Friendly staff, clean restaurant but the food cost are super expensive. I was blown away to be charged $15.07 for ten wings with no side or drink. The wings were cooked well and the seasoning was great but the wings were small. Other than cost it's a solid option. read more

I decided to give Zaxby's a try yesterday and it was great! Food was delicious! I got the Zaxby's Signature Sandwich it was delicious! The Zaxby's Sauce was too salty. The food came out in about 6m it was quick and the employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean, The restrooms could use a little more attention. Overall I had a great experience! If I could give zero stars I would!! I went to this location today at 8:52 pm. (They close at 9, which I didn't realize until I googled it) I still waited patiently because the right thing would for them to serve me being I was there before 9 pm. The drive through was moving slower than normal but, I still waited. I got to the speaker at 9:06 and the employee said, We closed at 9". I said, but there are four cars behind me and we were all here before 9, so I should still be able to place my order. She then turned the speaker off because there was dead silence. I then called, asked for a manager who introduced himself as "Josh". I explained to him what happened and he advised me, "We're not supposed to turn anyone away ever & they know that". We come to this specific zaxbys once or twice a month and unfortunately our order always seems to have a good amount of modifications, and yet the girls here get the order right every single time. Now that's something that should be expected, but in today's world, where no one pays attention, honestly, I really feel the need to praise the ladies here for their awesome work. Last. Time I went to Zaby's several months ago in Gallatin Tn. When I got home I opened up their Signature salad I bought, all of it was nothing but lettuce, I am not exaggerating, just lettuce. I know what they are trying to do the workers were trying to save as much of the cooked food they could to take home. I knew they could not sell the food the next day. I was so mad I got about a dollars worth of lettuce They scam you at the Drive-up windows. at Zaxbys, Cracker Barrel, and Dairy Queen. Had all scammed me. Cracker Barrel does not have a drive up window, they try to scam you on individual take-Outs they try scam you on their Famous Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter catered take out meals. Something that you order like service for 10-12 you are really getting a meal for 6 to 8. But paying for the servings for 10-12. Watch where you get your meals. These franchise Owners do not need to let others run their business'. You need to be their at all times to look out for your business.& investment. A lot of franchise owners work other jobs. I have ordered catering from Zaxby's a few times now. They have always be polite and on time. The food has been delicious and hot.

If you're gonna charge people 25¢ for extra sauce you should probably make sure you give it to them.

This restaurant is run by a group of annoyed teenagers. No smile or hello or anything. That all would be fine if things were done the right way. They don't use hair nets, In fact today's cook had a loose pony tail and her hair was all over. To top it all off, the food was way way sub-par. The "chicken" breast served atop a bed of salad was the fake-chopped and pressed type. The dining hall was a great size! Too bad there was no sign of anybody on the floor to help maintain cleanliness. Instead, you had to wipe your own table top free from crumbs, grease and trash. The only reason why two stars-the had one of those modern soda machines where you can digitally select what you want from a screen. Maybe this standard of restaurant is the norm in Tennessee? I sure hope not. If so, I'll live off of yogurt and protein bars until I go home. read more

Great food, but SLOW AS HECK OH MY GOD SOS IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. If you want *fast* "fast food" then go somewhere else. You will sit in the drive through for around half an hour nine times out of ten. Other than that, everything is fine, but man are they slow. read more

Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast food chains and I'm always grateful to be living in a city with one or two of them. I've eaten at this one and the one in Hendersonville since moving to the area and this one had the better food, but that could have just been chance on the nights I ate at each. The restaurant was also clean and the service was efficient. One odd thing I feel like noting is that despite the classic blues, rock, and country fliers and posters on the wall, the music playing when I was there was contemporary Christian worship music. I just found that a bit interesting for a chain, public restaurant to be playing. If you are a fan of such music and religious in a way that appreciates such music being played in public places, then you likely see that as a plus which I'm sure most of the clientele here do. If you're not an evangelical Christian you may feel out of place eating Chicken to baptism and praise music though. read more

They've always took my orders fast & turned out correctly! I highly recommend this Zaxby's! They have great high school & college students working there. They don't have a high turn over rate which is great! My favorite thing to get there is the Birthday Milkshake!!! It's hands down the best milkshake! In Gallatin, this is one of the better places to eat great chicken. Their sauces are pretty good as well as their crinkle cut fries. The drink machine has every flavor add in known to man. It's like Sonic, but with good chicken...not the greatest analogy. It's good, you should go. read more
