I loved my first visit to The Pizzeria in Smithtown! I brought my nephew for our lunch date on a Saturday afternoon. The ambiance inside is bright, clean, and welcoming. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Our waitress was super friendly and sweet, especially when my nephew decided he didn't want to share a pizza with me (how rude). She laughed with me and quickly brought him his own cheese slice, which made him happy! We started with drinks. My nephew had apple juice, and I got the Montauk Wave Chaser on tap. For starters, we went with the mozzarella sticks. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, with gooey cheese inside, and a side of marinara. A classic done right. I tried their bruschetta slice, which I think I could eat a slice of this everyday. The crust had a hint of balsamic baked in, topped with fresh bruschetta, creamy burrata, basil, and a balsamic glaze drizzle. So good. We decided to go with the Aunt Danielle. The personal pizza was 16", perfect for sharing. Topped with vodka sauce, pepperoni, stracciatella cheese, fresh basil, and a perfect swirl of hot honey over the top. The hot honey was the star of the show here. The spicy pepperoni mixed with the hot honey, mmmm mm. I will definitely be back. This place is a Smithtown gem! Highly recommended for families or anyone who loves great pizza with a twist. I can't wait to try their wraps that you could see through the window counter. read more

Stopped by for a quick slice for lunch. The ambiance is light and roomy inside and the service is friendly. The plain cheese slice was just ok, I've had much better tasting slices. We tried the regular garlic knots and buffalo knots. Not much flavor to them and they were small at 70 cents each but they were soft and fresh. The tri-fecta with was decent with a nice thin olive oil crust. read more

I have been back a couple of times for pizza takeout...this time we decided to eat in. We started with the calamari and it was very good. Then we ordered the "Pizzeria Chicken" Its breaded chicken cutlets topped with arugula, tomato & fresh mozzarella with a balsamic glaze It's a standard dish at most Italian restaurants. This was one of the best we had! To end the meal we had to have the cannolis which comes from Whisk bakery. They are amazing! Service was great! read more

Amazing Pizza, staff are super kind in explaining what every single slice is and heating it up. And the restaurant is clean and new! They will be cashless soon though. For the Pizza, all the different slices are so good and the bottom is always crunchy, the garlic knots are pretty good alone and with the sauce as well. I recommend their burrata slice! read more

This is a upscale pizza restaurant. The menu has just the right amount of Italian classics. The pizza is on point along with there wings ! Don't skip on the calzone made baked or fried (old school) the only way IMHO the chicken parm is also a hit with vodka sauce and ricotta . We always try and sit at the bar where Luke the bartender provides 5 star service and 5 star drinks (makes a killer espresso martini)! Seating in the dinning area is first come first serve with plenty of seating and great service! Only good things to say go enjoy! I think they have a Sunday special (take out I believe) check them out you won't be disappointed. read more

This branch of The Pizzeria just opened in Smithtown. The restaurant looks beautiful and there is a bar that opens to be al fresco. I didn't dine in but simply ordered two slices to go. I didn't have them heated up because I was bringing them home to share. The white slice was delicious but the margherita wasn't that great. I didn't care for the crust. Lastly I thought the slices were pricey. $11.96 for them both. I'll probably go back to try their pasta and skip the pizza. read more

This place is really good if you eat there.Its rooms clean and modern . The staff are all great. My issue is every time we order food some may be hot and others items are freezing. This is now third time. Thought maybe first two times was a fluke. We just ordered again and pizza is actually freezing as if it was never heated up. Of course can allow that in drive home won't be piping hot but this is crazy. I think they just don't account for temperature when putting orders together and will get pizza ready and then everything else. Idk read more

The Sicilian, and a plain round pie for a family gathering we had yesterday. All were delicious and miraculously maintained their structural integrity and quality after being in the boxes for 2 hours and a gentle reheat! Amazing....can't wait to come back and try some of the other offerings as everything from pasta to sandwiches looked amazingly delicious. Staff was tremendous and very accommodating!! I'm shocked the person who made my sandwich was OK with this presentation. I ordered the Primiano hero, it comes with soppressata and prosciutto. I'm not saying mine didn't come with those meats. But the tiny specs of meat they chopped in here is borderline disrespectful. It's essentially a Romain hero. With the pictures I provided I challenge you to disagree with me. This past Saturday my wife and I had dinner at The Pizzeria of Smithtown. I was under the impression that this was just a fancy pizza place, but was I mistaken. We sat down to have dinner and I was extremely pleased. The server was warm and welcoming. We started with the whipped ricotta with honey and lemon zest. This was a light and delectable starter. My wife had vodka chicken with statichella and I had chicken parm in vodka sauce. Instead of pasta we had Caesar salads. The portions were huge and tasty. Unfortunately we had no room for dessert. Tonight we did takeout. Eggplant parm with rigatoni in vodka sauce. Once again this did not disappoint. We will definitely be making this a regular stop for us. read more

Such a cute place! When we arrived there was a wait, so we ordered drinks at the bar. The bartender was very nice, and attentive. Once we got a table, we ordered the calamari app which was delicious, very large rings and very tender. We also had the stuffed clams and they were whole clams, and the sauce was very tasty. Randomly came here on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered two slices and sat at the bar. We had the caprese slice and eggplant with arugula. Both were fantastic. The caprese was... chef's kiss! We also tried the buffalo garlic knots which were amazing! Drinks by Luke at the bar were 10/10. We had an espresso martini, cucumber martini from the menu, Sicilian, and margarita. This is a new place thats around the corner, so we went to check it out. My wife and I were there for a few slices and drinks. Even though it wasnt a true complete bar, it was great. Luke was the bartender, and honestly, I would go back just for him. I saw people walk in and shout his name happy to see him as well as him remembering other people's names as they walked in. He makes a great old fashioned, and my wife loved her little Sicilian. We got the buratta app, and 2 personal pies. If you're a self proclaimed pizza snob like me, I'd ask for the pies a touch well done. Overall we had a really fun time. Casual, but upscale enough for a date night.
