawa gas station has the best subs . This is a subway on steroids! The regular subs are better than subways foot longs! The staff is very friendly- the place is upbeat with tv' s and the day manager was very efficient and pleasant (Sarah ) I frequent this place a lot- love the philly steak- but be prepared to drop $10 for a sub drink and chips- pricey but worth it- if you want to save $3 and aren't that hungry then buy the mini sub or go to subway! Advice for manager- could you put sliced black olives as an option for the subs- l love them on my subs! read more
