yes, i recommend it but only for the fact that i love their sandwiches. when you enter this location you will notice a very diverse staff which is not a problem. what is a problem is their lack of communication. i literally talked the preparer through the entire sandwich making process. in addition, the dining room looks very messy. one of those many workers behind the counter needs to take action and wipe up the dining area. as a side note, i stopped in again the following day, Sat. Ordered on app. Husband picked up order. Got home and his sandwich was on wrong bread and my roast beef sandwich was chicken covered in mayo. Bag has a sticker stating checked for accuracy. Need to stop using those stickers. Called and was told I would have to come get correct sandwich. I asked for a refund and was called back with them saying I used points so no refund. I ordered 3 sandwiches total. Points could have been used for any of them. No refund or points or money along with no sandwich. I watch my family eat while I have nothing. I waited at the sandwich bar for someone to take my order at a little after noon on a weekday. I noticed a few employees sitting at a table taking a break and there was a girl checking out a customer at the cash register next to me. She took his cash with gloves on then proceeded to take my order and was about to build my sandwich when I interrupted and asked her to change her gloves. She looked at me like she wanted to stab me but changed her gloves. An older employee was standing nearby and saw the whole thing and he just smiled. She never said a word to me, nothing. I had to get a straw a little later and had to ask her but she still didn't acknowledge me. I was not about to eat a bacteria sandwich so I spoke up. I won't be going back, that's for sure. I think some of these reviews are local businesses that are struggling. Too many places to eat and not enough people to buy. I have been a huge fan of Jersey Mikes for years. We try to go at least one or two times a week for large office orders. However, after my interaction with them today, I will never visit a Jersey Mike's again. Poor customer service and clearly did care to take large order business over the phone after the online ordering wasn't working. I am just traveling through from Texas and was excited to stop and get Jersey Mikes. Upon entering and ordering a California Club on white I was given a paper that apparently had my order on it that said #31? I then look up and don't see a #31 but assume they know what their doing because they work there not me. But I wait through the line with the person I am with and their sandwich gets made and they say what they want on it and even go and pay. Meanwhile I am still waiting in line to tell the lady what I want on my sandwich. After standing there for close to 5 minutes while the people behind me pass me up, the lady at the register, Katie says "um I have your sandwich". So I go up to the register where my order is already bagged and I say "I don't think that's my sandwich I didn't see them make it or tell them what to put on it." The lady ensures it's mine and was made in the back. At this point I am very confused as to why my cold sub was made in the back but tell her I want it Mikes Way. And she bickers back saying I should've told the lady who took my order that when I thought it was gonna be made in front of me and she didn't ask either. At that point another lady walks up and asks the issue, and Katie (the lady at the register) looks at her and rolls her eyes and shakes her head. I then tell her in a calm manner that there is no reason to shake your head at a customer standing in front of you. A man next to her then tells me that they can just open it and add the toppings but I was over it and appreciated his help and paid and left. When I opened my sandwich I could feel it was hot and was in fact a California Chicken Cheese Steak. I would've appreciated if the staff didn't let me stand and stare at the lady making the sandwiches waiting for mine and if the lady at the register, Katie didn't have a negative attitude with me. Horrible service! Never been to Jersey Mike's before so I decided to try it since I was in the mood for a Turkey sub sandwich. I walked in and told the lady I wanted the chipotle but turkey instead of chicken. She couldn't even substitute chicken for turkey. I don't understand why she couldn't grant my request. It's not an unreasonable request. She didn't even understand what I wanted when I told her I wanted chipotle but with turkey. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. She kept on looking at the other staff like I was crazy and looked at me like she has no clue what to do. She said "so you you the #7 turkey sandwich". I said "No, I want #43 chipotle with turkey." She just looked at me like she didn't understand again and I said "Never mind, I'll just go to subway." She said "No, I'm just figuring out what you want." Lol! I just told her what I wanted, how clear do I have to be. All I wanted was chipotle with turkey. I walked out and went to subway. Will never go there again. read more
