Stood and waited for 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging my existence. (No one was in front of me) Watched them bring out a ginormous brisket slab, stuck it on the counter but no one tried to help me still. Saw a girl mush old pico ontop the new one. Notably new, clean building. Excellent fast service. Quality of food was pretty good. They have a nice patio, plenty of parking and a drive thru. They also notably had enough workers compared to most Chipotles. Making the service really fast, efficient, and clean. Burrito bowl and burrito were had. My husband and I walked into Chipotle at 10:35 pm last night. The floor had just been mopped and I expected there to be frustration from the employees that we would arrive so close to closing time. Boy was I wrong! Instead, we were greeted with friendly, helpful, attentive employees who were more than happy to help us and seemed glad we were there. The food was delicious and still tasted fresh, even that late at night. We sat and enjoyed our dinner while those 3 young men dusted all the art on the walls, the light up menu, washed doors and windows, scraped grills, restocked the pop fridge, etc. and didn't pause their work the whole time we were there. We were so impressed with their work ethic and with the good attitude they went about providing a clean environment for the public to enjoy. It was refreshing to observe these 3 young men hard at work and to realize the sanitary detail the restaurant goes through to keep the food safe. Went to the one in pasco wa (it won't let me select that one) and the employee by name Ruben was one of the worst employees customer service was not good the portion sizes were cut in half paid extra for guac, queso but paid for nothing basically. I've only ever been to this Chipotle location so I'm not sure about others...but at the Kennewick Chipotle EVERYTHING is dowsed in excessive amounts of salt and lime. It's practically inedible sometimes. Everything tasted like it's just soaked in lime juice and so so SOOO much salt. Yuck. Today was the first time I got a steak burrito (I usually get just rice, beans, and guacamole). The "steak" was literally just fat and gristle. No meat whatsoever. When I was at this Chipotle, it was fairly busy... and it was Halloween. I was already seated when I witnessed a couple struggling with three young children and one infant. Placed a online order at 10:50 to pick up at 11:00 got there about 5 after 2 other people were waiting for online orders before me and there was no food to pick up on the shelf 10 minutes pass and a guy comes and asks for our name he said it will be right up mind you its lunch time and the order line for inside is going faster than the online order that promises to have your food ready at a certain time 10 more minutes pass and I finaly ask some o.e if my order is almost ready I only get a 30 minute lunch its now 11:25 and I'm barely leaving with my order...so if you want your food fast or work for a food delivery your probably better just getting in line and ordering your food they had only 1 guy doing online orders I guy at the register 2 making food on the line and 2 people cooking in back like helpnthe poor guy its lunch time!! read more

This location is a bit small IMO. Service is spotty and food wasn't as fresh as I'm used to with other locations. Lots of staff basically just goofing around and yet bins of food almost empty from lunch rush. I would travel to another location before coming back here. It wasn't awful just not up to par IMO . I'm a HUGE Chipotle fan, and I was so excited when I heard they were building one in Richland by Target so it's much closer to my house. My family ordered some for dinner tonight from the one in Richland and had it delivered. Now, like I said, HUGE fan. I've eaten at the one in Kennewick so many times, I've lost count. So I wasn't expecting anything to be bad or different about the Richland one, but I'm sad to have to write this bad review. This review is solely for the RICHLAND CHIPOTLE. Nothing bad about the one in Kennewick. My mom got a burrito bowl, my sister got a burrito & I got a salad. There wasn't anything wrong with my sisters or my moms, just mine. In my salad, I got brown rice & found that about 1/4 of the rice was not cooked & completely hard. I couldn't even chew it so I would have to pick it out each bite. We also got chips and a large side of queso. I loooooooove the queso (usually) but this queso was runny like soup and had absolutely no flavor to it for some reason. I would dip my chip in it & it would be like dipping it in water. My favorite part of Chipotle, ruined :( The chips we received tasted very stale. They usually are vibrant with lime & salt flavor, but not today. I'm not sure if it was just an off night at the Richland one or if they are always like this but now I'm scared to try it again! Hopefully someone at the Richland location sees this or someone can pass the message on to that locations manager. Very disappointed right now. read more

The burrito I ordered was bland and tasteless. Not what I expected considering everything that was in it. I would hive this a zero if I could! I went into the Kennewick store by the mall to get lunch. It was around 2pm. I was wearing my mask like I always do. When I talk my mask tends to fall off the top of my nose. When I was ordering my food this happened, the person helping me very rudely tell me I need to pull my mask up, I apologized, pulled the mask up. I was looking over the food at this time and after she said it to me I looked up and guess what! She wasn't wearing her mask over her nose! So I politely said before you tell me to wear my mask properly maybe you should wear yours properly. She got so mad and started shoving the thongs very aggressively into the food. At that time I decided to leave. I wasn't rude at all until I walked away and I did say why did you have to be such a bitch about this. I do apologize for that. I let her get the better of me.
