When we were there it was very busy but there were open tables- we wanted to eat inside. However there were so many people from GrubHub and Postmates and all those silly delivery services waiting to pick up food, they were sitting at the open tables on their phones. It was very frustrating because these were people who were not dining in, yet they were taking all the open tables for paying customers. They need to have a sign stating something to this nature "We kindly ask food delivery personnel waiting for their food to be picked up do not sit at open tables." That makes sense.? read more

Just had my 1st really bad sandwich from there. I have been going to this location since it opened and I never had an issue until tonight. I ordered off the app for the 2nd time. Both times they seem to not read the commitment section very well. Last week I ordered for the first time, on my son's sandwich I asked for extra onions, there was barely any at all. I thought maybe there was a glitch in the matrix. Then today, I ordered my sandwich with light lettuce and light oil. This again was in the commitment section. The bottom of my sandwich was like someone stuck it in water before I got it. The oil leaked all over my coffee table, I couldn't even eat 60 percent of it, it was awful. So I called and asked for a manager, I talked to her (not naming her), she said she found my receipt talked to the person who was making my sandwich they said they read it and put light oil? I said there definition of light is very heavy in my opinion. I told her I was very dissatisfied with my order, she said all I can do is refund you the chips? I said wait $1.49 bag of chips is supposed to make up for $10.00 plus tax sub? She said that's all I can do. So keep in mind that when you order online and leave comments, they maybe a complete oversight. If and when I decide to go back, I will have to go in and make sure my $10.00 sandwich is made correctly. read more

I have been on an Italian sub kick lately and only recently tried Jersey Mike's for the first time (and went back for a second time too!) I was much impressed. First off, they greet you like you're a friend when you walk in. When it became apparent that I was a Jersey Mike's virgin, they were thrilled to have the opportunity to win over a new convert. They told me I'd never eat at Subway again, ha ha. And they gave me a free cookie since it was my first visit. Nice! Their Original Italian sub is exemplary- the perfect ratio of meat and cheese and veggies and dressing. Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni and Mike's Way: Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices. It's big enough for two meals. I've patronized this location for years. The sandwiches are always good, and I always get great service. Today when I visited, I was followed in by three unmasked men. Two other customers raised complaints with a staff member, and when the manager confronted them about it he said he "wouldn't normally do this," and asked if these men had masks because a customer had complained. The unmasked men responded that they'd spoken with the complaining customer and that it wouldn't be a problem because he'd left. These men had not spoken to the man who made the complaint, and the manager didn't didn't attempt enforce the store's mask policy after this. I never want to put food service workers in the position of enforcing policies on belligerent customers who may become hostile, but this situation was unsafe and uncomfortable. I won't be coming to this location anymore so long as they allow customers like this to endanger their workforce and other paying customers by not enforcing the barest covid safety rules. read more

When I asked for more, I would get one pinch or one shake. Maybe this is the business model but the customer doesn't want to keep saying can you add more, can you add more? While I was in there a customer returned to the store with his order upset that it was all wrong. Is it this location? Maybe management could be a little more involved. So disappointed with this location and there customer service. I wanted to order a few subs for my fam, and I tried calling several times, no answer only a recoding saying the mail box was full. One of my favorite Jersey Mike's locations! The staff is super cool here and it's a real laid back chill environment inside. I love how it's tucked away here in the corner of this Granada Hills shopping center and there's always ample parking. What can I say... every sandwich here is good and you can't go wrong. The bread is spectacular, the ingredients are fresh and clean and something about how they shred their lettuce here makes the sandwiches taste that much better.
