It's like $12 but it's not a real medium like a small to me, but I had turkey and cheese, but basically everything on it. A nice space in the industrial area. Stopped in this Jersey Mikes ( was the first time I actually visited this restaurant chain) on a Saturday. Had to wait about 15 minutes to place an order as place was packed. Staff were not too customer service oriented ( no warm greetings nor acknowledgements to the customers) and the table area needed some cleaning (some customers just left their trays and garbage on the tables). Although the Sandwich was freshly made ( cheesesteak) it was pricey but very good. Prep area appeared to be organized and fairly clean of miscellaneous dropped trimmings but like I said earlier more attention to the seating area is needed. Overall the sandwiches are expensive but very good and I'll probably visit another Jersey Mike's in the future. read more

I had a pretty good experience at this location which happened to be my first Jersey Mike's encounter. I had a buy one get one coupon so I ordered a veggie, club and chicken cheesesteak. We all thought they were fresh and tasty. While I did have to wait in line a bit to order, I loved that the cheesesteak was cooked to order. Food is always good and seems very fresh. There was a few times I ordered extra protein and it seemed very inconsistent in the amount of meat I received. Staff however, could be a bit more friendlier. The place is somewhat clean. Every time I visited the staff is usually goofing off instead of tending to the dining room. Staff doesn't seem to have their priorities straight or move with a sense of urgency. One night after taking a spin class and of course super hungry I noticed that there was a Jersey Mike's close by. I've told my husband about Jersey Mike's for years. I said let's go get some subs. So we headed on over and I of course knew the menu and what I wanted. He had to take some time to check it out. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a coupon to come back. Great customer service. I got my usual #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak- Grilled onions, peppers, white American cheese and chipotle mayo. Oh sooo yummy another of my favorite is the #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak Grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños & extra white American cheese. It's Jersey Mike's so I like a lot of their subs. This ain't no Subway guys! I highly suggest you check it out yourself, you just may get hooked. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star review l would. Employees were not attentive whatsoever, instead they Spoke only to each other using extremely foul language (n word, f word, etc) with no regard to the customers present. It was extremely uncomfortable and at the end the sandwich was soggy, and the chicken was undercooked. It was obvious that they didnt care and just wanted to get it over with. Totally untrained staff, and no knowledge of how to handle customers. To begin with, person building sandwich did not care where meat landed when throwing it on sandwich. The major issue involved my using a gift card. The cashier swiped the card and there was a long delay with the computer. Before I could stop her, she swiped it a second time. I had purchased $12.44 worth of food with a $15.00 gift card. She asked me for $9.88 before giving me the food. Astonished, I said it's new card. I was told there was only a balance of $2.56 on the card. I tried to explain that the balance was of $2.56 was the difference between $15.00 and $12.44. She then called a manager over who checked the computer. He states i must of used this card previously, suggesting that I'm lying. I said no, she swiped it twice. She walked away and would not say she swiped it twice. The manager said to call the number on the card. There was nothing he could do! Avoid this particular franchise. read more

Here's the Scoop: Today my honey and I with my grandson were in the Hauppauge area and stopped into Jersey Mike's and it was the Grand Opening. Loaded with managers making sure everything is running smoothly. The buzz of patrons coming in and going out . Excitement is in the air. Service is very quick and friendly. Juan a manager here is running a well oiled machine. This ship is tight!! I ordered the Super Sub #5 that was stuffed really well with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. Superb!! My sub was well dressed with mayo, salt & pepper, oregano, oil & vinegar. My servers, yes about 3 prepared and wrapped my sandwich like a butcher at a meat market. Tight & right! My honey and I decide to cop a squat instead of leaving. Nice seating for all. Tables in groups of. 2 & 4 along with single seating at the window. 2 large screen tv's in opposite corners flank the wall. Beautiful murals and a large surf board decorate other walls. When I unwrapped my sandwich oh boy it looked and smelled heavenly. The first bite reminded me of a hoagie which is a Philly Sub. So gooooood!! I savored every bite. Make sure you bend over your wrapping paper because the stuffing of your sandwich shifts with every bite. Juicy, tasty, fresh and filling. I will be back for another sub. Oh! and there are 3 sizes mini, regular and giant. Something for everyone. I spoke to Marvin on my way out he's the Franchise Management who greeted everyone as they entered and left. I love Jersey Mike's. Each sub is made to order. The meat is not pre-sliced. The shredded lettuce and onion and "juice" (oil and vinegar) combined with the oregano, salt & pepper makes my mouth water before getting my Italian sub. I'm a fan after having my first Jersey Mike's on the Jersey Shore actually and was so psyched that they made their way to Long Island. It's actually a good thing this location is not closer to home. I might be going more often which is not good for my waistline. I rarely give 5 stars but I feel like a 4 1/2 stars or 4.75 stars would be more accurate for how I feel about Jersey Mike's. read more

Just ate the first quarter of the sandwich & wanted to write a note thanking the workers at this location for working diligently, being courteous & delivering the quality/deliciousness during the current COVID health crisis that they always do. While the store was busy they remained composed and polite, one patron must've thought that he waited longer than expected and although he was unnecessarily rude to the staff they apologized & thanked him for his patronage. Place is a mad house at lunch time. Line was to the front door. Took 12 minutes ( not bad at all) from the front door to get my sandwich with that long of a line. They move quick and efficient. Just grab a menu on the way in and decide before you get to the counter what you want. The people who work there are friendly and funny. The sandwich was too notch. I got the #2. I simple and love cold cut sandwiches. They cut the cold cuts right in front of you. Anything that is done right in front of you is always seems fresher and better. The bread is also delicious, both white and whole wheat. They also have hot subs and hot/cold wraps! Once you try here you will never look at subway again. There's something for everyone. All i have to say is WOW. I waited on line watching all 3 employees making to go orders and ignoring me. After about 6 mins of standing directly in front of one of the employees clearly annoyed I ask him "Are all going to make the to go order or will someone help me"? The employee says "oh you were on the phone, I thought you wanted to wait". I told him just because I am on my phone doesn't mean I don't want to be asked if I am ready to order. He than said "I thought u we're getting someone's order ready". I said to him if that was the case I would have told him that. I was in here last week and received unfriendly service.
