The sandwiches are very goo. The meat used is fresh and good quality. A suggestion: When putting mayo and mustard please spread it out and not put one big glop in the middle of the bread. And I would suggest the condiments go directly on the bread and not on the meat. When it is on the meat, it makes the sandwich sloppy and everything slips out when you take a bite. read more

Never had an issue, however at this location my husbands sandwich had a long piece of black hair in it and he had asked for wheat bread but was given white. My wrap was so saturated with dressing it fell apart at first bite. Would not recommend this location, unsanitary and poor service. read more

My husband & I have been eating at jersey mikes for many years & became HUGH Fans after experiencing their # 13 Original done Mike's Way w/Jalepeno Peppers. We just went for the first time. Everything tasted great. the store was clean. And the crew was helpful and talked with the kids as if they were their own person. (Most ask the parents what the kid wants, they asked the kids themselves) after we sat down and started eating we were asked how everything was. Finally a beautiful Saturday ...so I decided to pull the car out of winter hibernation take the top down and drive to grants pass to try Jersey Mikes. Heard positive things about their subs. Easy to find plenty of parking but fairly full. Once inside Jersey Mikes they were very busy,almost all tables were occupied,six people in line. My first thoughts were why so many people at 2:00pm,this must be the only place in G.P for lunch or they must be pretty good. There were six people ahead of me in line and I thought " this is gonna be a while" To my surprise the line moved at a decent pace,one worker takes your order writes it down , three other employees work on one order at a time, all sub meat is sliced as the sandwich is made,good idea freshly sliced deli meats. We tried the philly cheese steak and the traditional Italian, two of miss vickies chips and a couple of brownies. The bread is good ratio of soft /chewy. Bread absorbs the juices from the philly and the vinegar oil dressing for the Italian. The meats ,cheeses and veggies were neither skimpy nor over done. This sandwich shop exceeded my expectations. I will be back real soon,not likely to go to Jimmy John's.Only negative is that Jersey Mike's is in Grants Pass and I live in Medford. read more

Never ever order a sub in a tub from this place. I didn't take a picture because I didn't end up eating it because it was a pile of wilted lettuce, paid for avocado but never got it. Asked for the chicken bacon ranch but it was a pile of watered down chicken. So disgusting. Ended up throwing it in the garbage. Also, I've had subs in a tub before where they usually come in a plastic bowl and this came in a thin cardboard bowl leaking everywhere. Never coming back again. read more

The first time I ate here I got an overwhelmingly heavy feeling in my lower abdomen that stuck around for a good 4 hrs and passed. Thought I'd give it another shot, it had been a few months. just three days ago I got a meatball sub, giant, only ate half & within a few hours I'm violently vomiting and diarrhea . This place was horrible.. my husband and i watched the line folks cut a tuna sandwich and turn around use the same knife to cut a Turkey sub and so on another sandwich. Togo bags fell on the floor my husband hands them to the cashier and she put them right back with the other bags as if they didnt just hit the floor. I mean nasty. I was done after the knife situation. 23 bucks for 2 sandwiches and I didnt even want mine after that. Cross contamination at its finest.. I'm unimpressed!!. I give zero stars if I could read more

They are better than subway they actually have people working unlike subway where I use to go and I always had to wait because they always had one person working. The sandwich was great. I mean, how can you mess up a cheese sandwich? Oooooh!!!! By talking negatively about the customer for asking to change your gloves after handling multiple meat sandwiches, that's how. As a vegetarian, I shouldn't have to have my food handle by the same nasty gloves you just touched bacon with. I also asked that the cheese not be cut on the same slicer that was meat covered. Our first time in there and we didn't know what to do. There was no one else but us for the first couple minutes and no one talked to us. Wasn't sure the sizes of the subs as it wasn't listed up on the menu that we could see. Very confusing set up. Over priced, and disappointing. We spent 25 dollars for two regular sized sandwiches two bags of chips and two sodas. I ordered a hot sandwich and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way, the meat wasn't portioned out on the sandwich evenly, and no flavor! The meat was dry and so disappointing. It was our first time so we didn't know how it worked so when we ordered and my mom asked for no onions on her sandwich and the guy just said "oh I just do the meat I don't do that part" he didn't bother to explain how it all worked when we said we've never been he just chuckled and waited for us to tell him the order. They weren't busy at all. When we went to checkout the cashier didn't say hello or anything just grabbed the ticket and asked if we wanted to do the combo. Then when we were getting our sodas another worker comes over and asked if we wanted everything on our sandwiches. I'm sorry, but your co worker could have wrote on the paper our requests. I seen that happen twice after we sat down to other customers also. I also don't think it's very professional when someone from another food place comes over to hang by the register and just talk to the cashier while she's checking out customers and just carrying on a conversation with the Carl's Jr. worker instead of talking to her actual customers more. Super friendly staff! My sandwich was much better than any Subway I've ever had. I had the Italian and while good, it should be called a ham sub with a hint of the other meats as ham was 90% of the meat. Kind of expensive at $9 for a reg size but seemed to be ok quality and tasted good. My search for the best sub in Grants Pass still leads me to Cartwrights! Still getting the kinks out with the people behind the counter. Subs are, IMO delicious!! Did do a call in that was disappointing. Asked for a Giant & do it "Mike's Way" which is everything. Did ask for special service: add your delicious pickles. When partner brought it home, no pickles. The inside "goodies" seem "less than" if I'm not standing there watching. Asked partner where the receipt was. He hadn't put our phone # in for points, so wrote it on the back of the receipt to have the woman put it in after having paid. What is the sequence of events required: plug in # before paying? Why does it matter when? Seems when Brice is there, all is well. I LOVE the "Number 10" Tuna sub. AWESOME for tuna lovers first of all. And what I want to comment on is the interaction I saw an employee having with numerous customers the other day. He knew their names and asked questions like he really cared how they were. THAT made my tuna sub that much better because of the kindness shown and great customer service. read more

I've been several times and each time I have gone, the service has been fantastic. The staff are fun and friendly. The food is far superior to other restaurants like it.
