The employees in the drive thru line had no idea what was going on. I was in the wrong line and it was not moving, I thought they're suppose to rotate sides and go one side then the other and so on. Guess not. PLUS the misters hit my car and I just went to the car wash. I was not happy. And since my line was not moving , I was stuck with the misters for 6 minutes. Ridiculous. Omg I RSVPd for their date night on IG & I came with my daughter, sibling & bf. We all enjoyed the valentine decor and the most of all the food. We love the chick'n minis n the Mac n cheese! I want to put a complaint against this store because I believe they treat there customers unfairly. I witnessed how the manager gave away 2 gift cards to a customer only because she is supposedly a regular . There were many many kids in that store and for the manager to give away 2 gift cards to this lady for her kids isnso unfair and incredible disrespectful. Im a regular as well . One of the best locations we have been to! Service was wonderful, food was ready within minutes. Everything was fresh and super hot, they have a kids play place and Thursdays. The kids meals are free in the evenings. Plenty of easy parking and a very efficient drive-through as well read more

The food here was good when they first came to the neighborhood, but now it's just a shell of what it used to be. The nuggets were overcooked, dry, and gave me heartburn with every bite. Even my toddler wouldn't eat them, and he usually judges food based on how it looks, not how it tastes. The nuggets used to be cooked to perfection, with a flaky crust that practically fell off the meat. Now, they're so overcooked that the breading and the chicken feel like one dense, inseparable entity. The only good items here are the grilled chicken options, waffle fries, milkshakes, and lemonades. Anything fried just doesn't cut it anymore--it's definitely not a vibe. On the bright side, they have plenty of parking for customers and a two-lane drive-through that merges into one, allowing them to take more orders efficiently. The staff are always super nice and finish their sentences with "my pleasure." The building, both inside and out, is immaculate and clean. I guess it's just the fried chicken items I have beef with. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A!! They are super kid friendly! They have wipes and disposable placemats, coloring pages and crayons for the kiddos. Not to mention, an indoor play structure! The service is top notch here! They get your order right and even check in on you at your table. They even have events with the chick-fil-A cow!! I love coming here but wish it was closer to my house. There is one close house that is terrible and I absolutely avoid after they messed up my simple order several times. read more

Do not sleep on this Chik Fil A! I'm pleasantly surprised at how great fast food can actually be nowadays. I've only been here about 2-3x and only discovered it this year. The experience is pretty unique for fast food- restaurant is clean, staff delivers great service (Sarah so sweet!), food is good and doesn't taste like junk or extremely processed, and it's very kid friendly. The marketing doesn't feel overly cheap and promotional the way McD etc are nowadays. I now understand the CFA hype and I'm into it! read more

On one occasion, my order was missing Chick-fil-A Sauce and honey. 2. On two separate occasions, I found hair in my food (salads specifically), which is a serious concern. 3. Additionally, three large items were placed into a single small paper bag, which broke before I arrived home, causing chicken soup inconvenience and potential damage to the chicken nugget order and our senior dog was not happy that he couldn't get his non chicken soup watered down chicken nuggets. read more

My friends and I went here yesterday. Our experience was delightful because of the great customer service from the staff. Sergio took my order, and he was really nice and approachable when answering any questions I had related to my order. Also, I would shout out to Sofia specifically. I was so happy this location opened back up. They improved their drive thru lines by making two and everything seemed to be going smoothly. I decided to eat inside so my daughter could play. They took my order and made sure they heard everything I wanted and even asked if I wanted a free ice cream since they were out of toys for the kids meal. There is lots of seating and nice booths. I was happy they were tables by the play area so I could see my daughter. My food came out hot and fresh and was delicious! They came around a few times asking if I needed a refill or if they could help in any way. I will definitely be coming back to this location and so glad they are back! read more

Super yummy with an extra friendly staff. I've yet to hear them miss a "my pleasure". There's a playground although the times I've seen it, it's being used for storage. The inside is pretty big with accessible entrance and bathrooms. The Christmas light decorations every year are so pretty to look at. It was my first time trying this particular location. I was very impressed. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. Chick-Fil-A has some of the best chicken tenders in the fast food market. The staff comes to your table occasionally to make sure that you have everything that you need. They also come to your table to refill your drinks. The parking area is pretty big. Overall, I have no complaints about this location. read more

Since no one is answering me in customer service, I am going to complain here. I last three orders that I have placed have been wrong. You might ask yourself, why is she still ordering? Well, I'll tell ya, I usually love chick fil an even though their prices are insane I enjoy the food. However, Im not going to doing this anymore. When I order for delivery the food is never right or the portions are insane. I know the food is packed up by the workers not the delivery driver. Large fries, half full. Veggie wrap, the size of my middle finger and is almost all tortilla, hardly any filling. Dressing? Forget it, no actually forget it because someone forgot to put it in the bags when packing the food up the last 3 times. You need a straw for your drink? Nope. Not even a straw, and napkins? Not happening. After all is done with the delivery the food is over 70 dollars. When I tried to reach out to customer service, good luck. 30 minutes later, I'm fuming and have to hang up before I lose my mind. So, I hope this long complaint makes you think twice before you spend your hard earned money on bad food, tiny portions, and no one to speak with. Good luck! read more

Great location! Super clean and pretty inside. Great ambiance! The service was cool! Mia was my cashier. Very sweet. Mia even brought my to go order to me in the lobby! The pricing point was a bit high. I got two gallons of lemonade {don't judge me lol}! However, typically the food here is great! This is lowkey one of my favorite CFA's. Food was fine but the event they had tonight that we were excited for (Valentine's Date Night) ended up being disappointing. They were giving out roses and we were skipped for some reason. Never got one even after we asked for it twice. They were giving out complimentary photos, but everyone around us was being asked except for us. We had to ask a worker to take it for us. For some reason our table kept getting skipped. We saw everyone else was getting great service except us and we have no idea why. We literally just sat and ate our dinner, but seeing how everyone else was getting great service except us, made us feel excluded.
