The sandwiches are great. I enjoy the French Dip and the warm au jous is so good! The rest of the family loves the the beef and cheddar. Food is consistently good. Overpriced and small portions. Chili very salty. I would say that this would be awesome quality for a state fair, and a perfect example of corporate chain, "what are they going to do". Staffed with underage children that haven't ever had to work and don't know the value of a dollar, therefore can look you in the eyes while charging you 50 bucks for nothing read more

I think the food is good. However much too pricey! 15.01 fir a turkey crunch 1/2 of a sandwich. Pickel. Water with lemon. 1/2 of salad.The menu says 10.69 for 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad. Your choice. It also says 1/2 sandwich or soup. I do think the service is good. My low rating though is the for the price! On top of that they want you to tip They did not have very much business during lunch today. read more

Solid 3 stars. Got New Yorker and potato soup. The sandwich good amount of meat, but no mustard, no cheese...all the things they said came on it. Soup was so so, a bit watery. 50 people in lobby during lunch rush and one single person running plates to tables and one register open. Wife got spicy chicken sandwich and tortilla soup. Both were decent, Panera is next door, and chicken salad chick is next to this, you'd do better going to those places lol. Horrible. Food cold. Soup the consistency of nasal fluids . Sandwich had maybe a half ounce of chicken. Tried this place when first opened and thought I would give it another chance. Not one but improved. Don't waste your money. read more

Coming home after a road trip. Just wanted something filling without being fast food. Stopped at Mcalisters cause it was just regular sandwiches. Place was quiet and clean. We're served quickly and everything was great. The Mcalister club was filling and tasted great. read more

I had a dentist appointment and afterwards came to this deli and ordered potato soup and coffee. I gave them a 15 percent tip. After I paid the lady told me she had to make coffee and she would bring it out to me. They were not busy. The lady brought my soup and said she was working on the coffee. They still were not busy. I ate my soup. A line formed. They never brought my coffee. I left the restaurant because at first I tried to stand in the line stating I never got my coffee but I had to leave. The food is basic fare. Pretty good on the fly for fast food. The service is usually pretty good. However, I know it's just starting out in Lebanon and they still have bugs to work out one being when ordering to go stuff they could make sure all items are included. I mean , you get two miles down the road and find out you have no fork or pickle or napkins. It's sort of a bummer. Inside is deli-esque ambiance. Or deli wanna be. But it's the best Lebanon has to offer. Join their app and order food to get freebies but man it takes a loooong time to earn status. Chick filet A has better app program. It's ready quick and they haven't gotten my order wrong yet, and they are always so super nice when I come through. The lemonades and the teas are delicious. Give this one a chance. I so missed McAlister's when they went out of business years ago. So I was surprised when I saw they were back in business as I searched for food for dinner. After waiting a half hour for a soup and sandwich (walked in and ordered takeout) I asked about my order. It took a minute for the staff (manager included) to figure out what happened, then another two minutes to finish prepping it. It had been placed in the wrong spot. 33 minutes from order to order in hand is -1 star. The manager didn't walk it out with an apology, -1 star. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup (yummy but not as good as I remembered it and no tortilla strips?), French dip with a side of potato salad. You already know how the sandwich came but the au jus and soup were hot. A half minute later in the microwave and I had a semi-decent sandwich. Cold sandwich, -1 star. I'll try again, but my first experience back at a Gallatin McAlister's was disappointing. This was after leaving a 15% tip. read more

First tried McAlisters in Myrtle Beach SC and very pleased with quality and service especially given that this was in the middle of COVID and my husband was very ill in ICU at the local hospital while we were on vacation Fast forward to 2022 we move to Gallatin expecting the same great food and service and it was disappointing at best. Do not eat at mcalisters. Over priced and under staffed. Been waiting for 25 minutes, for a sandwich!!!! How hard is it to make a darn sandwich. Tons of people waiting even longer than me. Took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and a salad. When we got the food, the salad was missing multiple ingredients and one of the sandwiches had significantly less chicken than the others. As I sit in the drive-thru after preordering, I ask myself "Why does it take an hour to make 2 sandwiches?"

I ordered the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch and it came out quickly and when I was eating every bite was delicious. Eddie forgot my pickle but a whole new plate just for a pickle. I ordered 60 dollars worth of sandwiches today., Sunday June 12th. Every sandwich has soggy bread. Even the hogie style roll with the beef sandwich was soggy. The lettuce on the club had no freshness to its appearance or taste. Disappointing since this was our 1st try at this deli. read more
