Can't believe I'm late with this review but I absolutely love this jersey Mike's in Granada Hills. Every time I come, they have good exceptional customer service and pretty fast with the line. Inside is always clean as well even though it's not too many tables or seating area, and just enough to sit down and have a good lunch break if needed. It's always a lot of parking because it's in a Major popular shopping center in Granada. Today I came in to grab a mini sandwich. I needed to take me to the airport and it was very satisfying. I forgot the gentleman who was making my sandwich, but he was very nice. He put my toppings on my meat so the bread wouldn't get so soggy. I think that was very nice and I appreciate that. Jersey Mike's is still my favorite sub shop, been to this location so many times and would have bet I Yelped it, but I guess I would have lost that bet. They do have a rewards program that I highly recommend you join, points for subs to earn free ones, why not. If you have been to one, the Decor and set up is pretty much the same. Pictures of the shore, the beach, etc. on the walls. Inside is open, lots of seating. Walk up to order and pay, nothing fancy, just great service and great subs. I have been eating less bread, trying to cut down on sodium where I can, so I have been getting my sub in a bowl, same thing, just no bread. I really do love the rosemary Parmesan bread, but the bowls are really good and you can make any sub a bowl if you get a regular size. My go to is a #6, sub Swiss for the cheese. Tons of lettuce, extra tomato and onion. Add banana peppers, light pickles, lots of oregano and only pepper. It is a great option that tastes great too. This location is right on Chatsworth street in Granada Hills, I think the plaza is called Granada Village. Parking in front of course and lots of spaces in the lot. It can get very busy at lunch since it is near Granada High, just an FYI. But has never really been an issue when I have gone, just an observation. If I had one complaint, it would be that Jersey Mike's is getting pretty expensive, need the reign if in I think, but for now, still my fav sub shop and willing to pay to get it. We went inside right at 9 oclock and the guys standing around wouldn't let me buy a water but were waiting for a pick up order. Rude :(

My kids and I love Jersey mikes on the go and we've never been disappointed until today. I placed an order on the app for 2:30 PM pickup knowing that this location tends to make it way ahead of time. (I really needed it for 2:20 pm). I walked in around 2:22 and our sandwiches were already ready to go. Picked it up to eat at home (we live 4 min away) and it wasn't even warm when we opened the bag. If pickup time is 2:30, please don't make it 20 minutes earlier especially when it's a HOT sub. So frustrating. To top it off, the sandwich barely had any chicken meat (it usually has way more) and was DRENCHED in mayo. I had asked for mayo on the second COLD sub we had ordered but NOT on the hot sub. Not sure if they messed that up or not. All in all, my kids and I were so unsatisfied with our sub today. Next time, if I order ahead, I plan to call and ask them to not prepare the sandwich until it's near the actual pickup time. Or I have to change the pickup to 30 min after I need it. read more

It's still LA even if we are in the "Valley" because turning into the driveway at the other end, I get hostility from the driver coming towards me from the other direction. I went all the way across the parking lot, parked, and got out just to see that person still sitting behind another car. Whatever!! I walk in and it's all women behind the counter. It is International Women's Day. I quickly ordered an Italian sandwich as the lady asked what I would like. She was already slicing up for another sandwich. They are fast here. Just arrived home with my #7 turkey and provolone sub on gluten free bread. Price was $13.50 because gluten free is extra. The bread is stale and hard as a rock! Note to manager: if you didn't get a fresh bread delivery, let customers know the gluten free substitute is not available and dispose of the stale bread in your dumpster! That's what other establishments do. No need to send a cut and paste reply that says " We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations, please try us again." And no I didn't get back in my car and return it so you could use the same stale bread to remake it with another stale bread. Lesson learned. read more

Also, there is someone sweeping and rolling up the mat in the area that the customers are limited to stand in. I ordered the buffalo chicken, regular on white. This Jersey Mike's rocks! Serena and the rest of the staff are amazing! I went in today 7/22/25 to order my usual #43, #7 and a new one I wanted to try #13. Serena was helping me. She was very professional, respectful, and careful with my order. She wanted to make sure I am not allergic to anything and to be carful with my order. She recommended the chicken salad sandwich which is a limited time. I am gonna try that next hopefully before they stop selling it. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location. read more

This location is the absolute worst. I've had issues with food being in properly handled for somebody with allergies. I'm allergic to dairy and on several occasions I've been given a sandwich with cheese on it after specifically saying no cheese, dairy allergy. I ask for certain things on the side and the sides they give me of it is barely a speckle of what you would put on the sandwich. I have complained to the owner. They clearly don't care about their customers. I order frequently, spending nearly $80 two to three times a month. I had an issue with my order and they did nothing to try and fix it. They are useless and the staff there doesn't even know the services they offer or the street they are located on. I love Jersey Mike's, but I didn't have a good experience today. I ordered 2 giant sandwiches (#9 & 10) for my family of four, using their app with free delivery. When my order finally arrived in about 1 hour and 15 minutes later (15 minutes after promised time), I found 1 giant #9 and 1 small #10. I called the store right away, but nobody answered the call. I left a message and called 5 more times. I don't want to drive down to the store. The whole point of ordering for delivery was for us to stay home safe! The sandwiches were salty than usual too. I understand it's pandemic time but they should make sure customers are happy with their order. *edit: After 2 emails to the manager, I never got a reply back. I finally made the trip to the store to find out the refund was issued on Saturday, and it takes 48 hours to appear. It would've been nice to have gotten the email from the manager letting me know of the refund before I made the trip. Thanks for the refund but it's just not good customer service. This time I want to try the Roast Beef Provolone. I usually get the Philly Cheesesteak. I have been to this location a few times. They make decent sandwiches. They served us real good on some sandwiches of our choice. The Roast Beef one is good too. Located in one of the busiest shopping center off of Chatsworth and Zelza. The gentleman started cutting the meat prepping my sandwich only to get to down the line to the gal adding all the toppings and condiments to tell me that they ran out of tomatoes. Super disappointed in this location. I used to work at hr lock next door and prior to the pandemic they had the best workers. Idk if they all quit or what but they had a manager who was great and always made sure the lines were moving etc. Now, there's teens working here who can't seem to move faster than the sloths in the movie zootopia. Seriously. It used to be that one person would start it and another would finish but yesterday I came here and they didn't start on my sandwich until they finished the guys Infront of me. Today we went to Jersey Mikes in Granada Hills to go pick up sandwiches for lunch. The staff is always friendly...but the team today works very well together (Sunday 7-30-17). They were on point! The two females (one blonde, sorry didn't get her name and the other Patricia) were great! Good customer service....especially Patricia, she was working the condiment station and got our order perfect! She worked fast and knew her stuff! I like that! I didn't have to repeat myself and she did it right! She was so nice!
