Seriously, never been in a JM or ordered from a location but work will occasionally food up an event for customer visits so sure, why not give 'em go... seems most folks are familiar with the single, double, quad- sizing and there's a good selection of standard sammiches so a person never has to work too hard figuring out the details, but deciding on which one is a whole other thing entirely... got a cheerful greeting as we walked into this store as the dude was finishing up a party pack of singles for pickup. reggie got a giant steak and cheese plus a drink while I went with the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite, a bag o' chips and some lemonade to wash it down. turns out this is a pretty amazing sandwich on a pretty good roll at a fair price. ham, provolone, cappacuolo, and a selection of what are now considered standard fixings to fix it up - lettuces, onions, tomatoes, seasonings... all cut and stacked and sammiched right there as you watch. yes please!! back again for a #3 provolone and hams :-) read more

Always great subs! Husband orders maybe once a week and the sandwiches are fresh and consistent. Can't complain!

I haven't found a good local sub shop in tri cities which sucks but jersey mikes makes a great sub every time. I always order online now though because I didn't realize they can run out of product. I guess that's a good thing because you're getting everything fresh. Store is always clean and workers always seem to be in a good mood and are very friendly. Always get it mikes way. read more

Ordered three sub sandwiches for curbside pick up, entered my vehicle description and color. I go to the app like it says, to click "I'm here". I waited 25 mins when it said it would be ready in 15. I then called the location and nobody answered. I go inside at about 35 mins after the fact, see a bag on the wire rack, ask if it's for curbside and the worker said yes. It was my bag of food that was never brought out for "curbside". I politely asked for the vinegar and oil to be put on the side in the notes and there was zero oil/vinegar in the bag nor on my sandwich when i got home. For my first time experience with Jersey Mike's this was a 3/10. read more

I have tried jersey mikes subs numerous times and each time my sandwiches are drenched in oil or vinegar. I do specifically ask for light vinegar but I watch as they drench it. I've never been to a dirty restaurant and the service is always great. read more

Crew there is literally a joke and the Hispanic girl with colored hair is by far one of the most rudest and miscommutive person I've ever meet! I've worked at subway and explaining how it works and communicating with the customer is the biggest thing and really it is in any job and here they SUCK big time with it. These guys are AWESOME! Toppings piled on 6" high on amazing bread and fresh cut deli meat is the best.

The management and the positive environment really changes the feel of your experience at each jersey mikes! This location was packed and they only had 3 workers, and they had a 7-9 person line for a good hour plus getting online orders! They did an amazing job being so nice, to everyone! I was enjoying having subs from Jersey Mike's but the manager is rude and doesn't appreciate business he receives.

Delicious flavor but it needs to be eaten quickly. It's covered in flavorful vinegar & oil then wrapped up which makes the bread soggy if not eaten immediately. Staff was great. It's just hard to accept as a good takeout option when it ends up soggy by the time you get it home. I will certainly go back, but I might have to skip the delicious vinegar and oil blend. read more

For them just opening, my sandwich was delicious! Came out hot and perfect. The staff handled the pressure tremendously because that place was busy! Came in at 8:21pm. Female worker asked "picking up?" We said no, she then mouthed "Son of a bitch" then said "it'll be a minute" we said it was fine to take her time. The way she was making those sandwiches all rough made us just leave to a different location. We didn't want her bad energy. I was laughed at by the staff because I couldnt hear what the lady behind the counter was saying, and everyone decided to join in laughing. Im a service disabled Veteran with hearing loss. Extremely disappointed with the service received today. I tried calling the store SEVEN times to have my order brought out to me since I have COVID. One of the times someone did pick up and immediately hung up on me I know this because I could literally hear the restaurant in the background. Then an employee came out with someone else's food so I asked him if he could please bring me mine, again because I was doing all I could to avoid going in. I waited another 10 minutes before finally going inside just to be immediately handed my food because it was just sitting there that whole time. read more

I had the medium roast beef club. It was delicious. Nice chewy bun with lots of meat. Had mine with no tomatoes, lite on the Mayo, and about half of the lettuce on it. They like there lettuce. Only ate half and saved the rest for the next day. Even better when the vinegar/oil mix had soaked in. Yummy! read more

It has to be hard starting a new location and they were slammed. I made a mistake on the time of my online order and called to change it. Very friendly and changed the time no problem. Picked up our subs and noticed the reg I'd ordered for my wife was made as mine and the giant I'd ordered for myself was made as hers. Both sandwiches were delicious and made just as ordered other than the size. Chalking it up to the little growing pains and being extremely busy. We'll be back for sure read more
