This is the fastest service actually Italian style sub sandwich chain out there. Well, it's the fastest when you order ahead on the app so it's ready by the time you arrive. Otherwise you'll have to join the rest in line, which can get long during the lunch rush. You also earn points with every sandwich purchase, so you could end up earning a lot of free meals. Plus you get a free one for your birthday! My favorite is the California Club with turkey, bacon, and avocado, but today I got the Club Sub, which has turkey, and ham with bacon. Most get the Original Italian that has all those super flavorful salted cured meats. But whichever you choose, you gotta get it Mike's Way adding olive oil, red wine vinaigrette, salt, pepper, onions, and oregano. I'm writing to share a recent experience I had at your Irvine location that left me very disappointed. I placed an order through your website and, unfortunately, made an error on my end by selecting the wrong sandwich while using a coupon. I fully understand that the initial mistake was mine. However, when I called the store to see if there was any possibility of correcting the order, I was met with a very unhelpful and unpleasant response. The manager I spoke with, Ty, was dismissive, sarcastic, and came across as rude during the conversation. When asking TY who the manager was at the store he said me, myself, and I. Really polite!!!!! Rather than offering any kind of solution or even showing basic customer service courtesy, the interaction made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable--just a bit of understanding or a willingness to help find a simple resolution. The tone and attitude I experienced were surprising and not reflective of the level of service I've come to expect. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe customer service should remain respectful, even when policies cannot be bent. She opened hers and it looked good as the photos we have seen so I was excited for my sandwich and i opened mine and this it what I got... bread with some meat on it. Well it's nice inside. The guy's working there were very polite. The food came fast. But the food was all just blah. I had tuna and it was really bland. I didn't bother finishing. There is no real flavor at all. My other half had the Philly with everything (the most limited list of options I've seen in a sub place) and was unimpressed. It seems about once a year I forget and try JM again. IMO their sandwiches are lousy. I find it hard to believe they originated in NJ and make such a terrible Italian sub! Their meats remind me of the turkey based crap at Subway, Cheap, cheap quality and flavor! And not that I'd want anything of this quality in a larger size, but their regular sub for about $12 is smaller than everywhere else I know of., Amazingly, I had to stand in line for 15 minutes. I've visited Jersey Mikes a few times over the past couple of weeks and I will be returning again. I enjoy rhe Big Kahuna sandwich with no jalapeños and extra onions. It has juicy,tender, and delicious steak with soft, gooey melted cheese inside a toasted bun. The large size is big enough to share which is a plus. They have a wide selection of other choices as well. I also like their unsweetened black tea. This location is located in the Von Karman shopping center near Wal Mart. Believe it or not, this is the first time I ate at Jersey Mike. Since then, I have come back almost once per week. The sub is delicious and fresh, and the service is fast and courteous. The place and the servers are clean and professional. They are a little more expensive than Subway, but the regular size is almost as big as the Subway's foot-long. Picked up a quick lunch on a weekday after placing an online order. Parking can be a little cramped in this plaza when it is crowded. I got the chipotle chicken cheesesteak. The chicken was incredibly SALTY. I added some other sauce to try to balance it out but it was just overwhelming. The rosemary bread was just okay. The onions were a good touch. In terms of fast food subs I would say this is arguably one of the better and preferred spots. For some reason the quality of ingredients is better than other traditional sandwich places and I feel like the portion size is just right. Only way to go is Mikes way for cold cut subs, and after trying it i understand why the original Italian is a place favorite. read more

They were SWAMPED and faced many obstacles but none of them lost sight of professionalism and handling the day for the customers. So I haven't had Jersey Mike's for over 12 years since I moved here to Cali. We had them in Ohio and it was good but I'm not a big sandwich fan. But thanks for my birthday freebie, I came to get my free sub and drink. I got the Big Kauna which was nice they let me do less onions and more mushrooms. However, I wish they would have told me I could have gotten it as a salad since I am trying to watch my carb. My friend told me about just the bowl, a few days later, so I know for next time. My coworker was raving about "some sandwich place" for the last few weeks and today she asked if we wanted to go get some delicious sandwiches with her. At first I was reluctant, but the girls convinced me!! When we arrived at the location off of von karman and barranca I was surprised that I had not been here before. The place was pretty packed!! My coworkers ordered a regular california club, a mini california club and a mini tuna. I also ordered the california club because it was currently their featured sub, so I figure it better be good!! I got my california club on white with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, oil&vinegar and salt&pepper. This sandwich is a little pricier than your typical subways but you can tell that their quality is very high. Everything is fresh and they make it right in front of you. I even like how the paper bags they put your sandwiches in are biodegradable. I found my choice to be pretty tasty. The bread was not too dry and there were generous amounts of meats and cheese between the bun. I must warn you, however, that the buns are detached from each other unlike other sandwich places so eating this may get a bit messier than usual. It was also conveniently cut in half, so I enjoyed half at lunch and half after work :) I will most likely be back here with my coworkers soon!! read more

We order from the faunce corner Jersey Mikes every week- today we had a big order and I was very clear on the specifics. The person (female) who took my order even repeated it back to me exactly how I ordered it. When I got it home there was a huge mistake- I ordered ham and cheese with NOTHING ON IT-no toppings at all- it came mikes way and the young boys who ordered it would not touch it. When I called and explained the problem, the girl actually argued with me and told me I ordered it wrong. She was actually laughing at me and implied it was my problem. She was incredibly rude, and shouldn't be working with the public-- it was a huge struggle to get her to accommodate me- I even brought back the sandwich made in error to get a new one. Fortunately, the manager was more supportive and gave us some coupons for future sandwiches. But this girl- whoever she is- made my blood boil- she should be out the door . Horrible experience.
