I placed a large catering order with Jersey Mike's through DoorDash totaling $479 and scheduled it two days in advance. Unfortunately, the order arrived over 1.5 hours late, causing significant disruption to our schedule at a conference. The delay was not the fault of the DoorDash driver. The driver informed me they waited at the restaurant for over an hour because staff were prioritizing customers in line rather than preparing the pre-scheduled catering order. Given that this order was placed two days ahead of time, I expected it to be planned for and prepared accordingly. To make matters worse, two bowls were missing from the order, and only about half of the items were labeled, making distribution to our group difficult. Ordered 2 subs on line. As I walked in, I was treated like a homeless person. All 10 employees wanted to know why I was there and that's as far as it went. Then no one acknowledged me other than to nod. I'm happy to see they have an ample amount of employees, but the kids seemed more interested in making their own sandwiches rather than helping customers. Once my sandwiches were ready, an employee who was about 10 years of age, handed me my bag without any type of greeting or thank you or have a nice day. Nada. Hopefully once I sink my teeth in, the flavors will make up for the lack of customer service. Thank you for listening to my rant. Update: the sandwich was delish. No issues with special instructions/order being followed. I ordered the ham with salami and provolone cold sandwich and felt like it had good quality ingredients and was a substantial amount of food - I think a mini version may be in order next time to have a lighter lunch; meat was packed full and falling out of the bread. Service is a joke if you ate a black customer trying to get a refund for food that you did not receive. Never order food off the jersey Mikes app as you will never get your refund or have to go through cirlerles and jump hoops. As of now I haven't gotten my refund or food. Me and my friend came in to buy subs for ourselves and one for a homeless guy. The homeless guy wasn't even there with us and the workers had such a bad attitude. It was literally nobody else in the store but me and my friend and the three workers and they were trying to rush us to order. we had never been to Jersey Mike's before so obviously it's gonna take a minute to look at the menu and decide on what we want. I had checked out and the worker didn't even offer me my receipt or say anything she just charged my card and walked away. There were no smiles on their faces through the whole interaction.
